Woo Hoo! This is our new place! -Although, I have not yet tried many menu items- Huge pub! Tons of TVs! Loud! Plenty of seating for large groups of people! I can always appreciate a place where I don't have to feel like I am talking too loud. The crowds majority is 20 some 30 some year olds. We did have a plate of fries and those were Delicious. Like real estate agents say: don't street appraise this place! Situated unfortunately next to probably what is rumored to be the least friendly minimart in King County, Dino's Pub is very upscale inside (or at least more upscale tan you'd expect), with ample seating, a great modern jukebox (or whatever the kids call them these days), a full menu of typical bar food but served-up very well, and an assortment of obligatory pool tables and numerous TVs running sports-oriented programming. Service was fairly responsive (though they were quite busy, I never had an empty glass) and knew which micro beers they had on the many taps, the food was brought out fairly quickly and was super steamy hot when it got to the table, and overall the experience was pleasurable and affordable. The knocks I'd give the place are minor: lacking salt and pepper and ketchcup at tables, and there's only one dart board I could find and that was in the corner of the room. Alternatives along the same vein in the Renton area which you might consider: Jack's (on NE 4th Street) and Doofer's (further out on NE 4th Street by the ice skating rink). read more

The only saving grace make it a two star was the food. We ate the clubhouse sandwich and the bacon cheeseburger. Received the wrong side though and had to wait for my side salad. But it was tasty, just a little overpriced. The service however was nowhere near it should be. Customer service is the single most important element in the food industry. And this place is lacking. We were brand new here, out of towners that walked over from our hotel based on the suggestion from the hotel clerk. Yes there is a hotel within walking distance. Short brunette waitress with no smile, no spunk, nothing. Grouchy blonde short woman behind the bar. There got in to an argument at the bar loud enough for us to hear two tables away. The blonde bad mouthing the other in front of at least 8 customers not including us, the worst part: it was TO another guest. Then the icing on the crap cake. A woman accidentally knocked her glass off the bar and it shattered. It took almost ten minutes for them to even start cleaning it up. There were shards everywhere across about six feet and they did nothing. Several people had to step over the shards with no warning they were there. Horrible way to run a business. Will certainly not care to revisit. read more

Alright time for a much needed update. I have come back to this place a couple of times in the past year for a quick bite before picking up my girl from the airport. Nothing like catching a game before powering through the crazies at Sea-Tac. Food has gotten MUCH MUCH MUCH better and drinks are good. The burgers are awesome along with the fries. Service is really quick and drinks come quick as well. It's really good to see this place doing better cause it is in a great location if you are going north or south along I-405. By FAR one of my favorite bars. The staff is friendly and, if you're there often enough, they'll get to know you and deliver just the right amount of sass. Prime rib nights are usually twice a week on Wednesday and I want to say Friday (not 100% on that) and it's a pretty decent cut for prime rib and a very generous cut for a bar. A friend suggested this place to watch the Hawks' game and we were also celebrating a birthday. The pub is pretty spacious, very tidy, and had plenty of TVs - nothing fancy. Service was great, we had a large group of about 20 (that trickled in over time) and the one gal was able to take care of us all and separate checks without a problem! They also have about 4-5 pool tables too and other little games like darts. Some of us made it in time for happy hour; I got to try their BBQ CHICKEN QUESADILLAS and NACHOS which were not bad! I wish the quesadillas had some veggies in it though. They have an item called the HAWG WINGS, a friend ordered it and it's actually like riblets. Later I ordered the basket of TATOR TOTS, good as it can be and the SAMPLER PLATTER, all good - minus the cheese sticks, kind of odd, not taste wise, but texture, it wasn't oozy or stringy as I imagine cheese sticks to be. They have buckets of four 16oz Coors Lights for $12. I saw they had a Coors Light "Tower" which holds 100 ounces for $19.50 which was a neat dispenser for beer lol. read more

I've lived up the street from this joint for soooo long but didn't start frequenting the place until a few years ago. I had the hot wings once and came back every Sunday for the entire summer after our first meeting. Seriously it got to the point that all the servers and bartenders knew to pour us two crowns with coke backs and a Blue Moon for me and a Hef for Boyfriend. We recently even threw Boyfriend's birthday shindig here; he didn't want the mess of a club or driving to Seattle. Dino's has got a little bit of everything to please everyone's appetite: pool tables, darts, buck hunter video game, yummy food n apps and cheap stiff drinks. Having moved a few exits down we don't frequent the joint as much as we used to, but fellow Yelper Nam N. and I have our bi-weekly BFFITWWW (2 points for you if you can figure out THAT acronym) dates here. I live up the street and having Dino's right next to us has been one of the best parts because they have great food, awesome and kind servers, on-going tap tv trivia, good music and pool tables. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I went there twice within a 12-hour period (what can I say, it was convenient!) and had a good experience both times. Pros? -The service is friendly, attentive, and comes with a sense of humor -Typical breakfast meals: good, but not worth coming to specifically for an amazing breakfast -Burgers are absolutely delicious -Specials on pints on the weekend -No kids allowed even for breakfast, which makes it less crowded with families -Jukebox! It has been a long time since I have been here. The taps have a cool metal seahawk that I liked. The food service was very fast. I had nachos. It was loaded but I actually ran out of chips. I love Dino's! It was my pool team's home bar for 4-5 seasons. I think it's the best sports bar on east side. Having played in a traveling pool league for about 5yrs, I've seen a lot of bars on the east side. Charlie spent a fortune on his tv's and the atmosphere. He definitely has the nicest tv's! And a lot of them too! The food is great for pub food! I always looked forward to having dinner at league. My only complaint is that olives snuck into dishes that didn't list them on the menu. I got to where every time I ordered, no matter what it was, I'd always specify "NO olives!" And, Charlie, if you're reading... I always wished that you would put a dessert on the menu. I've been here twice and the Cobb salad is quite good. Thw chicken gumbo soup was excellent, just the right amount of spiciness. It's a very loud place and everyone seems to have a lot of fun there. Also the servers don't constantly harass you. read more

Went in for the first time Sunday as I hear the food is pretty decent and its right down the street from our house. We grabbed a table near the bar and was given menus by a long haired blonde, she was extremely rude and unfriendly. I decided to order straight from the bar and the nice bartender took my order and served us personally (ONLY reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because of the bartender and the delicious food) I also heard the waitress tell our neighboring table that she knows she's a B%#@!. (classy, smh) Overall this is a really nice bar, I was actually impressed with the set up and cleanliness despite the location and the rude, foul mouthed waitress. First visit: With a roommate months ago. He picked it for his birthday, but it was also midnight and nobody else was open. It was JUST OK. Blonde bartender did an ok job, but I wouldn't brag about her. We usually had to get her attention. Second visit tonight: The girl working was apparently sick. Why did she come in? I guess she needed the money. The place was somewhat busy. I had to ask FOUR times for water. First time I guess she didn't hear me, second time she forgot, third time she forgot, finally on the fourth attempt she did it. She also disappeared multiple times and even a table busser asked where she was. Food: Typical greasy spoon. Locals probably love it because they get their pure shit Miller/Bud/PBR beer, and it is definitely a sports bar because there are TV's EVERYWHERE. This place was one of a good place to have a beer, its been few times, i feel the waiters (some) dont click with latinos.... They r very "welcoming" with other people and serving water here and there, but the times i been with family memebers service is the worst! I ordered a beer and beer was warm, i talked to the waiter about it.... She made me feel like i was lieing, first of all, Us clients always have the right to say or not about what we gonna pay .....at the end we will end up paying for the bad service as well. So she brought my beer back, seemed she place it in freezer for a min and she expected me to drink it halfways as she took it, and brought it back... I end up just living it there. The cheap happy hour foods deserve 4 stars, but the waitresses at this place deserve 1 star (except the one with curly hair, she might be the only nice one at this place). If you read the 1-2 stars reviews of this place, they all complain about the waitresses/bartender. Also, looks like most of the 1-star reviews were all ignored by Yelp (hmm.. what's going on here?). Seriously, what is up with those waitresses? My SO and I come for happy hour about once a month and have been served by different waitresses at different times, sometimes they're ok, but other times their true colors show. The skinny overly-tanned fake blond bartender looks like she is mad at everybody. She never once smiled at us, and barely served us. We had to flag down the bus guy with some of our requests, and he was super nice in helping us.. in other visits as well. There are two waitresses with the exact same blond hair with exact length, same body build, and they some how choose to wear the same black clothes, and the taller one will likely be offended if you mix them up. This was what happened yesterday: Me approaching the waitress from the back saying: can you please deduct this money from the tab for our large party over there? Waitress: No. I'm not your server. ( She looked at me with this contemptuous look, which sorta frazzled me). Me: Oh, i thought you were. (Looking around trying to find the server i thought i found). Can you tell me who it is? Waitress: i already told you. Me: umm.. do you know where she is? She finally looked over at the other waitress and called her over. Excuse me if i didn't realize that there were two of you looking the same from the back. It was an honest mistake. What's with the bitchy attitude?
