This place is located in an outdoor strip mall. Therefore, there is a shared parking lot, but at certain hours, it's valet ($6) only. It was super strong, similar to Vietnamese coffee. I drank about 3/4 of it and couldn't sleep, lesson learned. Next time, I'll only have it in the morning. Got a Green Tea Yakult and the Yakult was mad sour. I could swear that it was expired because God Damn it tasted like cottage cheese. I would've went back to change it or get the drink fixed but I didn't drink it til I got home which was 10 minutes away from the cafe. Tried to drink it but couldn't because of how nasty it was. First time trying their Signature Milk Tea with Golden Boba from this location and it is yummy! Boba tastes chewy and fresh. The drink overall tastes pretty consistent to other Ding Tea locations I have been. I would say it tastes more milk-y rather than tea-y. I prefer a stronger tea- taste, but I am happy how this was made nonetheless. I am sure the ratios of tea/milk depends on the staff member making it. I was surprised that it was a smaller portion size than I'm used to with other milk tea spots and it was around $6. The boba was yum, and the milk tea was really delicious. I forgot to customize my sweetness level but even so it was still the right amount of sweet. Overall, really great spot but it's almost an inconvenience to find parking there and prices are a little higher than usual. Boba was prepared per chain standard. Appears to be more of a stop-and-go location as the parking lot is by valet or a few spaces reserved only for a quick stop which are free. This location is in a plaza surrounded by mostly Thai restaurants. My son's drink was prepared quickly. The interior space is a little cluttered as the tables have been sequestered off for employees only and had inventory laying on them. Maybe staying for a while is discouraged? read more
