We used Sea Clean for a deep cleaning service. When we returned from our day out our house was sparkling. The oven and refrigerator was spotless. They took care of the wood floors, baseboards, walls, and stairs. They did everything and then some to clean our house the way I would , if I had an entire day to do so. After a couple communication challenges, Sea Clean came through sparkling! We had a tenant move-out that was delayed due to weather issues in December and the crew was able to make it out the next day. They did a fantastic job! The tenant had a type of husky that shed enough hair to knit, weave and crochet new clothes every week. We hired Sea Clean to do a deep clean move in service for our apartment and liked the result so much we've also hired them to do the move our service of our current apartment. Jose and his team arrived 15 minutes early, had all their equipment organized so that it moved up the narrow stairs and hallways of our building quickly. He walked the unit and pointed our dirtier areas and some optional areas to deep clean which gave us the option to tailor the services we really felt we HAD to have verses nice to haves. Our big ticket items were baseboards and our shower. Both look so so so much better now. Sea Clean also did vacuuming, mopping, window washing, cleaning inside and out side and top of cabinets. Cleaned the two sets of full length sliding mirror doors etc. We're really happy with the service and the price was really nice on our budget. We will definitely keep using Sea Clean and given the need for extra sanitation right now we may hire them for sanitization services too. Glad I found them. read more

My experience with Sea Clean Cleaning Services has been SO great. Jose, who I reached out to via Yelp, was incredibly quick to respond and was supremely helpful with all of my questions. The two associates assigned to my home showed up a few minutes before their 9 AM time slot which was great, it gave me time to show them around and the extra problem areas. This was a pre-move in appointment and the women were very nice and efficient, cleaning inside of appliances that desperately needed it as well as the rest of the house. Update #2: Still hostile. The carpet went in today. They couldn't get the pattern to line up but they were nice guys and tried. I said Thanks and sent them on their way. Jose is welcome to post screen shots. I don't remember him offering to put us up in a hotel - we were already in a hotel on vacation. I remember him being accommodating and courteous but after over $3000 of damages he still insisted on me paying over $300 for the low level cleaning. "Accommodating" isn't the word I would use for the Jose of today. Update: Jose would like me to pay him over $300 for the "cleaning" work that went into destroying my carpet. Yep, that's right. He went from helpful to hostile. I had held back on paying the cleaning bill with the hope that he would fix the carpet. And, they did pay me the exact amount that the carpet will cost but gave no consideration for the many hours it has taken to get the insurance company to work with the carpet company on the fix. We will move the furniture on Tuesday so the new carpet can be installed. More hours of my time. It needled me that he wanted pay for such a bad job. I finally offered him half price. $150. Now he claims he is going to sue me for the other $150. Try it. I have been through so much that any court would be happy to award me damages. What an irresponsible business practice. Don't use them. I'll start with the good news: Jose was very responsive to the repair needs. Now, the very bad news: One of the cleaners spilled bleach on a new carpet..in two rooms. I was told when I asked in advance that they used "safe" products but when I returned during the cleaning, the house reeked of bleach. When I went upstairs to open windows, I saw that the carpet was bleached. Neither cleaner told me about it but the one who had walked through the house with me before the work was done admitted that the carpet wasn't damaged before they came there. We called Jose and he got his insurer on it. It has been a hassle dealing with Next Insurance but I now have a check for $3,000 and the original carpet company is replacing the hallway and bedroom carpet. Accidents happen but this was a toxic product that wasn't being used properly. read more

If I could give 6-7 stars I would. We recently put our house up fro rent, and a previous cleaner couldnt make the appointment, so we were kind of in a precarious situation, as renters moving in on April 1st. I put out a mass request for services, and Jose emailed back, and then called me ASAP. He was upfront, honest, and we made an appointment to see our house the next day. He was on time for meeting, asked a lot of good questions, and started the job the next day. I am writing this review literally 5 minutes after walking in the door, as I dropped off the check for services rendered, and was AMAZED at how good of a job they did! They didnt miss a detail. 1) The kitchen was spotless, fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave look BRAND NEW. 2) the bathrooms were incredible 3) The upstairs bedroom looked world class 4) all the common areas were outstanding When dropping off the check tonight, I met his family, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOSE and SEA CLEANING for anyone who wants to support a great business, an incredible family.
