7-8-26 This visit was a fiasco. Place was busy with only one server so the bartender came and waited on us. The people coming in after us were getting their food before us so we asked the busy server if she could check on our food. Apparently our food had been sitting in the back done but the main server didn't bring it to us because she was so busy and the bartender had gotten busy at the bar. By the time our food came out it was luke warm at best. The main server never checked on us because the bartender took our order and the bartender didn't check on us because the bar was busy. The main server would groan when new people were coming in or she had to walk by us to go to where the most people were. Terrible experience, we will NOT be back. read more

When placing our orders, the waitress asked, "what side would you like with that?" Naturally, we assumed a side was included with the entrée, especially given how casually the question was phrased. No mention was made that sides were extra. I ordered a burger, other two people at the table ordered wings. Fast forward to the bill, and we were a bit surprised (and not in a good way) to see we were charged individually for each side- about $5-6 per plate, which added up quickly. When we asked about it, she simply said, "yeah, I said would you like to add a side"without much concern. She in fact did not use that phrase when we ordered. Bottom line: The food was enjoyable, but be sure to double-check what's included. Don't fall for the "and what would you like for your side". Wings: Meh. Specializes in wings, but they still weren't cooked properly. No crunch at all. None. Not sloppy jalopy but another minute and a half in the fryer would've made them great. Was there on Trivia Night so perhaps that is why. The staff was friendly and nice. They swore their wings would be the best ever when we ventured in to ask. But being kind of a wing connoisseur myself, I can tell you they were a solid 6 out of a 1 to 10 scale. New management shows tho. Awful before this new management. Happy I went and I may give them another try when not so busy. Would like to give an 8 or above next time because I love wings when done right. Staff here was absolutely friendly, menu options were great! Bathrooms were fair, wait times for food aren't bad either as well as the prices. It's more of a family place in my opinion to go out too! First off big 5 stars to our waitress Kayla. She was amazing. From the time we sat down telling us all about the wings and the flavoring to the quesadillas which seem to be their specialities, Kayla was amazing. Kayla checked backed with us and brought us refills without even asking us if we needed refills. She was adorable and just a great asset to this establishment. Now for the low stars..... The lower than subpar burger. Definitely not a fresh meat burger served her. This is a frozen burger so if that is a negative for you pass on the burger. I personally do not like frozen burgers and could tell right away that it was previously frozen. The mushrooms on the burger we really tasteless and the cheese as just plopped on the burger and sliding to the side. The tomatoes were overly ripe and the onions which I had asked to be sauteed were just heated and placed on the burger. The waffle fries had no flavor/no seasoning, straight out of the freezer. At first the inside looks big and interesting with all of the Tv's until you see all of the water stains on the ceiling. To me this just shows lack of caring for your patrons. Go down to Lowe's or HD and get some new ceiling panels and change those stained nasty things. So the burger and atmosphere get a 1 and Miss Kayla gets a 5 so the score is 3. With Miss Kayla this place would have been a fail. Get the wings and you might want to ask if those were previously frozen. read more

Told them I was lactose intolerant and wanted to know if raging Cajun had dairy in it. The waitress said she asked the chef if it did he said no. It comes out with a reddish white sauce still they insist that it's not dairy it's hot sauce. They bring out the jars with the ingredient list and it says milk in the rub and sauce. Either the chef doesn't know what dairy is or he didn't check or care. This condition causes me a lot of pain and vomiting if I eat dairy. No where is there a way to check on line or in person if the food is safe for people with allergies. read more

I didn't even get to eat here but a review was needed based on the service of two minutes. I placed a Grubhub order that went through. I went to pick up and I was yelled at to come over across the place "you need to come over here obviously I can't hear over here." I mentioned I was there to pick up my order and I was berated for not knowing that there GH service was no longer working because "our tablet etc etc etc." I was told rudely that I should of known and that it was impossible to have put an order through. We went in several months ago for the all you can eat. We checked online to make sure it was still offered, and it said "all day Thursday." When we got there, there was a sign that said it ends at 6pm. We still had time, so we went in and sat down. We waited over 20 min before they addressed us. (there were about 3 or 4 servers and only a couple tables seated. The servers were walking around talking while one of them picked things off empty tables.) when they finally came to take our orders, they said that they can only give us all you can eat if we place our first order before 6. Which is the hottest level of heat you could add, we also had to sign a waiver if that gauges how serious of an option. Went here today with my family. I ordered the garlic pepper wings mild. That is not what was brought to me. I've had that flavor over 100 times. I told the waitress it wasn't correct and she argued with me that it was. My daughter ordered mild mango habanero and they were so spicy she couldn't eat them. My son in laws wings were supposed to be spicy but weren't. We just traded amongst ourselves until we found one we could eat. The overall taste wasn't bad. Husband and I have been to multiple locations and this location is the only one that has boneless I like. The service is awful though for a place that literally has two tables the entire time we are there. They close extremely early or on some days they will close early because why not. The staff turn around is crazy I've never had the same waitress twice but at the same time feel bad because they probably don't make any money at all working there(even if they were good). Tonight my husband went in to place a Togo order and I guess one called in while he was there and when the waitress told the cook that they turned down another to go the entire kitchen staff cheered while my husband just sits there waiting for his Togo order (now made to feel bad by the entire staff for you know them doing their jobs). Husband still got the wrong order and he said screw it hell eat it because he'd already been there and hour and half with two tables sitting inside. The waitresss have given their entire life story to us including talking shit about other businesses in the area and their at home drama and chaos that I didn't want to know. Also talks alit of shit about people who complained about food/experience and would under tip if she tried to "correct" them to us expecting us to agree with her as we are patiently waiting for her to walk away so we can sign the check tip the 15%because she was beyond horrible but I'm not a monster and leave. I think cheap rent and Thursdays wing night is what keeps them open because there is never people there and it would astonish me if they stayed open for any other reason.
