My oil change was "SpeeDee"!!! ;) The gentleman greeted me at my car and asked about services and got me set up with my oil change. He also noticed that I had purchased windshield wipers (which were the wrong set for my car) and then changed my wipers for me!! I came for an oil change and was able to get serviced as soon as I arrived. They were not pushy with their maintenance recommendations, and I ended up getting my transmission fluid changed as well. The mechanic was super friendly! I knocked a star off because the employees were wearing masks when I arrived, but they removed them when they were working on my car. I would have preferred them keep their masks on at least while inside my car and wear gloves.... The mechanic wore his mask when he was inside the store, but the check out was not contactless, though it could have been. Overall, I recommend if you're looking for same day service with reasonable prices and friendly service! read more

Wow, what a lovely experience! Two brothers bought this shop a few months back and are doing a great job! Their 17 point oil change was reasonable and quick! They brought me out to look at everything, showed me all my fluids and made recommendations on maintenance my high mileage car needed. No hard sales or pressure, just genuine care. The tech was fabulous and the owners very kind and knowledgeable. They also vacuumed the floors, cleaned the windows and took 10 dollars off at the end just because. Total time spent, less than 25 minutes and that was with an additional rear fluid differential change that I knew I needed but didn't ask for initially. They recognized the darker fluid, showed me, and then quickly took care of the service for me, and it was 50% off, so fabulous! If I lived closer this would be my only shop, just great and honest to goodness people. I highly recommend you stop by! I'm going to tell all my Denver friends and family! They have a sign out when you drive by if they have no wait, and you can call ahead and get a time quote. Whatever you do do NOT get your oil changed here! I changed my oil here about 2 months ago and was completely dissatisfied with my experience then and am even more upset with my experience now! I woke up the other day went out to my car and saw to my utter dismay oil dripping down the sidewalk. Since I hadn't hit anything recently I was confused as to why the oil was spilling out and after assessing the situation i called a tow truck to take my car to the shop. The tow truck driver lifted the car up and noticed that the oil valve that keeps the oil in was on the ground. So turns out these incompetent people at speedee didn't screw on the oil plug right and caused me to have to replace the part and replace the oil in my car, which cost me around $100! Absolutely unacceptable. Whatever you do, Don't get any work done here!! read more

Mind you I was never NOTIFIED ever! Not EVER! There was one car in the bay and I'm still sitting here for a basic oil change an hour later. I have now missed a meeting and my car is still not done. I had such a great experience here today! One of the mechanics came out to greet me right away, and my car was getting serviced within 5 minutes of my arrival. The mechanic who serviced my vehicle did a full evaluation of my car and explained everything to me in detail. He wasn't pushy at all (sometimes I feel pressured to do/buy whatever the mechanic suggests) and was very upfront with pricing. I was able to sit in the waiting area (with socially distanced chairs and lots of hand sanitizer) which was great, because it was so cold today! Dropped my truck off for an oil change. After a few minutes they said it needed a custom filter and there would be a surcharge of $20 (on top of the original quote). The filter costs $5. First we go to get our oil changed which wasn't that bad at first. We came back 2 days later because our car was smoking and while we were driving and we couldn't even breathe while driving in the car bc of the smoking coming in through our filters. So we went back to see what was wrong to see if they had anything to do with it, we get there and they act as if there is a leak and it has been there since forever (we never had a leak.) And then they say the smoking is because our cars engine?? which made no sense since we never had that problem before. Then we point out to them it wasn't smoking till we visited them to get our oil changed and they get all defensive and say that it was their fault and that we are bullshiting then and we need to "calm down" which we were very calm, we were just upset and confused on why our car was smoking. They proceeded to threaten us after we said "this is bullshit" and one guy gets all mad and says "do something about it" and acts like he is about to come and fight us. So we get pissed off and tell them that is their problem they need to fix for us since they messed up our car and they told us to go to another place and have them check out our car because they would tell us the same thing. We get mad and start to head out and we turn around and the manager is getting ready to chase our car with a fucking bat in hand (wonder why he has a bat if he doesn't do this to a lot of customers??). Pretty ridiculous and not professional at all, they flip us off and have very disrespectful behavior. So we go to another place and they check our car out and turns out they dumped the oil ALL OVER OUR ENGINE AND EVERYTHING! the oil was being found everywhere because it was literally all over the place and they wouldn't own up to it or acknowledge it at all and instead told us to fuck off and to leave when we tried to solve our problem. We went to grease monkey and they cleaned everything FOR FREE and told us that we didn't have a leak and our car was smoking because oil was being spilt everywhere. Don't go here they are terrible and won't own up to their terrible service. read more

Called up SpeeDee to check on wait times for a last minute auto change and tire rotation and they told me to swing by whenever. This was on a Saturday afternoon, and after another garage told me they were wanting to keep my car over night to perform the same service. I drove over and was greeted at SpeeDee by three happy technicians and no wait time. The technician took all my contact information on an iPad while I was still in my car. Some recommendations were made based on my high mileage, but no extra services were pushed on me. The waiting area was clean and equipped with a television to watch the cars in the bays. While a fair price, I'm typically the deals shopper and prefer when I can snag a free tire rotation or discounted oil change. One nit picky thing I noticed, their oil change sticker for the window says the date and mileage it was changed, I actually prefer when it also includes when (and miles) it should be changed next, this way I know what I am due (or more likely past due). I'm glad I found SpeeDee and will be sure to stop by next time I forget to change my oil. read more
