I have no idea how this place has more than 2 stars. I have two littles and decided to stop by on our way home rather than go to the other side of town to our usual spot. At first impression I should have known- it was lunch time and empty- you have to self order and navigate their kiosk- no help with two kids and still ask for a tip. There was one younger girl with dark hair in the cluttered kitchen/drink area who didn't even acknowledge us- just went to the back and started rummaging. A second lady showed up and started preparing our sushi order. At that point I noticed the dirty tables and lack of service so decided to change my order "to go." I stood there trying to get their attention and was finally acknowledged. The lady who seemed to be in charge was handing out cash to another younger lady who came in (weird asf too). I finally get my order and bring it home. The nigiri was poorly cut- but edible. My poke bowl had a small amount of tuna that tasted sour and has signs of cooking through citrus, imitation crab, and seaweed salad (extra cost), then I see a whole romaine end, browning and cut up under that making the bulk of the bowl, followed by rice. Nothing like the picture at the kiosk. Then as I try to mix things up for a bite (I am starving at this point) I see a dark black hair. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed and unable to eat my food. I called to let them know and the younger lady who was there said she would let the owner know after sitting down and looking at all the food that was wasted. I decided to call back and ask for a refund. At that point, the younger lady kept repeating what I was saying, as she was relaying the information to what sounded like to be the owner. She told her to tell me that I needed to go back with the food. I let her know that I was unable to do that right now as I had two little kids who needed to nap- that's why I came home. She said she couldn't do a refund- until I went there with the food and my card. I was also told to refrigerate this food- are they going to use it?!? Smh. Ultimately I am out $40, and no lunch. I will never return or recommend to anyone. I'm thinking the reviews are for the teas- which I didn't try. read more

3.5 stars Sushi here is good. I had the Henry Roll, which was shrimp tempura, imitation crab meat, outside with salmon, tuna and avocado. That was tasty! The drink Hokkaido milk tea was quite water down. I did get 50% sugar, which I usually do to be safe since many places make it too sweet at 100%. Here, I should have just went with 100%, but the tea itself wasn't very strong. I would say, the food, snacks are a hit. Would definitely come back for that since it's so close to the hotel we're staying at. Drinks - I will give it another shot and just get 100% of how it's made. read more

The drinks were honestly just plain and bland. ​When I called to let them know, the response from the young lady who made them was unhelpful and dismissive. She didn't apologize or fix the issue, only suggesting I "come buy another one one day." ​The poor quality combined with the lack of effort to resolve the problem means I won't be returning. read more

I'm not sure how long this little hidden gem has been open but I'm upset that I have not tried this sooner. Hands down best gyoza I have ever had. It is just how I like it. The chicken bento box is also unlike any other fried chicken I've ever had. You can tell it is homemade and the spices set it apart from any other fried chicken around town. This also happens to be where I discovered my favorite boba tea. This has instantly become my favorite gyoza/boba restaurant. The portions are very generous and you will not be disappointed with the quality of food here. read more

I'm visiting Lompoc from Long Beach, California and Visited a different sushi as place each day with my granddaughters that's how much we love sushi Walked in the diamond sushi and it's not big so don't plan to dine in or use it as a date night. The table was covered with trash and crumbs even though a male worker was sitting there obviously on a break not sure why he didn't clean the table 1st The sushi cooks seemed very busy and didn't make much contact so we used the kiosk easy enough to order our food I stood outside to wait since the dining room was so unwelcoming the Boba tea was regular price but very small for the price. The food was overcook. The rice was soft and soggy and unseasoned Avocado was over ripe and mushy. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Check out "sake" sushi instead. read more

I've been here mostly for the boba and drinks but recently tried their rock roll and red dragon roll, as well the chicken gyoza and miso soup; overall it was amazing!!! I definitely recommend this place they are always super friendly and super quick with your order. The restaurant is on the smaller side but they have a few tables that are usually open, overall a super chill small town restaurant vibe I love it! read more

What a great spot to pop in for a quick bite or Boba. Clean space with friendly attentive staff. Everything we had was delicious and good sized portions, actually bigger than I expected for a standard bento box. I had the popcorn chicken bento box, comes with a salad, rice, fruit. The popcorn chicken is fresh, not frozen. I watched them season, bread and fry the chicken pieces right there. Very unique seasonings and great flavor. My husband got the egg rolls and a baked salmon roll. We also got a Thai Tea and a hot rose black tea latte (delicious!). Overall solid meal. But those places have become too greedy, so we were thrilled to find Diamond Tea and Sushi. They have delicious rolls with a huge variety of options, a great bento selection, and a nice range of boba tea customizations, all able to be ordered to-go online super easily. This new place in town is so, so very good and incredibly affordable. The popcorn chicken bento box comes with about 20 chicken, perfectly cooked sushi rice, a side salad of lettuce greens, and a few slices of watermelon.
