Here's the lay of the land you go in, grab the ordering sheet, mark your orders by writing in how many of each dish you want. There's dim sum and or there hot foods like noodles and fried rice. Turn you turn in your order at the ordering window. The staff there will pick and pack your offer accordingly. Then you pay at the cashier window. Cash is King! Credit card charges you an extra 3% of the total order. Which is how much credit card companies take in anyway for their profit. If you're new to dim sum or want to give dim sum a try, honestly this is a really neat place to try. There's a paper you can mark on without worrying of saying the wrong thing or pronouncing it wrong. I'm guilty of that! There's a picture guide on the wall that matches the number to the photo. Of the times I've been here lately I've ordered a lot of food like about a dozen dishes each time. They are pretty quick about it. If something runs out they will be on it to make it. Ever since I discovered this place, I have been ordering Uber Eats every week. I am addicted to their dimsum! It's the cheapest in the area without sacrificing quality. I love the football, special egg yolk bun, baked pork bbq bun, steamed pork bbq bun, sesame balls, garlic spareribs, pineapple egg yolk bun, brown sugar sponge cake, and sweet rice cake. I'm pretty disappointed that my first dimsum in probably a year was so bad. There were 3 other customers in front of me when I got there around noon and it took me about 30 minutes, if not more, to get my food and pay. There's what seems to be two people in the front but it's one person packing the food and also manning the cash register while the other man was getting more food from the back and stacking and seen seldom packing food. There are posters on the walls with each item pictured and numbered. There are order sheets on the table with pens for you to fill out before you get to the counter. Once you make it to the counter, you hand over your form and wait about 10 minutes while they pack and restock and just go back and forth, right in front of you. You can use a credit card but you'll be charged a fee. I used cash and the man handed me a complimentary dessert(?) Once we got home and tried each item; the 3 of us were in mutual agreement that we would never go back. Here's why: The rice noodles were literally falling apart in clumps and we're definitely the wrong texture , the haim sui gok was tooooo doughy with not much filling inside, the shiu mai was so over steamed that the insides were falling apart and so over cooked that the peel was dry, the inside of the beancurd was also falling apart, the garlic spare ribs had mostly taro, the chow fun looked flavorful but was more bland than just plain white noodles, and the shrimp in the har gow was definitely mushy in a bad way. The service was nice, everyone wore masks, and the price wasn't bad BUT there was no efficiency, the food was not to anyone's likings (we all have different tastes but no one liked any specific item), and there were toooo many people in the small confined space. read more

This is the perfect spot for dimsum if you're in a rush! You can get dimsum to go and for the pricing, it's worth it. My family loves getting dimsum from here on the weekend as it is quick and easy. I have been going to this place for about a year now and every time I have gone the food has been amazing. This tiny little dim sum place is a whole in the wall and more people need to know about it. Its in this tiny plaza with awful parking so just a heads up. Right when you walk in your greeted with so many pictures of food on the wall. I love this because often times when im ordering its hard to see what I'm really gonna get. There is a paper menu where you mark down how many of each item you would like, the best part about this is that the numbers on the menu correspond with the numbers on posters. After you mark down what you want on the sheet of paper you hand it off to the sweet old man behind the window. The food here always comes out hot and ready just like any dim sum restaurant you would go to. My favorite dishes to get from here are always the shiu mai, the beancurd roll w/ pork in oyster sauce, turnip cake, the baked bbq pork buns, chicken feet, the pineapple yolk bun, and the rice noodle with bbq pork. The shiu mai come in 4 huge portions which are packed with meat and flavor. The beancurd roll has the perfect ratio of sauce to meat which makes it not to heavy as well. The turnip cake is probably my favorite item to get there. Its packed with flavor and another tip would be to throw it in the air fryer for a couple minutes to give it that nice crunch. I could honestly go on and on about this place but we would both be here forever. If you ever have the time and want some fast and delicious dim sum I highly recommend this place. They have a system for ordering where you order off a checklist, hand it to the employee then they will call your name to pay. When I arrived there was a long line outside. It never moved so finally I asked someone if they were waiting to order. They were waiting to pick up their food. So be aware, go inside. Seems the rate limiting step is not ordering. I ended up waiting 45 minutes to get my food. I don't think I've waited this long for to-go dim sum before. The quality of the food was decent. For the price it's not bad. This spot has such an old school, Cantonese-style express Dim Sum vibe that it's so worth coming to. They are both English and Cantonese-speaking establishment, which is a super bonus. During Covid-19, they are practicing social distancing, and even have a table right when you walk-in, and you write down your order. Many years ago, we were the only Asian family in this area. Now dim sum? I was a bit flabbergasted by its per dish price. No body has $3.98 for dim sum nowadays( it used to be $2.89). Most of the restaurants sell their dim sum at least $5 a piece. But are the dim sums good? Decent and a good value for the money. Some dim sum items are very good and some are not so good. So it's a hit and miss with the food. But if you know what to order then you will enjoy the food here. The restaurant currently serves for take out only. So pickup an ordering sheet and check the following food: Pineapple buns are good. The bread is soft and the fillings are delicious. Soy sauce fried noodle and the fried rice noodle( 银针粉）are also highly recommend. For our lunch today, we ordered sesame balls which were excellent and crispy. Char Siu buns were not too bad from lunch order so were the char siu pastry. The followings were not that good: Gluttonous rice wrapped in lotus leaf-very little filling and not too much of a taste, Siu Mai - strange taste, Chow zhou dumpling- totally missed this one as the skins were so thick and not much of fillings inside either. My go to for quick dim sum since it's near my place. I go there so much that the owner and workers knows me and my son lol. My go to is the siu mai, chicken with sticky rice , chicken feet, and ha gow. They are closed Thursdays which makes me sad because that's when I'm most free. She is eager to answer questions about their items and very patient. She even taught me some Chinese words! -fast service -you can order by mouth or fill out an order sheet first -Accepts both card and cash. ($10 min for card) -offer steamed egg lava buns!!! -offer plenty of egg tarts!!! -offer a variety of dim sum dishes for $3.18 per order (that includes 3 or 4) -offer a daily breakfast combo that includes congeee and one dim sum item -offer other dishes like noodles, rice and vegetables -in a plaza with parking lot Cons: -some of their items aren't AS good as from a dim sum restaurant but for the price and given open situation and takeout function, it is acceptable.
