First time ordering Dickey's online and delivery. I'd have to say it was easy and convenient, but I'm new to ordering online and curbside with the exception of pizza. Even better was the $5 off coupon when signing up for text promos. From start to finish I was able to track my order with Dickey's website and also Door Dash - their chosen delivery courier. Everything was on time and the driver followed the drop off instructions as I requested (almost), but nothing to complain about. One thing for the owner of this franchise might want to consider is having a security seal on their containers as when I looked in the bag the container was slightly opened. I'm pretty sure or should I say hopeful that the food was not tampered with, but in these uncertain times it would give customers added comfort in knowing for sure their food is safe. It was a very disappointing experience tonight at Dickey's. Food was cold and the brisket was 80% fat. The service was slow as they only had 2 young men working with no organization. Another young guy was there, but not doing much. The guy that was wandering around actually let some non-customers go behind the counter to get a Snapple drink. It was a total disaster. Tables dirty, litter on the floor, trash full. No free ice cream either... Credit card machine not working. Also, not fair that the 2 young men were left alone by themselves. An older man was there trying to get the credit card machine fixed, but left to get a new cable or something. However, not the right call to leave the store in the hands of teenagers. As we were walking out, they had raw meat in the back area just out uncovered next to a sink. Hope we don't end up barfing later tonight. I won't be coming back at all. read more

Nice to see that a franchisee cares about their investment. A good Dickey's, but not great. Ordered 1/2 of pulled pork. Meat was a little dry, and portion was small. This location had all of the BBQ sauces that Dickey's offers. They did not have any pickles though. They earn 4 stars for the service. The food quality needs work along with the required pickles. Many Dickey's have failed because the franchisees seemed to have given up. Hopefully the franchisee here continues, but should read reviews. In closing, Dickey's corporate reads, and responds to reviews (which makes zero sense). The franchisee should be reading, and replying to reviews. I don't know if all the employees who work at this location have a great disdain for customers, though it seems to be the case each time I've came back to this location to give them another chance. Ive been here half a dozen times, and the employees have been rude and the portions of food get smaller each time, even when you order the same thing you had gotten just a couple weeks prior. I've been coming to this Dickey's ever since it opened. Historically Dickey's has been one of our favorite fast casual restaurants but things for this location have gone down hill in a pretty bad way. There was one other customer in the store during my last visit on 10/26/22 @ 5:40 pm. I ordered a 2 Meat Plate with Pork Burnt Ends, Jalepeno Kielbasa, Potatoe Casserole and Jalepeno Beans. 1) Pricing are skyrocketing for many business's but the pricing of a plate of food here now rivals pricing for tableside service. I give a little bit of a pass due to inflation but the costs here compared to other choices has risen much more rapidly. 2) Dirty - tables, floors, walls, counters - everything here seems dirty. I took a napkin and dampened it with a bit of water and was surprised at how much dirty/soil was on the napkin after wiping the table down 3) Removal of the soft serve machine. This use to be a fun finish to the meal and at least justified some of the higher pricing of their food. The cashier told me that their corporate had them remove the soft serve because it was broken the last few times corporate had checked... Seriously? How about fixing the machine? 4) Lighting and restaurant looks dark/dim - I couldn't figure out why compared to other stores in the area this location looked so off... then I realized it was because 1/2 to 1/3 of the lights were burned out. The "wagon wheel" chandelier near the front had 1 working light out of (I think) 6... 5) Ice machine the last 3 visits was out of ice. I had to ask for ice which isn't a big deal...but it does add to the inconvenience. After pointing this out to the cashier he refilled the ice. 6) I ordered a 2 Meat Plate with Pork Burnt Ends and Jalepeno Kielbasa. The Kielbasa was on the edge of cold. The flavor was ok but being so close to being cold it had an oily taste/finish to it. My other meat was supposed to be "Pork Burnt Ends". After my plate was presented to me I asked them if that was the Pork Burnt Ends. They confirmed with me that it was... I've eaten a lot of Pork Burnt Ends over the years...this wasn't Pork Burnt Ends...this was chopped pork. This was just another disappointing part of the visit. Sadly this is likely my last visit. Quality and service have gone down, cost has gone up. I would go so far as to say that I hope this location closes down and another business moves in here that cares about the product they deliver. read more

I hate giving bad reviews as I understand mistakes happen, HOWEVER the two times I have ordered here, they forget more than half my order. Crazy that it's happened BOTH times. First time, the manager drove the rest of my order to me himself and I wasn't starving so it was no big deal and I appreciated the offer for him to come to me. This time, I ordered $45 worth of food and they forgot my drinks, 4 sides and a kids meal. That's ridiculous. My mother in law picked it up so she didn't know I ordered drinks and all that but when she got home with it and we saw we were missing food, i called to speak to a manager. The manager on duty apologized and said for me to come back and he would give it to me however they close at nine and it was 845 already. I live further than 15 away and I just had a newborn so it's not easy to just leave. I told him all I was missing and I just feel the refund for the food I didn't receive isn't really equivalent to the fact that we now don't have half our food... He offered the replacement of fresh sliced beef brisket and, get this, fresh pulled pork which I did not complaint about in the first place. Kudos to Omar who resolved the issue promptly and diligently to my extreme satisfaction. I am upgrading my original 1 star to 5 star for their professionalism. I am posting the replacement of fresh sliced beef brisket and pulled pork. Original review: Buyers Beware: I regret that I did not check the content of my to-go order when I picked it up from this restaurant. When I got home and opened the food box, I was shocked. I spent $17 for a 1/2 lb beef brisket (sliced) and I got what seemed to be a cold leftover of some kind of meat (and I hope it is beef brisket). I am posting a picture here. You may compare it to the image of the sliced beef brisket that Dickey's webiste advertises. There is no iota of resemblance between the two. I am also posting my order details that clearly states "Sliced" Beef Brisket. I called the restaurant and left a complaint on the voicemail, and I never hear from them. Me and my fiancé always walked by here and it always smells so good so we decided to try it out. Compared to how it smelled the food was underwhelming. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was okay and my fiancé got the loaded brisket nachos. The only thing good about them were the beans. The nachos were cold, there was barely any cheese, there was more fat than actual meat, and the pieces of brisket we had were bland. We went before the pandemic and it was our first time trying this restaurant. The food was awesome but the portion size was small. I wish they gave more food because I felt like it wasn't enough. I ordered my meal online The employee at the counter was polite and friendly. From the minute I walked through the door I could see that the entire floor was dirty, like it had been mopped with a dirty mop and dirty water. My shoes stuck to the floor as I walked. I used the restroom while I was there, the bathroom wasn't clean and the toilet seat was so loose I'm sure that'll it fall off soon. The counter where the free ice cream cone machine used to be is dingy. My Brisket sandwich was so salty I couldn't eat it, I cut it up and gave it to my dog, he wouldn't eat it. I can't speak for the customer service at the restaurant but the catering is spot on. My GF threw a party of apx 30 people in her backyard with a cozy country feel. She chose Dickey's for her catering. The sides: rolls, bbq beans, mac & cheese, cheesy mashed potatoes & coleslaw. The meats: sliced polish sausage links, chicken breast and pork ribs. There was 3 sauce options: sweet, spicy and original. My faves: the mac & cheese is thick & creamy, the coleslaw was the perfect amout of sweet & tangy and the mashed potatoes were perfectly seasoned with little bits of potato skin & cheese. Rolls were ok, as was the beans. The polish sausage has a random kick of spices here & there. The chicken was not dry but nothing spectacular enough for me to order. The ribs were tender to the bite but no smoke ring. Overall a good bbq experience but nothing I would plan my day around & drive miles to get. If I run across one though, i'm definitely getting ribs & those potatoes!! read more

Ok Stopped into Dickey's BBQ Eastvale for dinner with the wife. We know they had only been open a short amount of time but never realized it was opening day. That help explain why they had such a large line to order. With that be said, the line moved rather quickly and the people taking our order and cutting the meat were both really friendly and informative about the product. After paying we were lucky and found a table very quickly. It was nice they had a person in the dining area wiping tables as quickly as they became open. Now we have been to a few other Dickey's and the food and service was always good but nothing to write home about. NOT so at this location the food was GREAT! The presentation of the dinners was also excellent with generous portions. Between the wife and I we ordered three meals so that we could take one home one for the kid. Between all of the meals we were able to order all of the meats and I must say everyone of them were EXCELLENT. The brisket was very tender and could be ordered chopped or sliced. This by far was the best Dickey's I have ever been to. Everything from great service, excellent food to and amazing presentation made this a wonderful dinner. We will be back! To the owners of this location, if you run it like Jersey Mike's next door to you that I also love I will be in all of the time and so will half of Eastvale. You are off to a GREAT start. Came here twice so far. Ordered online the first time and got the sliced beef brisket...extremely tender. We've tried the potato salad, mac and cheese, green beans. The sides were ok..nothing memorable. Apparently, not all meat options are available online. If you want to order the ribs as a meat selection or rib plate, you need to order over the phone or in person. The rep said this way, they can make sure they have the quantity available when you order. So I called in the order the second time around and got the rib plate for my husband. The ribs were really tender and flavorful as well. I highly recommend ordering online or by phone..the lines are horrendous right now....probably cuz they just opened a few weeks ago, plus...it's a lot easier to just check in and pick up your order instead of trying to wait in line. My family and I got the two for $22 platters. The meats we chose: -Pulled pork The pulled pork was my favorite but it's also my favorite always so I'm biased. It wasn't dry or overlooked and tasted great in a bread roll. -Brisket This was my second fave meat which was tender and marinated well. -Short ribs -Chicken We didn't really touch the chicken after first bite. It tasted artificial. My mom thought the chicken would be like a chicken breast or wings cooked and served the way el pollo loco chicken is but it was like rectangle strips of dry chicken. I would not get this. The sides we chose: -Fried onion tangles It's like eating a blooming onion or those crispy onions you can sometimes get in burgers. So yummy and the portions great. -Waffle fries Better than chick-fil-a's fries in my opinion. -Bread rolls I really liked these bread rolls.
