A couple of things... The Bun bo hue that we ordered they didn't even ask if it was ok to change to rice noodles because they "ran out" of the thick noodles it's suppose to come with. There was also a roach on our table. When we confronted the waitress simply said oh, we ran out of the noodle. This shouldve been addressed before bringing the food out and assuming that it was ok. Looks like we may have found our new go-to pho spot. Prices are pretty good for 2025 standards. A regular size for pho tai is $15 while the larger size is $23. But don't let the word 'regular' fool you, it's still a good portion! Plus the best part is they give plenty of beef slices. (We used to go to another pho restaurant down the street and the last time we went, they only gave five freakin pieces of meat!) Also, for $2.00 more, they have a combo that comes with a side like eggrolls, crab ragoons and other stuff and a soda. I'm definitely curious about that and will order a combo next time. All the employees here are friendly and efficient. Everyone was working diligently getting items out to customers. Despite being busy on a Saturday night, everything was delivered quickly to our table. Place was clean as well as tables & utensils. I use to go to PhO so 1 for 23 years since moving to Las Vegas they closed around October 2025. Discovered Jenni Pho. The service is better on the weekends . The weekday crew doesn't give the attention that the weekend crew does. The weekday crew doesn't even bring out The fresh garnishes and condiments , crisp bean sprouts, fresh herbs like Thai basil, cilantro, and mint, lime wedges, and sliced jalapeños . I ordered super sized steak and flank pho. Very good. 3pm on Wednesday and I got the food nearly instantly. It was served almost too fast. I ordered it , empty restaurant, worker walked back into kitchen and straight back out with my order. Kitchen is open style with glass so you can see them prepare your food and it's clean. My husband has came here a couple times for banh mi and he liked it so brought me this time around. For three people we ordered a bunch so that we also take some home for tomorrow. We got the jenni pho super, rare steak pho, grilled pork rice, pork banh mi, chicken wings and fresh spring rolls. For the pho, the soup was decent but what I liked about the phos is that there's quite a lot of meat, which I haven't encountered a lot before. Usually other places give like three slices of beef but Jenni's phos give like a good 6-8 slices and it was very good! The super sized one also come with not just more soup and noodles but also more meat. The chicken wings were fragrant and juicy. And of course the banh mi was very good, with the same grilled pork. My husband did say that the banh mi has shrunk in size haha. Overall, would come back because it is good value, the prices are good for todays standards for the quality, size. read more

My go to pho place for a while! I love their pho broth and have always ordered from them through DD and sometimes I go in to Dine. Great meats and flavorful broth, and I love their fresh spring rolls! Recently, I've only been able to eat liquids/broths so their option to just order the pho broth has been a life saver for me! However, still can use improvement on some items. Their slush that I've ordered many times seems inconsistent, either not all the way slushed/blended or the flavor is just lacking and watery. Another thing would be their Banh Mi, I really enjoy the taste of theirs but often times it arrives in delivery WAY too soggy. Of course perfection isn't expected when I'm ordering something delivery because there's some time in between, but I see other complaints about a similar issue so maybe they're just over-saturating the bread... read more

Worst BanhMi ever had. For dining dishes this place maybe good but pricey. For BanhMi... this is not even close to a good place. Extremely soggy role, possibly from the tons of pickled daikon and its juices and tons of whats seems to be thousand island dressing. Has a lettuce leaf and jalapeño though. Wrapped in paper and in a plastic bag, but not able to eat holding it cause the bread got sooooooo soggy i had to throw so much of the roll away. Few minutes later the whole thing was soggy. Had the Jenniepho and crab rangoons. Delicious! The Jennie pho is like the combo pho with rare steak, brisket, very soft tendon, and i think 2 more meats. It was awesome! A super variety of toppings with thin sliced onions and of course the bean sprouts and leafy stuff. Add a bit of hoisin sauce and a splash of Sriracha with the perfectly cooked noodles. The broth is tasty with deep beef flavor unlike other places with watered down broth. Eating it with the pipping hot broth is a must as it somehow enhances the flavor. I usually love Jenni Pho. It's been a favorite place for a while now. However, tonight we ordered some rare steak pho from Uber Eats and the meat that was delivered with everything was bad. Color, smell, it was old for sure. Usually when we order, everything seems really fresh, especially the steak for the rare steak pho. Overall: 2.4/5 (delivery) We ordered on Uber Eats, and the food was packaged nicely. However, the food did not taste good nor was it authentic Vietnamese food. How it has a 4.8 stars on Uber Eats is beyond me. Banh Mi with Grilled Pork ($9): The banh mi was wrapped in a red and white checkered paper and when I opened it, disappointment set in. The banh mi looked like a Subway sandwich, and they didn't even use a baguette. The bottom was so soggy that it fell off when I was breaking the banh mi in half. They didn't cut the cucumbers in long strips but in large round that are used for com tam. It was a hot mess so I didn't even open it up. The pork was good but everything else was a conglomerated mush. Sampler Plate ($17): This came with 2 shrimp rolls, crab rangoons, potstickers, wings, and egg rolls. We were missing 1 shrimp roll. The wings were burnt, dry, and tasteless. The fillings for the shrimp rolls, egg rolls, and crab rangoons tasted off. The potstickers were crispy and the best thing out of the whole sampler but it's just average. Spicy Beef Soup, Pork Hock, & Pork Blood With Spaghetti / Bun Bo Hue ($18): First off, it's not spaghetti, it's vermicelli noodles so the Uber Eats entree title is wrong. The broth was good for the first couple of sips then it was just lacking flavor. Noodles were fine. They also gave a lot of meat of all types too. Pork Chop Shredded Pork, & Fried Egg / Com Bi Cha Suon Nuong ($18.50): The shredded pork/bi was clumped together like a ball and could not be pulled apart. Pork chop was overcooked and the flavor was off. I didn't get to try the egg or rice. Peach Rose Tea ($5.50): This was good, refreshing, and the best thing out of this entire order. read more

This is our go to place for pho, it's near the house easy to find a lot of surrounding parking spot. This place can get busy like any other establishment, But the hospitality of the staff makes a huge difference. There's this auntie that she's always there very pretty and looks good for her age, she's always nice, the place does not have a lot of servr but auntie and her other helper moves fast from sitting to cleaning the tables serving food etc.... Sometimes auntie is by herself and she serves quick and very nice she will always ask if everything is ok or if we need anything else. It's a shame because the meat was delicious but the grilled pork sandwich was a bust. By the time I got home, the baguette was completely soaked thru like a milk cake but it was mayonnaise and coleslaw dressing. A real Vietnamese sandwich doesn't use coleslaw, but rather fermented carrots and daikon radish. I transferred the innards to fresh bread at home but the coleslaw has already ruined the experience by soaking into everything else it touched. For charging a higher price than others, I feel like they are not giving much effort towards the eating experience. read more

My wife was craving pho broth and this was the place for us. I made my usual order of beef pho and my wife wanted broth only. The lady who took our order was very kind and accommodating. Within a few minutes, food was served and we were enjoying our meal. On our way out, we ordered a bbq pork banh mi. We ate it later in the day and it hit the spot. I used to come here often and order their rib eye pho. The server (who appears to look like the manager) has always been nice and accommodating, which has been a plus for us to come back each time. The environment feels like a family friendly place. However, my last visit was filled with mistakes and the service from the same lady wasn't the same. I ordered the rib eye pho and was given a combination beef pho, which I informed the server/manager. She didn't apologize and just took it back, and when she returned they basically plucked out the tripe, meatballs, and other meats and just left the rib eye in. There was still leftover tripe, which I had to put to the side. After doing that, I was only left with 3pcs. of rib eye meats. We also ordered a half order of their egg rolls (their half orders were new and starting at the time) and the server ended up charging me for a full. When I explained that I ordered a half, she argued back saying I ordered a full. I told her I also ordered rib eye pho, but apparently she heard combination beef pho, so who is really hearing things wrong here?! She appeared to be annoyed & aggressively rang up our order with the corrected items, slides over my receipt & as I paid and degreeted her, she didn't say thank you/have a good day. I respectfully informed her of the mistakes in our order and dealt with the half-butt corrections, tipped even when she was not deserving of it, and we still ended with a warm degreet to be met with her aggressiveness. Gave this business 8 years of loyalty. There were opportunities during my visit that we gave to reel us back in giving her the benefit of the doubt, but the experience was so bad we will no longer return. read more

Overdue review. After some years came back. The owner herself served us. Outstanding service. The Pho both my dad and I enjoyed consisting of rare steak, tendon and tripe was very good. The broth was soooo good. The portion very generous and it wasn't even the big bowl (I can't imagine consciously taking in all that goodness lol). We had slated one other place as our favorite and I doubt it was a one off, but the tendon here at Jenni Pho was so so good and probably the most tender that we have experienced in the valley so kudos. Honorable mention the grill pork banh mi. Pork was perfectly cooked, sandwich was nicely spread with its assortment of veggies yeah a winner. Will be back simple as that. read more
