Nowhere in the purchasing process does it say "children under 48" must be accompanied by a non-participating adult.", despite multiple kids being selected. Nowhere was it shown, nowhere did accept terms and conditions. It did list height requirements, age requirements. It did list language requirements. Nowhere did it show that multiple parents were required. I bet that the website will be updated now that this happened because you know you were in the wrong, and you were rude and hostile to me at the same time. And you owe me a refund. read more

My nephew is absolutely obsessed with all things construction vehicles so you have a little little kid in your life that loves them. This is such an amazing opportunity for them to experience. As long as a child is two or older they can do the mini excavator with an adult for 15 minutes. It was a little under $30. I know 15 minutes doesn't sound like a lot of time but it was ample. There are fans that are outside and available seating for extra family members to come and it also came with a certificate and the option to purchase photos, the staff was really mindful about refilling the water in the fans for the misters, and clearly explaining how to use the mini excavator. We'll definitely be back as he gets older for the big vehicles!! read more

I've your ever in Vegas area (Henderson), Dig This is a cute excursion to do with your little's. We surprised our son with a session to operate a mini excavator. Although he was just about the size to operate on his own, he opted to sit with dad to do it. There's a little photo opportunity beforehand so they can offer souvenirs with photos for purchase. It really is a cute experience for kids and I think my son will probably want to do it again on his own before he outgrows the construction vehicle phase. I booked two digs, but my friend's kid wasn't able to do it the same day as us. They offered a credit for them to do it later on, but do NOT issue refunds. Souvenirs a little pricey. Photos weren't the best quality and were priced at $10/$25/$30. We still got one for memory but it was average. The gentleman who helped my son was super patient and encouraging. They have an area where you can tip your operator helper. read more

My wife planned a surprise birthday trip to Vegas for me and the absolute highlight of the trip was Dig This. We had a BLAST learning how to use an excavator, bulldozer, and skid steer, and capped that off with the Aggression Session. Our instructor Alex was incredibly personable and patient throughout and really made the experience incredible, and all of the staff were super helpful with facilitating the surprise and making the day of amazing. The best part of all of this is that (unbeknownst to my wife) I had read about Dig This decades ago while in college and always wanted to give it try. Planning on using my new found skills and dig a swimming pool at my house!! Crew was amazing!!

My spouse and I drove the excavators, and it was so much fun! Brian was very thorough with explaining how it works. First you watch him demonstrate in a sandbox, watch a short video and don your vest- mine was pink! On to the real thing where we learned to use the controls and you're wearing a headset throughout to hear what's next. First we spun around, beeping the horn and spinning in both directions, then we tipped back- that was awesome! We drove forwards to the tires, but first came the actual excavating /digging in the dirt! The next up was moving and stacking the tires, then onto the finale of playing basketball! This was a fantastic experience and a great way to escape, energize and just have fun! Plus they snap photos throughout, so you can show everyone what an expert heavy equipment operator you are! My son had such a great time. This is an absolute must for construction obsessed kids. I am impressed with how everyone interacted with my son and made the experience really special for him. After the brief instruction, he (5yr) was able to use it himself. They gave a warning before the time was up, which helped the transition to end it. This was a great place to take a young kid who loves construction equipment. Kids 7 and under and 2 adults can use the 303 (small excavator) for 30 minutes. It's super cool, even coming from someone who's grown up running heavy equipment most of their life. What actually won me over is when I was trading seats with another person in my party, the attendant paused our 30min timer. It's the simple things like that, they want you to enjoy your time, and aren't there as a cash grab. We plan on going again later this year. read more

I recently arranged for a custom dig for 11 adults. It was an excellent experience and my group talked about how much fun they had all afternoon. While making the arrangements, the staff was responsive and made great suggestions for the event. They also offered to arrange transportation and refreshments. We opted for transportation to and from our hotel which made taking a group so much easier. The equipment was in great shape, the instructors were funny and very encouraging, and the experience itself was exhilarating. The facilities were very clean (which was great for a "construction" site) and the gift store and refreshments were very reasonable. We all drove two different machines and each was its own kind of fun. It was the most comfortable experience getting out of your comfort zone I can imagine. read more

We had a great experience at Dig this. I rode with my 3 year old and my wife rode with my 6 year old, all of us had a blast with the 1 ton digger. Brian was great at explaining how each machine worked and stayed with us the whole time giving us advice on how to operate each machine efficiently. He even gave both kids a picture of Blippi at the end, and let the kids take plenty of pics with some of the other machines. I didn't catch the receptionist's name, but she was also very friendly. I would 100% recommend for anyone with an interest in operating large machinery, or with kids who love excavators! read more

"Tons" of fun for the kids and the adults as well in this construction playground...just south of the M hotel/casino Dig This has several different options to choose from to fulfill your dreams of operation heavy equipment...the kids 1 ton mini excavators are very reasonably priced for the 15 minute session. The bigger vehicles are more expensive to utilize but the people driving them seemed to be having a very good time!! They take pictures and sell them at the conclusion of your session in the very large gift shop/gathering center...the photos, 4X6, were 10 dollars by themselves or 30 dollars attached to one of the dig this photo plaques...the gift shop was very reasonably priced for most of the merchandise being sold...will definitely consider returning in the future, especially with the weather finally beginning to cool off....RECOMMEND read more

We did the kids dig version. My son watches Blippi and saw this on the show. The excitement was priceless! The staff was great and he sang the excavator song the whole time. Since he is 2 his dad had to go on. My 8 year old daughter was simply tagging along but ended up loving it too. They got 15 mins to work the machine. I stumbled upon Dig This while using Google Maps to search hotels for a Vegas trip. My SO has always talked about wanting to play with heavy equipment so this was a perfect find as I've never seen anything like Dig This before. Their website is easy to navigate and answered my questions so I set it up online as a surprise for my SO. She didn't know it was happening until we pulled into the parking lot to be greeted by Leslie and Phil. Through the intro class and Phil's hands-on instruction, her nervousness quickly turned to the joy and excitement of a little kid at play. I chose a Big Dig Excavator and she dug holes, stacked tires, played basketball and spun around while I watched and listened in from the viewing area. Leslie and Phil helped me make this probably the best surprise I've ever pulled off for her and she left with her face hurting from smiling so much. I can't thank them enough. This is must do when you're in Vegas, a great all-around experience. read more
