After a stressful afternoon of waiting an hour and a half for my Toyota Care Roadside Assistance (that never showed up...) I made the brave, and annoyed, choice to make the 1.5 mile drive to Discount Tires with a screw in one of my tires. Everyone was pleasant and helpful when I arrived. In the end I walked out with a free patch and a much improved mood. The free patch speaks highly to their level of customer service since I did not purchase my tires from DT. Ryan the manager was awesome! I have a tire under warranty and there ordering me a replacement as they currently don't have it in stock as it has been replaced by a different line( bought the tires in 2010). He did give me the option to replace with a different tire but I like my set to match so we ordered the correct one. He also noticed my lug nuts were incorrect and replaced them free as they had an extra set. He even got me a used tire to use while I wait for the new one to arrive! My little tire pressure light went on, and I went to Discount at 5:55 pm, I didn't know they closed at 6:00 pm. I mentioned needing my tires filled up due to my tire pressure light turning on, I told them I would return the next day since they were due to close soon, but the nice gentleman assured me it was fine, checked my tires, and even rotated them when he certainly did not have to! I was recently in to have 1 tire repaired. I was told that all of my tires were bad and that they could not repair my tire. My tires didn't even have 15000 miles on them, tires I bought from the same store before. I was eventually sent out the door with only 1 new tire making my car terrible to drive. I went back and they put on a second new tire after I waited for over 2 hours to even get any assistance. The employee was still trying to get me to replace all of my tires. I got a huge nail in my tire and got a flat this morning. Put the spare on and headed to discount. They were able to patch it and put the tire back on and put the spare back. Great service even though they were busy. Best part was they did it for free!!We need a whole new set soon and definitely loved their quote and warranty. Will be headed back! I am usually fairly skeptical of tire stores that may have pushy sales people or overpriced tires. This Discount Tire is outstanding, you can leave those reservations at the door. Managers Ryan and Carlos were both awesome! I came in for a snow tire swap originally and they did it for less and ahead of schedule although they were very busy. They didn't try to sell me tires or convince me I needed other services. They go the extra mile to do all of the little things too that other competitors have decided are no longer important. Those items would include vehicle protection, tire inspection. mounting surface preparation, and employing a team that could actually drive my standard transmission vehicle. I went back later for a TPMS light and was in and out right away with no delays, later bought a set of tires for another vehicle here and got a great price on an outstanding name brand (Yokohama) tire. Took my wheel in to get the old tire taken off and the new one put on and balanced. Took the wheel home went to put it on my car and realized there was no weights on it!! So I call and let them know I'm coming back in and they have the nerve to tell me "maybe it just fell off"????? How does a weight that can handle high speed just "fall" off from the shop into my truck?? Makes NO sense! Go back and the kid working says "well I put it on the balance machine and it was good to go without putting any on" so you're telling me alllll these years that wheel has been on my car just this one time of getting the tire replaced all of a sudden it doesn't need weights?? So my husband goes back with him to watch him "rebalance" it and all of a sudden it needs weights?? But before it didn't but because now he's there watching it needs weights? So glad I didn't have them put the wheel on for me and ruin my car!! So frustrating I will not be going back because the can't do the simplest job there is to do there. read more

BEST SERVICE EVER! I went here today because I got a flat tire :[ I'm in college with no money, living at my parents, with an awesome salary of $300 bi-weekly, point is I AM BROKE. My dad told me to come here after he got great service, I did and a man named John helped me, He was very nice! Best customer service I've ever received. We went to go look at my tire which was in the trunk since i was riding on the spare. He pulled it out and noticed that my tires needed changed bad. I never had time to get the tires rotated so they were pretty beat up since i drive pretty far to go to school and work. He broke the news that my tire was completely unsafe and i urgently needed new ones. I explained to him that i had a horrible paying job and i was waiting for a student loan to come in within the next month. He said he would put a used tire on for the meantime for 20 bucks. I was a little stand offish since i was really broke and had to ask my parents for money. I called my dad and he said it was ok, I told john that him putting on a used tire would be ok (since i was now able to afford it). My mom and i left to go kill some time since the wait was 45 mins. We came back after 20 and the car was done! We walked in to get the keys and they didn't charge us anything! ZERO DOLLARS!!!! WOW i was so happy i am now thinking about bringing them some cookies for their kindness.
