First, Hasan responded to my initial inquiry in 24 hrs. He asked me for some pictures so that he could create an estimate; again a response in 24 hrs. It was not an inexpensive quote for the job. I told him I would have to save up (I'm a teacher.) When I got back to him 7 months later he was able to fit me into a very busy schedule. Hasan did a fantastic job on a very large crack (long and wide) in my beautiful granite countertop! Our Marble kitchen floor needed to be polished and sealed after years of abuse and cleaning with the wrong products. We also had a chip in our granite countertop near the sink which was prone to water seepage. Hasan came out on a Saturday just before the holidays and took care of everything for us. Hasan did an excellent job of getting rid of two-month-old grout haze on our condo's new porcelain tile. He taped off the newly painted walls to protect them, cleaned very thoroughly and was extremely meticulous, even getting on the floor to work on stubborn areas with a razor blade scraper. Chris not only did that beautifully, but he also polished, cleaned, and sealed all of the marble on my tub and vanity. On top of that, he cleaned and sealed all of my granite as well. What impressed me most was his dedication--he worked a solid 12 hours on the first day just to ensure the showers were perfectly prepared for the new door installation the very next morning.
