The entire service took about an hour, and he was thorough from start to finish. Dan was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I wish I would have remembered that gentlemans name. I have spoken to SEVERAL people at this point. I explained that they would need to access the site via a small crawl space and was reassured that wouldn't be a problem. I had an inspection done the next day! Great start and was convinced to drop my previous bug service and join there's since it included the rat extermination services. Dennis came out, did an inspection on the points that the rats could have been using for entry points. They are digging holes through our soil and entering, so when I questioned that, I was told there was nothing they could do about that part. I was informed that a report of the work for exclusion would be ready in 24 hours. I may be being impatient as I am freaking out about living with rats in my walls, who wouldn't?!? The report was not ready and I then spoke to Wyatt who was going to reach out to get it so that we could get on the schedule for the exclusion work, since that was being booked out a ways. I was told there was an appointment that next Friday and asked to be put on the schedule, they weren't able to do so without the report though. The next morning the report was in and ready, I called to schedule and now they're booked out even further! I will say the phone etiquette of all the employees is top notch! When I questioned where the original appointment went that I was told about they were able to get me in sooner. In the meantime, traps were set in the attic and the front opening of the crawl space, NOT in the front of the house where the gentleman reassured me they would have technicians place. Dennis let me know that this was not practical to have them crawl under a house. He mentioned it would be an extra charge to do that, which I was willing to pay to have this situation handled! The receptionist again reassured me she would send a technician out that would crawl under the house and place them where the activity was. A new technician Jordan comes out, adds additional traps, tells me he will not be crawling under the house, that is not what they do. So again was given false information. During this time I was at work and received a text stating that until they do the exclusion work, these traps will not work! I am booked out almost a week out at this point. Who tells a person that the service they're providing wont even work that I am paying you to do? He agrees to place additional traps in the front of the crawl space and a bait box at the side of the house. My husband comes home and sees that there is finally a rat in a trap at the crawl space. I call a technician out to come check the traps, he mentions that he wasn't aware there even was a trap placed in the attic. Shouldn't they be aware of all the placements? Then asks me if there is a rat in it, I wouldn't know! I paid y'all to come check so that I don't have to get in my attic or crawl space! There did happen to be a rat in the attic, my dad had come over to let them into the house and said the smell was atrocious so who knows how long it actually was in there. The technician let my dad know he would return next Tuesday (1 week) In my portal it says he would return unless customer said otherwise. When I called the main line again, I was informed there were NO follow up trap check appointments made. I asked if they had any later evening time slots so that I didn't have to keep leaving work to let them in and was informed that there was a 4-630pm window. I had asked if there were any other technicians besides the one I apparently was assigned could come out. Again, reassured they would send someone and booked me Tues for the 4-630pm time slot. I rushed home, picked up my daughter early and waited for the 30 min call. Nothing! No technician ever came to check the traps. Which at this point I am feeling undefeated that there even would have been a rat in the attic trap anyway. But communication that they weren't coming would have been nice. I had exclusion work done, took off work to let the tech into the attic space, said there was nothing in the traps at this visit. He would need to return to complete the job and it would be another week out before they can get back. But rest assured, it usually takes about 2 weeks once the exclusion work is complete before they start catching them. The pros, they have the bests phone etiquette and know how to diffuse a scared, frustrated client. Cons everyone has a different version of what is to be done or included with the service. In the original call I was told they would clean and sterilze the area (crawl space) after they were confident they were gone. Later to be told that would not happen and isn't included. To be fair, I have never had this problem, so maybe I am the one being unrealistic with the expectations.

Looked on Yelp to find a company nearby my parents' home with high Yelp reviews. Good Earth was my first choice. Getting pricing info and making an appointment was seamless with Yelp's messaging system. Kevin was so helpful in keeping me apprised of the process and the appointment time/date. On the day of, Zack showed up promptly and with a smile. I was so surprised when he told me my one-time treatment would actually allow follow-up visits within 30 days. He told me the first treatment would be spraying and then the second treatment would be getting rid of the webs. Wow, what a great deal! Both days Zack was punctual, friendly and professional. We even talked about the celebrities he looks like! (You'll have to meet him in person to guess which celebrity) On the second treatment day, he came armed with a cobweb brush and I actually felt kinda embarrassed because it was like he was doing housekeeping for the spiderwebs! We'd requested ahead of time to have the garage treated as well (because normally they only treat the outside unless we ask them to spray anywhere else, in which case they're more than happy to do so). My wife opened our garage up before heading out with our kids, and the tech could've easily finished the job and just moved on. But instead, he knocked on the door afterward to let us know he was done so we could shut the garage. He specifically said he didn't want us to leave it open longer than needed. Some might say that's just part of the job, but the truth is, small gestures like that aren't so common anymore. At least not in my experience. On a few routine maintenance visits in the past, the technician arrived while our dog was in the backyard, and the service was rescheduled. We completely understood that decision and never had an issue with it. Recently, however, we developed a wasp nest that needed treatment. We scheduled an appointment, but no one showed up. We later received a last-minute email explaining the technician had experienced a family emergency and that our appointment was being rescheduled for the following week. We completely understood and had no complaints. Unfortunately, the rescheduled appointment came and went with no service and very little communication. We still had the wasp nest and were left wondering what was happening. Shortly afterward, we received another last-minute email stating they would be coming out on a Tuesday. They never confirmed that the new appointment worked for us, nor did anyone contact us beforehand. The technician arrived unannounced while our dog was in the backyard. Because we had no idea they were coming that day, we had no opportunity to bring our dog inside. Rather than attempting to coordinate another visit, Noble Way cancelled the appointment and then called to inform us that they would no longer provide service to our home because there had been "too many incidents" involving our dog. It's frustrating to be dropped as a long-time customer for circumstances that were largely created by their own scheduling and communication failures. Had they simply communicated with us before arriving, we would have happily put our dog inside. Instead, they repeatedly cancelled or rescheduled appointments with little notice, then blamed us when one of their unconfirmed appointments couldn't be completed. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and unwillingness to work with a long-standing customer were extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend Noble Way Pest Control based on this experience.

Recent home buyer in the Sacramento area who had their inspection done by them and now has mud…read moretubes in my house indicative of termite infestation. They also offered a 50% off for inspection and future treatments. First red flag: when I asked the person on the front desk if I should scrape / clean part of the mud tubes, she said yes. Just make sure to take a picture of it. When most suggestions say not to do this. I asked for a WDO- wood destroying organism inspection of the whole house, which is also outlined on the email and was quoted for. When the inspector came by, he literally only looked at the area of the mud tubes, asked to go outside (I have a crawl space) and already diagnosed the problem. His name is Derek Mills and he has 18 years of experience and does not seem to really care about the condition of your house. I literally asked him if he was supposed to look at the interior of the house, and he said "no", and explained he didn't need to. When I called another company for a WDO inspection, they had told me they are supposed to look under the crawl space and spend a minimum 1 hour on the inspection. Derek was there for less than 15 minutes. There was no follow up of when he was going to go back. No email. I sent an email and called, and did not receive a single phone call. Please, do not waste your time and effort with this company for inspection or treatment. Especially if you care about the management of your home. They are poor communicators, with inspectors that do not care about the condition of your house. At least, for branch 2/3 termite control.

He was very responsive and after asking the ?s he needed to know he was able to come by the next day. I let him know the entry points the other Pest control company located. We hit it off right away just like buddies and I hired him right after the free visit after he laid out what he would do and offered a price I could work with. He made an appt. for the following week. He first checked entry points and located a couple outside. Drainage, downspouts and even a garage entry point. He sealed them up. Then over a few visits, set traps, then cleaned soiled insulation and droppings and then deodorized and sanitized the attic. One trap went off the first night after he set them. I called him the next day, he came and checked but no dead rat but definitely activity. That night it sounded like a panic at the disco as their was a torrent of running. Well I was hoping to see blood and a rat with a broken neck but no luck. Damn. No gore, no bloodshed. Zero joy. Lol. Somehow I wonder if they went back out and found their entry/exit point outside blocked and died in the passage or got out another unnoticed entry point. But nonetheless, from last summer to nearly spring of this year, I have checked the attic maybe 5x with a ladder and a flashlight and the traps are still set, no droppings, no chewed insulation and best of all, no noises or any signs of activity in the garage.
