They were very attentive and communicative, and helped address, resolve, and note improvements for the business and customer experience. They truly listened and it is evident that they care for quality. They owned the mistake but turned it into an opportunity for positive change. Over time, my rating will probably go up after more delicious drinks are consumed with more good experiences.
