So, the hood could not be opened to replace the battery. James took the time to research the problem and removed a panel and was able to ultimately release the latch to the hood so he could install the battery. What a life saver! I completed an online form and received call within 30 mins. It was the end of the day but they scheduled for first thing in the morning. Had a battery replaced and I have never seen such a small battery in a Corvette! The battery went dead in a week and when called, they would not warranty it because the car had been sitting up for years and that could have shorted the battery out. Nothing about that was told to my wife during the replacement. On top of which it was only a 24 month battery. I did not know that those were still being used. I feel it was a $200.00+ ripoff and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. read more
