I don't recommend I went there to fix my passenger front and rear tire leak fix,after hour they came back and said they i need to replace rear tire and charged $220,finally hand over the car to me then i asked them did you fix front tire? then they said we checked it is fine and no leak then i replied it has leak then they checked again actually they did not check first time and came back, asked me to replace front also then i said do it but they do not have tire now(i guess they have tires they lied because it was 6PM). read more

This place is the best! In November we were forced to get four brand-new tires while traveling up to New Jersey. Very recently we had a nail puncture one of our tires. The nail was so long that it damage the inside, it needed to be replaced. Everywhere else was over $300, $400 to replace just the one tire. I went to discount tire and they replaced it and gave me a warranty on all four tires all under $200. They were all so nice. Definitely the best prices around for tires! read more

I have never had tire issues until today when my tire pressure dropped and I took it to Discount Tire on 55 (by Walmart). The staff was friendly and helpful and they told me it would be a maximum 45 minute wait until my car would be done. It was only 30 minutes and they patched a hole in my tire, told me what had caused it and where on the tire it happened. They did not charge me at all and that I was very surprised about! I would have gladly paid for that service and I will 100% recommend them and use them with any further tire issues. read more

This would have been a 5-Star review if not for the fact of my last visit to them a month ago. I took my car there to replace a flat tire. They said there was nothing wrong with the tire , it may have had a slow leak due to gunk in the tire rim so they cleaned it out for me filled up that tire, repaired a nail in another tire and filled them all with air. In less than 30 days the same tire was flat. When I went to get my spare out to change the tire the spare had an obvious 3 inch gash in it. Instead of being notified of this they just put it back in my trunk and didn't tell me, When I went to pay for my service. The guy, I think Mike, told me it must have been a slow leak, they cleaned out the gunk in it and filled it with air. Hmmm...that's what you guys told me last time. He said "no way" they couldn't of done it. And seriously Mike - didn't it show in my records you guys did this the last time. Why weren't you just up front about it from the beginning. So he charged me not as much for the replacement spare that I forgot at that point to point out they hadn't mentioned there was something wrong with it. As a single Mom, of 2 young children, I was riding on a tire that could have been a serious accident because they lied about their service. What Mike offered me didn't make up for the time, the hassle, the spare that I drove on anyway, that didn't work out, needless to say the danger of driving with a tire I presumed had been fixed right the first time. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen. I will not go back, they have lost my trust and I am advising my Mom friends of this incident. You never lie to a consumer particularly about a safety issue. read more

Scheduled an appointment for 12pm and showed up on time for it. There was a long line of people, but the attendant assured me that it would only take "35 to 45 minutes since I had and appointment." One hour later and my car still hasn't been brought back to the garage. read more

I pulled in with a low tire pressure warning light on and the service guy who was reinflating the tires alerted me to a nail in one of the tires. He didn't pressure me and just let me know. I brought it in and the front desk receptionist was able to offer me a replacement tire through their program (I paid $23 for a new replacement certificate, disposal fee) and I wasn't bothered about them having to stay late. Would highly recommend going to this place and getting the replacement certificates - I have used them a few times! The customer service here is excellent! read more

I went in for an air pressure check and was told I didn't have to wait and it'll be done shortly. Pulled up and went inside to wait for someone to call me. Waited for an hour and finally went up to ask. Apparently it had been done about 20 min ago and nobody bothered to come into the store to tell me. Horrible service. read more

I've been a long time customer of Discount Tire - having purchased at least 6 sets of new tires in the past. While the brands/products they sell are very good, I've noticed their service has been on the decline recently. Today I had 2 tires mounted on new rims. I fully expected to wait for 1.5 to 2 hours, based on what I was told when I checked in. Over 3.25 hours later, my tires were finally mounted. While sitting in store for this period of time, I observed 2 other situations of customers coming to store for tires(having been told on phone tires would be available) and being informed tires weren't available. Given my recent experiences, I have decided I will no longer shop at Discount Tire. read more

Went in for tire rotation with an appt. I was in and out in 15mins and the staff could not have been nicer.

I had a great experience here. They were very friendly and helpful. I had never been before, and had come in with a nail in my tire. Even though I had purchased my tires elsewhere, they let me insure all four tires for $50 and replaced the tire for free. And if it happens again, they will replace the tires again. It's so nice not having to worry about my tires and driving around all the construction by my office!! read more

Absolutely impeccable customer service. Had metal valve stem caps that could not be removed. During work, damage to one of the front tires was noticed. Manager offered to replace the tire for free (which was not purchased from them in the first place) in exchange for signing up for warranties on all 4 of my tires. Very fair deal! Work was done with precision and all interactions were very professional. Will return for future tire needs! read more

A generally good tire store with employees who are pleasant. Issue is I made an appointment online for 1p and was told to arrive 15 minutes early. Arrived and provided key and as of 2p nothing has been done with my vehicle. Making an appointment and setting your day up around Discount Tire is a joke. read more

I was ready to give this place a great review on service and efficiency of purchasing over $700 of tires/installation until I realized I'd left the place with a tire pressure warning light on and had to go back to the store the following day to get it corrected. On return, I was told they'd have to replace the sensor for an extra $60 even though the day before I'd already paid $30 for "TPMS rebuilds" and left the place with service supposedly done. Now, unless by the freakiest of occurrences, my 6-year old TPMS decided to go out within 10 minutes of having the tires replaced, this problem existed and wasn't caught/fixed during this service. If I pay $30 for TPMS rebuilds, I expect that to solve any problems that exist with TPMS or at least be told that the cost won't fix an existing problem and be given the option not to be throwing that money away. I'll put a piece of duct tape over the tire pressure warning light before I'll pay another $60 just to make a light go out. Sad system. read more

Bait and switch operation at this location. I bought these tires from them when we lived in IL. This location serviced them last June -- no problem.Now, they won't service them because they are "two years too old". Of course, they told me this after they booked the appointment with me when I called last week and after they put my car up on the rack today. Plenty of tire providers. To weigh the pros of saving twenty dollars on a set of tires that cost twelve hundred vs a waste of two days' mornings and a frustrated spouse... easy decision. I will start to look elsewhere from now on! I've been a long standing customer of DT (two sets of BFG AT's for my Tahoe, two sets of Michelin MXV4 for my old Acura, and a set of BFG MT's for my old Tacoma... and several other odds and ends for an ATV, trailer). I can say with confidence that the customer service has slipped. Wait times are always near double, sometimes triple! I actually got the pleasure of waiting for two hours last weekend while my vehicle sat in the parking lot only to be called up to find that the tires weren't in fact in the shop. Slow clap DT! Store Manager gave me his card and personal assurance that my wife would get in and out quickly during the week when the tire came in... NOT! Two hours during a slow time of the day. Tires are tires, you can get them elsewhere, but to judge on the merits of customer service -- one star. Because this particular DT has a pub within walking distance, two stars. The most frustrating thing about this is that I'm stuck coming back to get "free" rotation and balancing -- which I probably will not do out of self-preservation for my weekends.
