Don't Walk. Run from these people. They're scam artist, liars & extremely deceptive. My husband brought in his car for an issue we were having with the transmission. They told him we need to replace the transmission and it would cost $8,000. They gave my husband 3 options: A new, used, or a refurbished transmission. My husband told them he wanted a new transmission. They installed a refurbished one instead of a new transmission. In other words they charged him for a new transmission and put in a refurbished one. They charged his credit card $3,900 and said the other half would be paid after the job was finished. They said the car would be ready on 02/27/25. It wasn't ready on that day. In fact, when we called on Saturday to pick up the car on 03/01/25 they said the transmission they had installed had a defective sensor and was giving off a "Check Engine" light in the car and that we would have to wait another 3 weeks for them to get the part. At this point we had already been without a car for 2 weeks and now had to wait an additional 3 weeks. My husband had to rent a car which cost us $500 for 1 week and we could not afford to rent another car for an additional 3 more weeks which is how long the repair was going to take. We told them we didn't want any business with them and to take out their transmission and put back our old transmission. We don't trust them because they have been deceptive from the beginning. They agreed and put in our old transmission back but didn't refund my husband the $3,900 he had already paid. They said the car would be ready to pick up on 03/06/25 at 7:00 pm their closing time. Another lie! It wasn't ready. This morning 03/07/25 I went to pick up my car and they said they wouldn't release it to me unless I signed a statement that I relinquish my right to pursue them from in any liability. UPDATE: Yesterday, I completed my brake repair after receiving the parts FROM Suzuki. Today I took the car to a shop in Plantation due to a clicking noise coming out of that wheel when braking. It turns out the morrón mechanic that installed the wheel studs (see previous post) , did not sit them properly. They were not all the way in, as they should be. This could have resulted in another catastrophic tire failure at high speed. It already damaged the wheel studs again necessitating replacement of two more. Avoid this shop. read more

I took my car in for an oil leak and fumes go inside the car, and they said they fixed it, charged me an expensive bill, and it continued leaking and smelling, I took it back (3) times! Each time they said it was fine, that small leaks are normal, or it is not leaking! They were rude by the third time. All the work, stress, and anxiety were very painful to endure. I finally took it to another well recommended mechanic who confirmed they did not do the job they said they did. The reputable mechanic called them and tried very hard to get them to do the job right. I had to pay $170 for that service. I took the car back to them, in fear, and they did the job they originally were supposed to do! Then I took the car back to the reputable mechanic to confirm it. I know finding a good trustworthy mechanic/shop is hard but if you take your car here you're going to wish you looked around before. Very bad service here. The services they "recommend" are never in your favor. It's always some expensive ridiculous thing that you don't really need. They just want to take your money and don't care at all about your car. I took my car for an alignment. They did the alignment but it didn't feel like anything was fixed or done right. My car was still not aligned. So I took it to a different local shop and explained how my car still feels like it's not aligned after I had it done. He checks it and tells me that if he were to align my car he would be stealing my money because some steering/suspension parts on the car were so worn/damaged that in order to get the car aligned correctly these parts would need to be changed first. This would have been great to hear before I did the first alignment but as is stated they don't care about your car or problems they just want to make a quick buck and have you on your way. read more
