I had the Dirty Chili Dog with the lobster bun and it was AMAZING! The also had the watermelon agua fresca...soooo refreshing and perfectly sweetened. I highly recommend this place I also had the deep fried Oreos for dessert ... OMGAWWWWD so damn good!!!! read more

I ALWAYS come here on my lunch break and this place is good, I come here with my coworkers and we use to never have issues but lately we have. I got the dirty chili dog and DUI fries and my coworkers got other items but let me tell you , the food was SO DISGUSTING TODAY. It was very salty, it tasted like the sausage was cooked and left on the grill for 4+ hours. My pastrami was over cooked it literally felt like I was eating crisp charcoal. The food was great but the operation looked a mess. The staff messed up multiple orders for takeout (including mine), the guy bagging the food was just standing there and not doing much while his coworkers were running around but what bothered me most is that he took a drink with his gloves still on and went back to work with those same gloves. I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. So tonight was the night. I ordered a simple bacon wrapped hot dog with onion and ketchup. My best friend ordered the DUI hot dog, and shared an order of garlic fries, a Dirty esquite, and 2 Aguas frescas. For dessert we ordered the deep fried Oreos and a churro. Omggg, everything was delicious!! The esquite was one if the best I've had. The cilantro and bacon gave it a whole different flavor. I'm definitely coming back! Extremely good place I would highly recommend this spot to people. My friend told me to try this place and I found some time to visit after work. I walked in and all the staff was welcoming and they helped me pick out my meal. My favorite thing was the DUI fries, the house dog wasn't my favorite but I was so hooked I came back the next day and tried a different dog which was the pastrami dog and it's soooooo delicious!!!! The young lady in the front gave me a menu she was very nice. The customer service here is an A+ for me keep it up ladiand never stop!! This place was awesome for a family fun dinner. We all had different hot dogs (and tacos) and fries. I went to Dirt Dog Downey, I had ordered the DUI dog, Asada fries and a drink and patiently waited for my order. When my order was ready, the cashier then hands me my bag. However, I had noticed that the bag was light, so I took a look inside the bag and only seen a container for a hot dog. I asked where are my Asada fries, the tells me that she did not charge me but she cashier tells me that i wasn't charged for them but she can sell them to me at a discount, I had declined since I had to go back to work. At work, I had checked my bank statement and it shows that I was charged for the Asada fries. So I called the restaurant to tell them that I was charged for the Asada fries, before I can further explain the person on phone said that she remembers bagging the order and hung up on me. I was offended by this rudeness, so in order to make things right I will wait until the payment is cleared by the restaurant then have my bank dispute it and cancel the payment. Sevice like this should never be allowed. I will never come back to this particular establishment. read more

We placed our order, received our food, we're talking enjoying our very tasty food when I see a huge rat run into the kitchen...then run back out toward my table...my bf saw it and 2 other customers.
