Authentic and delicious Chinese food. I've been going here very often since their opening, and they've stayed consistent, if not better with their food. Dining is small and intimate. It's ok. Super oily . Clams were good. General Tso chicken was so dried and hard as a rock. I guess they tried to impress rich folks by using white meat. Not recommending when you have to do double deep fry for general t'so chicken. The bird nest was good . Soup was also good. read more

Great unexpected find! The ladies are fast on service and the food is great. Their dim sum is delicious. We ordered all of the dim sum on the menu and really liked the taste. Their shrimp Har gao is so fresh! My favorite is the chives dumplings. The Shumai is also delicious. My son really liked the fried shrimp balls. So many dishes available. I mentioned a few stand outs. So happy that there is such an authentic dim sum restaurant in Bradenton. read more

This is a little hole in the wall restaurant. The service was good and restaurant is pretty clean. I liked that the dim sum was freshly made so we had to order what we want. But since it didn't come on the cart, we kind of over ordered. But the food was kind of disappointing. It looked really good but had very little flavor or none at all. We order general tso chicken and egg drop soup. The egg drop soup was a bit clear and not as yellow/yolky. We thought maybe it would be real authentic but it only looked good, because it tasted like water. Our chicken wasn't flavored or spicy either, it was a bit salty if anything. The dim sum was fresh but it didn't have much flavor either. Sweet soy sauce didn't even taste like what I was expecting. For 4, it cost about $110 with tax. We got the main things you would at a dim sum restaurant: ha cao, su mai, spare ribs, bbq pork buns, Chinese broccoli, and a few different things. read more

This place is exceptional. The dim sum is the best I've had. A couple of my favorites were the bbq pork steamed buns and the lava buns (I can't remember the full name but it's filled with this amazing custard type of concoction), both were so so good. Their Mongolian beef is also amazing! I really have nothing bad to say about this place, staff was so friendly and attentive, and the prices are really good, better than other dim sum restaurants in the area! Came here on a Wednesday evening - boy this place was cranking out the food! Not a lot of seating inside - mostly saw carryout orders. We only got apps - the BBQ pork steamed buns, crab rangoon, potstickers, and the scallion pancake. Would get all except the pancake again. Fun place to try new things - not overpriced. This place is excellent! Great variety and quality with standard Chinese fare and dim sum also make it a great spot. We have only been here for lunch and the value exceeds the cost every time. As a matter of fact my wife and her friends had lunch there today, New Year's eve Friday. We will definitely be back to try more of their food and may even make it for dinner in the near future. This place is a great addition to LWR area. The veggies are always fresh tasting and still have some bite. The sauces in the different dishes are not overly sweet or gloopy like many "americanized" asian places. The prices are reasonable and they have a lot to choose from. Just opened we opted for take out. There is sit down and outdoor seating available. Fried rice very good (you can ask for no egg) one in our party has a severe MSG allergy they can steam vegetables which are fresh and good. Staff is friendly! Give them a try ! read more

Our first time here was amazing! They just opened this week, but I'll bet they stay open for years to come if they keep up this quality of food and service. We ordered bbq steamed buns, Shang hai dumplings, rice wrapped veggies (not our favorite), peeking duck, crab Rangoons, and sweet and sour chicken. The bbq buns were absolutely amazing! Something has changed. Our neighbor mentioned it a few weed ago but we just went back. Something's definitely changed. Really thick breading in General So's chicken. No spice at all. I even ask for extra spice. Beef broccoli had clearly different beef than the beef and bok choy served next to us. It disappointing because we like this place. I see others have said the same in other reviews. I hope they go back to the standards they had when they opened. Service has always been very good read more

Recently visited Dim Sum and was very impressed this time. My sesame chicken was very tasty and delicious. My guest had the shrimp Lo mein also tasty and delicious, could have had a few more shrimp thrown in but all together an excellent choice. Service was fast and efficient.
