But he came out and met my Assistant to inspect the house and called me when done asking for payment. And he said he would email me the Inspection Report right away. I have ordered many professional inspections before and never had a problem paying before I received the report so I authorized the payment. It was at that time he completely disappeared. I never received the report that night, so since it was not due from me yet at that point I gave him a couple days grace period. But then I was shocked to realize he still was not handing over the report I paid hundreds of dollars for. I texted him to ask for an ETA but he never responded. I called him and left a voicemail but no word back. I continued to text every day for some time and call as as email but it appeared he blocked me because I was never able to get through and no contacts were returned and he never sent my report. I haven't been scammed like this in quite a while so it really catches you off guard! I gave it multiple months before leaving a review to give room for some type of oversight but he or his team has never followed up. Save yourself a lot of hassle and of course your money and go with a more reputable vendor. Good luck.
