I pointed it out to my nail tech and she didn't fix it. She just painted over it with clear coat and pretty much shooed me away. I felt like she really rushed it. She didn't buff one whole hand. I'm really sad because this is the first time I've gotten my nails done in years. The vibe was not the best. It felt like they are constantly trying to up-charge or sell you something. I completely understand that they are trying to get as much business as possible but this is not the way to go about it. I was a bit uncomfortable. Brian was my…read morenail tech, and the amount of detail he put into my nails especially around my cuticles was incredible. He took his time and was so gentle during the removal process. Instead of aggressively drilling down or yanking my old set off, he removed them with so much care, which I really appreciated. He gave me the exact shape I asked for, and although my design was simple, the execution was flawless. The quality of his work speaks for itself. Safe to say, I've found my new nail tech and will be leaving my old salon behind. I can't wait to come back!

What upset me the most was how my concerns were handled. When I told Annie that I wasn't happy with how my nails turned out, instead of trying to fix the issue or offering any solution, she told me there was nothing she could do. She came across as rude, had an attitude, and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. As a paying customer, I expected at least an effort to address the problem, not to be dismissed. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this experience fell short on both. I left feeling disappointed and won't be returning.
