Bought a set of 4 tires at Browns Tire Factory plus road hazard? Yesyerday I had a low tire indicator light come on and since I was close to Battle Ground TF I went there. They seemed perturbed and said they would check my tire pressures. They did and found the RR pass tire low. They added air and told me I was good to go! The indicator light went off. Today, Sunday, light is back on and only place open is Walmart. Within 10 seconds he said you've got a big nail sticking out of your tire. Thanks Dicks Tire Factory! I waste my Sunday and get to pay for a flat tire that you should have caught and fixed on Saturday! read more

I have had an alignment done here some time ago. I've also had oil changes and my wife has had oil changes done with frequency. Most of the time I do my own oil changes. Just yesterday I went to grease monkey because dicks isn't open on Sunday. I should have just did it myself but I was in a hurry. Made me realize how awesome Dicks Point S really is. This place is clean. They leave your car clean and free of oily finger prints. read more

I took my car in today to get the oil changed. The gentleman that helped me went out of his way to make sure I was putting the best oil in my car. So here is my Not treated well story, I have a small compact Kabota tractor. Last summer the front tire kept going flat. They put a tube in for me and it worked fine for the rest of the season. The same tire blew again this spring on a Friday. Again they replaced the tube, I ask the technition if they made a thicker tube to replace this one because I was hauling gravel. He said no they are all pretty much the same. When done he told me oh we did put a little thicker tube in. Just make sure the pressue is up. My bs meeter went off but payed my 50.00 and out the door I went. The very next day, Saturday the same tire went flat. Took it back in. The Main Cheese said,as I walked in the door with tire in hand. Man weren't you just in here with a flat? I said yes. Oh he say's different tire? No same tire I replied. Well, we are busy today so it will be some time before get to it.( And they were.) So I told him to call when it was ready. About an hour later he calls and said.....your tire is bad and needs replaced. (Ok I will pick it up.)When I did he ask, "are you getting one from Skipp (the Kabota) dealer"? NOYB was my thought. But I was polite and said yep! Do you want the old tire?( No),if you want it keep it. That helps me from paying to haul it off. I left only with the rim. I ordered the tire from Amazon on Sunday and took it in Tuesday to be mounted. First thing the Big cheese says, Did you get this from Skip? (No I ordered it). He says "we could have ordered it for you". Then he said, Now remind me, did we charge you for keeping the tire? Nope! And I supose you want a stem and tubeless. Yep! As he was writing me up a nice lady and her daughter were just finished and waiting to pay. He walked away without any excuse me, left me waiting at the counter, and waited on them. He was very curt, cold and arrogant with me but sweet as butter to them. So here is the lesson. In the last two years you Mr. Big cheese....you have made over 80.00 off me. That is profit after including labor, parts, and overhead. Not a big loss right! But, I have been in buisness too. For twenty years, and knows the value of customer service. I will now switch from YOUR Tire station to Less Schwab or Walmart for my new 800.00 tire set. Oh and the 1200.00 set for my truck, and gosh my neighbor needs a tire rotation, and ask me for a recommendation, and my son want's off road tires and.....well you do the math. Where and how i spend my hard earned money is my choice...your job and main concern should be making me feel all warm and cozy. You can charge for that. After all, a spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down. Good bye!!!! And yes, I will let Skip know how much I do appreciate being treated well by him and his staff! And to quit recommending you! Dick's Tire Factory has an attitude that they DO NOT need your business, or care if they get it. They do sell tires but are not up to the standards of America's Tire or Les Schwabb. I had bought two tires from them, and after a few months I blew two tires (or thought I did). As it turns out, only one was bad, which I hadn't purchased from them. They typically do free patches on their own tires, and this one was not from them. They did a patch on it anyways, because I had bought some other tires from them. However, the next day, the patch blew out. I went to America's Tire a few days later, and they said it was unpatchable, with sidewall damage. It had a huge screw stuck in the side, which Dick's totally missed. America's Tire sold me a new tire and gave a free replacement certificate along with it, in the case that the tire ever blows out. America's Tire is the way to go! I'm trying to decide now whether I'm inspired enough to open up an America's Tire in Battle Ground. read more

HORRIBLE!! Do not get an oil change here if you want oil in your car!! They drained the oil and didn't put a DROP of oil back in! My car blew up from no oil and there was proof from mechanics that there was no oil leek and it was bone dry after the oil change and who thinks to check their oil right after an oil change when they pay a professional company to do it?? To top it off they REFUSED to pay anything for the TOTALLES car and were extremely rude when I told them about the situation. DO NOT USE THEM. Ew. read more

Went in for a nail in tire they pulled tire off rim without telling me they were going to do so. Than refused to put my tire back on rim. Never have I had a company pull a tire off rim without expressing they were needing to do it first. Will not be using them ever. read more

Refused to mount my new tires because of "liability" reasons! Nothing special about them, 2015 Dodge Ram factory 18inch wheels! Pretty pathetic of a place to call a tire store when they can't even mount something so simple as wheels and tires! Also, "where did you get them?" Was a idiotic question they asked me. What does it matter?! If a company is competent and hire professionals then they should be able to handle anything. These guys are a bunch of hacks that don't know how to treat customers. Take your buisness to somone that knows how to treat you right! read more

I was very disappointed with my service at Dick' s Point S today. I spent an hour and 20 minutes waiting to get my oil changed, usually it takes about 20 minutes per visit. Not once did any of the workers apologize for the inconvenience. read more

Went into Dicks to purchase two new tires, for mine were bald. Gentleman working there seemed fine, until he took a colleague out with him to look at my tires. When they came back in, i was told they would not sell me tires unless I bought three new ones, when I can only afford two. And to either come back when I have more money, or don't get any tires at all. Never good business to tell a costumer that. Will never support that business again. read more

Super crazy fast. Went in for oil change with my 07 ford. They where done before I could sit down and pull out my phone. And their prices aren't horrible either paid 35 for oil change, which is worth it when you don't have to do it yourself. Though I wish the guy who pulled my car around front would have put my seat back roughly where he found it. read more

These guys are a joke. Wouldn't mount and ballance my new tires because I didn't buy them there and was very rude about it. I've bought many trailer tires from them in the past but no more. I'll give my money to other company's that take care of their customers. read more

Stripped one of the bolts on my car made it horrible to get off next time, had to grind it to make it so something would grip it again once getting it out. Car wash misses a lot of spots but if you get your oil changed you get a free token so no complaining. Oil change is fast and my car seems quite happy afterwards so no complaints there. read more

I will NEVER do business with Dick's Tire Factory in Battle Ground again, and I suggest you follow suit. I stopped in to see how much they would charge to put on my winter tires (mount & balance). The manager asked me what size tires I had & before I could even finish telling him the size he interrupted me and ask where I originally bought them. When I answered somewhere else he immediately started escorting me to the door stating "if there's no profit in it for me we don't do it. It's our policy". So I said "that doesn't make sense since the amount you charge for mounting & balancing is all profit". He replied "it's our policy in case we scratch your rim or something". And then he shut the door on me! I could not believe it. It is hard to make a profit in a small town when you are rude & refuse to help your own townsfolk because "there is no profit in it" for you! News flash DICK'S...there are lots of other tire shops in town! My next set (which will be this spring) will be purchased from Les Schwab even though they were slightly higher than you...it'll be worth it. That's $1400 you will NEVER get from me. read more

I used to go to Les Schwab, until several years ago when one morning I needed fast service for a flat repair. I went to Dick's in BG and have been going there ever since. I've bought many sets of tires there, had brakes done a few times, and had other misc service. I have found them to be fair, fast, and have much lower prices than the Honda dealer. We now have three cars/drivers in the family and I take all three cars to them. I even took a trailer by one day to see if they could fix a light on it. They quickly fixed it and didn't charge me. I'm really surprised to see bad reviews on here.....I've never seen anything except good service there. If I was only reviewing the front desk and tire/brakes side, I would give five stars. But the guys in the oil and lube side deserve 2 or 3 stars, so they dropped this review to 4 stars. I didn't like them at all, so I take the vehicles elsewhere for oil changes. I'll continue to go to them for tires and brakes because I've been extremely happy with their service and products. read more
