    chicken vermicilli

Stopped in and tried the combo pho and the chicken & shrimp vermicelli. First impressions: the interior is really nice- clean, well done, better than you'd expect for the area! The pho broth was very clear and clean-tasting, not salty at all, which I appreciated- though it leaned a little bland for my taste. Could've used a bit more depth. The vermicelli was the winner for me, especially the chicken. Service was a little slow considering we were the only ones in the restaurant, but everyone was friendly. Overall a solid spot! I think there are stronger pho options in Vegas, but if you're in the Blue Diamond area, this is a great convenient option to have nearby.

The hubby and I were out running errands. The hubby wanted pho but wanted to try a new pho spot. So...we tried Diamond Pho! Service was good and very tentative. The decor was basic but CLEAN. As for food, price and portions I felt it was reasonably priced and big portions! My husband got combination pho. He said it had good flavor broth and was packed with a lot of protein! The noodles were cooked perfectly, not too hard or soft. If you know my husband he is a food critic, because he is a cook himself, so if he saids it's good IT'S GOOD! I got the Saigon Special combination. I felt every thing was cooked perfectly....from the pork chop, egg and meatloaf. Very flavorful! We will definitely be going back.

After a loong weekend I got sick and needed some comfort food after the doctors visit. Our other go-to pho restaurant wasn't open yet til 11. So we found Diamond Pho. I was a little skeptical about it because it was new and only had 13 reviews but hey it was 4.5 stars and we were hungry so there we were. We were immediately greeted by the nicest guy there, and we're told to seat anywhere we wanted. The place is new brand, soft opening, clean, simple and quaint. Even the entire shopping center was new cuz I've never seen it before till today.. so I bookmarked a few places. We ordered 2 pho tai with meatballs and it definitely hit the spot. Quality of the broth was flavorful and clear, very close to how my mama makes it, so we really enjoyed it. I didn't use any of the sriracha or hoisin today because I didn't want anything irritating my throat but I didn't even need it.. there was enough flavor packed in. They even played fun music, and I felt like I was still partying from the weekend. Definitely will recommend it. Thank you Diamond Pho!

The flavors at this restaurant are super delicious. In particular, I enjoyed the banh xeo and banh khot. Service is good and the restaurant is open and inviting.

Fresh! We stopped in for Pho. It was so very good and the vegetables were very fresh. The place was super clean. Our server was very sweet and attentive. Definitely would recommend Diamond Pho.

Great addition to the area. We've been a few times now since opening and are hooked. Good clean eats and everything here is good. The spring rolls are nice and fresh, the crispy rolls are addicting and while we haven't had this pho, we always opt for a broken rice becuase the plates are so good. Don't sleep on the Vietnamese coffee it is strong and very good. The location is very small with only a few seats inside and service is always wonderful.

This was hands down the best pho I've had in Vegas! I ordered the Pho Dac Biet. The portions are extremely generous, with plenty of noodles and meat but also tons of broth to accommodate. IMO, what sets this place apart are the thicker cuts of rare steak, brisket, and shank. The meats are super tender and delicious. The broth is super clean and tasty. My wife ordered the Com Tam Dac Biet, which was also quality. The grilled pork chop had a good char flavor and it came with all the usual stuff you want with your broken rice, including a small serving of broth!! 10/10 Would recommend and I'll be coming back next time I'm in town

Pho dac biet. Barely any meat. No meatballs. Not worth $20

I really wanted to like this place because it's close and most of the reviews said it was good but unfortunately I was disappointed. I write this review not to criticize this place but in the hopes that there is improvement. I got the com tam dac biet, pho dac biet and the banh xeo. Twenty dollars for com tam and $20 for pho dac biet was really disappointing based on the quantity of food you get. There was barely any meat for the com tam and barely any bi (shredded pork skin) and the meat was really dry. For the pho dac biet meat was lacking as well and they even forgot the meatballs. Also, the soup was very bland. The $16 banh xeo was probably the best of everything as it was crispy. The only thing was again, barely any meat in it. It was mainly just bean sprouts. I have no problem paying$16 or $20 for an entree but it just has to be worth it and unfortunately I think this place has to step up its game if it wants to charge these prices. The only real highlight was the service. All the employees were really nice

Tried this new pho spot near our house and absolutely loved it! The food was delicious, the staff very friendly, and you feel welcomed and comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a new close by pho spot! This will definitely be our new go to.

The place was really nice, with a casual setting that had street food vibes paying homage to its home country roots. Very very quick and observant staff, who were always around but not pestering. To make matters worse, the lady who answered the door was extremely rude and acted like she couldn't care less about the customers or the business. There was no apology, no explanation, and certainly no effort to be welcoming. We made the trip expecting to dine here based on the posted hours and left feeling frustrated and disrespected. And honestly, this place deserves to be up there as one of the top pho spots in Vegas. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had that deep slow-cooked taste you look for in a good bowl of pho. The short ribs were super tender and practically melted in your mouth. You can tell they don't cut corners here. After a long day walking around Vegas, this was the perfect way to end the night with a comforting and satisfying bowl of pho. Im in san diego and at pho cow cali, its 12.50$ there's not much meat either, but its there and the broth is above average. It almost seems the more expensive the pho is, the less meat it has and the broth is bland. Service also sucked when i was here months ago. My water never got refilled and for what it looked like inside, youd think there would be stellar service. The paintings on the wall was cool and fun. The furniture is adorable and its spacey inside. The com tham dish we ordered was not charred, not flavorful, and came with a bland nuc cham. I just cant like any viet restaurant that has nuc cham I don't like. This matters a lot to me. Its like me eating korean food at a korean restaurant that had bad kimchi. I won't go to places like that. Ive been trying to go back and write reviews for places I forgot to write one for. We dined on a Thursday afternoon, so it wasn't super busy but there were a few other tables of people. Which is a bit of blessing as the dining area is somewhat smaller. Upon entering we were immediately greeted and seated. Our server remained very attentive our entire visit and ensured we were happy. We opted for a fresh roll appetizer, pho ga and a chicken dish (drawing a blank on the name). The fresh roll was delicious and although I wasn't a fan of the dipping sauce, my fiance enjoyed it. We both really enjoyed our entrees. My fiance thought his chicken was packed with flavor and our server brought us some spicy additions so we could choose our own adventure, which was nice. The Pho Ga was probably one of the best I've had. The broth was so rich but clear, I could have just had a cup of that alone. The chicken was cooked perfectly and while I would have preferred smaller pieces to make it easier to eat, it was still manageable. You can tell they put a lot of care and attention into their food, which is probably why they've been able to open multiple locations. If you are looking for delicious pho, you have to check this spot out!

I've seen this location on rainbow a few times and thought to stop by to see how the food is. Location is right by a little strip mall with cafe zupas and a yogurtland right next to it. We came on a tuesday afternoon for a lunch and parking was easy to find. We were greeted quickly and sat at a booth area. The smell of the food hits you as you walk in so that was a good sign. They served us water quickly as we looked at the menu. I ordered the sizzling pares which was tender marinated beef cubes with a side of garlic rice and an egg on top. My mom ordered the grilled pork chop and lemongrass chicken with the garlic rice. All of our dishes came with a fried egg on top. Everything was very flavorful. Highlight was the sizzling pares with the rice and egg. With the sweet sauce mixed in with the rice, it was perfection. We had a little bit of leftovers for lunch the next day and left satisfied. One thing that could be improved was the cleanliness. The booth that we were seated at was by a wooden panel. When the sunlight hits it at an angle, you could see the oil streaks and it didn't seem too clean. Floors were a bit dirty too. A little bit more cleanliness would make the atmosphere better. We would come again!

Omg. Best pho in Vegas??…read more So, allll day I was craving pho. A little about me, even though I'm Viet american, pho isn't my go-to Viet bowl of choice. Mostly because there's a distinct taste from my childhood that gives a cozy, family meal. So when I put hope in a pho place, I'm normally left a bit underwhelmed. Well that wasn't the case tonight. It was already late, roughly half past 9 before we left to get meal. Loved that this place is open until midnight. I wish more bomb pho places were open late night. We walked in, and every. single. table. was full except for 1 right in the front by the door. Full of older asians too (That's a very good sign)- I'm starving, shoot I'll take it. This older gentleman gave us waters immediately and was eagerly ready to take our order. Too bad their menu is full of bangers so it took me a good minute just to choose. All my favorite go-to Viet favorites for a reaaaally good price too. (Admittedly chose this place from the price and business hours but didn't realize the degree of yummy foods they had available. A good amount, but not too many options if you catch my drift) We finally ordered and got drinks. I was STUNNED how quickly our drinks came out. Full house but got a smoothie and green thai tea in like 30 seconds?! I was gagged. They were spot on good. The smoothie was the perfect texture and the thai tea was what you expect a thai tea to be. Yum. We get our bowls of pho. Looks phenomenal. As much as I love appetizers, I skipped today because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to finish my beef rib pho. My friend got the combo pho. I always taste my broth before adding any extras into it (lime, herbs, sauce) and I WAS HOOKED. Truly this was such a rejuvenating, aromatic, true Vietnamese bowl of mfkn pho. I think this is the first time I believed the pho was so perfect it didn't even need anything added to it. It was also hot. Like the Viet ideal level of hot. Long story short, I finished my entire bowl in one sitting. I basically inhaled that bowl. Which is a rare occurrence for me as I normally am the slowest eater of my group or always the one who has to ask for a to go box. I was tempted not to write a review just to keep this place my little slice of heaven but honestly, they deserve this review. Even at the end of our meal, a kind woman came up to us and asked how our meal was. Um, lady, you just changed the trajectory of my night??? You guys renewed my faith in the Vietnamese cooks in vegas?! Mind you, I've been to handfuls of pho places. I always secretly hope I can get a taste of a family home cooked meal. How did I sleep on this place for this long??? Omg. I did not mean for this to be hella long, but I was so inspired to write this review. Thank you for feeding me tonight. I HAVE to come back in soon to try literally so many other meals. I'm so excited honestly. Just, wow.
