I have been to the Fremont location many times but this is the first time I went with my parents. The service was fantastic, the hostess was very kind and considerate with us as my parents navigated the menu ! He made good recommendations but never pushed us to get them as I already had an idea of what we should get. The atmosphere is very chic and ethnic as I am Middle Eastern and my parents are immigrants so they loved the inside. There was plenty of seats and we got seated and only waited 5-8 minutes and get out orders and let's just say we absolutely loved everything about them. The coffee and tea was amazing but that pistachio latte was out of this world ! The honeycomb was fantastic and nostalgic and the cheesecake wasn't too sweet but very good with a nice coffee. Overall we will be back many times over!

Beautiful space and delicious coffee! I recently checked out Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co. and had such a wonderful experience. The ambiance here is absolutely lovely--the decor is incredibly stylish (love the wooden wall paneling, the "Discover Coffee's Origin" sign, and the mural!), and the entire shop is sparkling clean and bright. I tried the Qamarian Latte ($7.68), which features a double shot of espresso with steamed milk, cardamom, and cinnamon. It was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and came with beautiful latte art! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. This is a fantastic place to sit down, catch up with a friend, or get some work done. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Not your average fast paced coffee spot. This is the place you go to when u want to take ur time and actually enjoy your coffee and company. Don't expect to get ur coffee quick, you'll have to wait 10-15 min. The coffee itself is exquisite. It's very pleasant to drink as long as it's creamy it's not too harsh. I really enjoy the set up here and can see myself visiting again

Unfortunately, this visit was pretty disappointing. I ordered the seasonal Banana Crumble drink online, but when I arrived for pickup, I was told it wasn't available. I decided to try the Mango Matcha instead, but unfortunately it wasn't good. The matcha flavor was weak and didn't taste very fresh, while the mango was basically a concentrated pulp sitting at the bottom of the cup rather than being well blended into the drink. I was really looking forward to trying the seasonal drink, so it was disappointing to arrive and find out it wasn't available, and the replacement drink didn't work for me either. Hopefully they can improve the matcha preparation and make sure seasonal items shown online are actually available for pickup.

I get their pistachio latte at least once a week I'm so glad that Concord has a new coffee spot that is solid! I'm pretty particular and their flavors are on point. It's a really nice interior, clean and spacious. Service is 100/10 so sweet.

Strong, delicious coffee!! The interior is beautifully decorated and staff was friendly! Plenty of seating and parking. We got the Turkish, iced mocha, and pistachio milk cake. The iced mocha was perfectly sweet! I would recommend staying for the ambiance and enjoying your coffee and treats off this gorgeous platter!

Qamaria Yemeni did not disappoint! My first impression here is that everything feels intentional from the clean, warm, and thoughtfully designed decor to the aesthetically plated food. The staff was very attentive, too. I came with friends, and we ordered a few drinks and a couple of desserts to share. I had the Banana Matcha Latte, and this was really good. I asked for regular sweet, but it wasn't as sweet. I asked for a bit more sweetness, and the staff was happy to help. Once I got it back, it was perfect. My friend had the Mango Dragonfruit Refreshed, and this was a great drink. Perfect for summer, very refreshing. For dessert, we shared a Biscoff MilkCake with the texture of a tres leches cake. It was sweet but incredibly flavorful. It is a big piece and good to share. It pairs well with a drink that is not too sweet. We also ordered the Mango Cheesecake, which was a hit. Lots of flavor and delicious crust. We saw people ordering kettles of coffee and sharing with dessert. We agreed we want to come back and do this. The store has lots of space to hang out or study. I will come back for more. There are many drinks and desserts I would love to try!

    Iced Mufawaar with no sweetener

Location formerly occupied by furniture store. With Qamaria Yemeni Coffee strongly trending, the change made plenty of sense. Given the open space format and friendly customer service, it feels inviting. Recently picked up on Mufawaar and gained a strong liking for it. Had it hot at another location and finally tried iced on this visit. Foreign in flavor in comparison to my usual but absolutely love it! A new addition to the palette is a positive one. Looking to caffeinate in the later hours? They are open till 11 PM. Happy to have found a new location in the city of Concord!

Since discovering this place back in February, I've been coming here, regularly one to two times a week. I even put friends and family onto this place too and now they're fans. Service is always amazing with really friendly people working all the time. The interior is a proud display of Yemen culture and it's beautiful to see. They've always got music going too so the vibes be vibing. Their coffee/espresso tastes so rich and flavorful and can help you lock in when it's time to work. I've also tried the chai and idk what their blend is but it's life changing. Try it. And their refreshers are so damn refreshing as the name implies The fruit flavors hit--strong, real, and not watered down like a lot of big chain spots. My only complaint is that they need to label what food items have nuts in it. I ordered the mango cheesecake and the display window where you order does not say that it has pistachios in it. My boyfriend had a allergic reaction to it and I found out. there were nuts in the crust (aside from when he ate it) when I called to ask. Other than that, every visit so far has been nothing less than a 10/10.

I finally stopped by this new Qamari Yemeni Cafe at the backside of Willows Park & Shop area. The Cafe is big and the decor is beautiful. It has a Middle Eastern vibe. The menu is very unique, which is always exciting for me to try. It has a great selection of drinks, some typical, but a lot not typical. The staff was friendly, helpful & inviting. Here is what I tried. Drinks: Qamaria Latte- Espresso, steamed milk, cardamom & cinnamon. Iced Banana Crumble- Matcha with sweet banana flavored milk and cold foam, topped with a wafer crumble Iced Mufawaar- Med roast coffee with the perfect balance of cardamom and cream. I do not like a lot of spice to my coffees or teas, but that is an individual preference. So for me the drinks were ok. The Mufawaar I liked the most out of the three. Food: Honeycomb- Honey-drizzled sweet bread, stuffed with cream cheese. Known as [Khalyet Al-Nahel] in Arabic. Rose Tres Leche- A delicate blend of fragrant rose and creamy tres leches, sweet, floral, and luxuriously smooth. Saffron Tres Leche- taste of Saffron and Tres Leche. The Honeycomb was my favorite item. The bread was soft, with cream cheese balls baked in each honeycomb bump on the bread. Ask for the honey on the side so you can decide the amount to out on. Out of the cakes the Saffron Tres Leche was my favorite. The Rose Tres Leche was good, but again an individual preference, I do not like floral taste in my foods, but some folks may. The one thing common about the cakes, they are moist and fluffy, not overly sweet, but the main taste stands out. The whip cream is perfectly down & not too sweet. With all this said I will be back to try more. They have a website that shows their menu.

New Fav coffee spot (5/5 stars) I'm so glad there's another cute coffee shop in North Concord. I've been overly excited to try everything on their menu, and I've already been coming here at least twice a week since I found it. Their coffees are amazing, with a special touch of Yemeni culture that makes each drink feel like both a beverage and an experience. This is such a beautiful place to sip your coffee, catch up with friends, or get some work or studying done. They have plenty of seating and large tables, which makes it perfect for spreading out and focusing. Honestly, this place has given me a reason to start studying again. The staff here are an absolute joy. They are so friendly, upbeat, and full of positive energy. I genuinely enjoy coming here and will definitely be a regular.

We went here for coffee and snacks and we enjoyed our visit! I'll definitely be back. There's ample parking and seating! Lots of tables. My only complaint was me and my friend both thought that the rose cake didn't taste like rose, it just tasted like a tres leches cake. It was tasty nonetheless. I really liked my Qamaria latte and safeeha pastry!

Went back to try the Qamaria latte and it was every bit as delicious as the tea. The flavors are perfectly balanced--rich and aromatic without being overpowering. They lightly sweeten the drinks just enough, creating a smooth and satisfying experience. A great spot if you appreciate unique flavors like cardamom done well.

My only concern is that the internet seems to go down fairly often. We've experienced it several times over the past few months. Other than that, the overall experience has been very positive.

What Happened to the Choco Bun?…read more Plenty of free parking. When you walk in, grab a tray and window shop all the pastries. They individually wrap these so grab what you want and place it on your tray. Once you're finished, cruise up to the counter. Would I Come Back? Yes, I keep coming back. I use to come back for the Choco Bun, but if they've changed the recipe at all locations, I'll only be coming back for the Milk Bun and Nougat. Their Signature Item: Egg tarts are their signature item. If you've ever been to an Asian party, someone almost always brings a box of egg tarts from 85-Degrees. But on today's visit. Well, just look at the photo. Someone stepped away from the oven for about 6 minutes too long. Choco Bun ($2.55, Grade D): The Choco Bun has been my absolute go-to for years--the closest location to me is usually the South Sacramento store and I tell everyone they have to get it whenever they visit an 85°C. Unfortunately, it's been about 8 months since my last trip, and the Choco Bun is no longer something to write home about. Milk Bun ($2.05, Grade A+): If you've ever had their Milk Bun with the custard filling, the Choco Bun used to be very similar in texture. Now, it's flat with super dry edges. Not good at all. Luckily, I also bought a Milk Bun (my usual second favorite), and by default, it's now my number one because the Choco Bun was a complete bust. It's so fluffy and sweet. Melts in your mouth. Strawberry Banana Smoothie / no boba ($5.85, Grade F): It was incredibly artificial-tasting--nothing real about it. I only made it through a quarter of it before throwing the rest into the garbage. My fault for hoping for a "just picked" fresh fruit taste, but this was honestly one of the worst smoothies I've ever had. Nougat ($9.60, Grade A+): The bagged Nougat candy is fantastic. It's soft, gooey, and packed with what I'm guessing are pieces of pistachio. Delicious, but a fair warning if you have dental issues: these will wreak havoc on your teeth. It's not quite as sticky as a Starburst, but it could definitely pull out a denture! Bottom Line: The staff here is friendly, and there are still a few standout 5-star items that make a visit worth it (the Milk Bun and the Nougat). However, the disappointing recipe change to the Choco Bun and the absolute miss on the smoothie knock this down to a 3-star experience overall.

I called in today to see if they could decorate a faux cake for me. Not only was she rude, but she told me she would charge me AS MUCH AS SHE WOULD for a real cake. You mean to tell me it would cost me $100 plus to decorate a piece of Styrofoam? And then, when I told her the shape of the Styrofoam, she flat out said no. As if the shape of the Styrofoam changes the action? And I'm not a baker, at least not a professional one, but something feels off about what feels like the refusal to help me. And it's not like I am looking for free service, I'm willing to pay, but I'm not willing to pay cake prices for icing on Styrofoam. Saying no, as a business is OK, I'm all for it. But customer service needs a serious rebranding. I have never had a good in person/over the phone experience. Their food speaks for itself, but the customer service skills really takes away the value of a local business that has been around for years. To start, the employee working at the cash register was super friendly and gave great suggestions on drinks and food to order based on how sweet we like things or more coffee for we may want things to be. There isn't really any indoor seating space but they did build out into the parking lot with a few picnic tables and chairs for people to stay and eat their food. While we both really enjoyed the food - both of which were recommended by the employee - the coffee was not good at all. Pro: the avocado toast that we ordered had a curried chickpea salad on top and it had a delicious flavor. That was probably my favorite bite! We also shared half order of the blueberry waffle, and it had a type of granola on top that provided some really great textures. The food certainly impressed me. Con: Both of us felt like the coffee had none of the flavor that it was supposed to have (we both ordered the cardamom maple iced latte with macadamia nut milk) and instead, it just tasted like milk. It didn't even really have a coffee forward flavor. Since this is a coffee shop that was a pretty big disappointment. Overall, we enjoyed the food and service, but would skip the coffee.
