That is really poor communications and planning on their part. I left as I had been there long enough and wasted enough time. I will start with normally my husband handles all automotive responsibilities. BUT I needed to get my tires rotated and balanced and it had been put off from getting long enough and we were taking a long trip to see family in NY the following week. Therefore, it was up to me to take care of business. Again, I arrived and THANK goodness for LT! He immediately came outside checked my tires and told me per Just Tires policy my tires tread was so worn down they weren't allowed to balance and rotate and I was in desperate need of two new tires. Completely lost I asked what we needed to do. LT explained options told me about different types a treads of tires and honestly went ABOVE and beyond to help me and make sure I understood all options. I picked the tires needed. Unfortunately, they were not in stock but LT said he could order them and make me an appointment for the following day. He assured he would be working and all would be taken care of. DONE! The following day again, I arrived to LT's friendly smile welcoming me in and taking my keys and getting everything handled. After the job was complete I went to pay with our Just Tires card as my husband has been going there for years. To our surprise the card wasn't working. We tried over and over again. Finally called my husband and he called customer service and all was support to be handled. LT and I then proceed to try again and again - NOTHING. By this time the store hours was nearing closing and still I was able to pay with my card. LT then called customer service himself and after what seemed like years we talked through the problem and all worked out and I paid. With all that being said LT is the MVP! I was incredibly pleased with his professionalism and dedication to providing outstanding service and going above and beyond to help me throughout the tire purchasing process. The staff was very quick, professional, and able to identify the issue with my tire right away. Their prices were very reasonable, and the service was fast, reliable, and efficient. I left, and noted they did not recalibrate the TPS. Did that and decided to check the tire pressure myself. All four of them were at different pressures, two of which were 20psi OVER where it should be. At this point I'm pressed. We paid $185 for a tire that had a hole and needed patching. I had to call AAA, and I missed half a day of work. We go back. We're like hey, clearly whoever put these on doesn't know wtf they're doing b/c we had a hole and they're all at different pressures and they're over pressure. This sucks, we don't want your shoddy tires we want our money back. They did absolutely jack all to make it right. I drove to my mechanic to make sure the tires were now safe to drive on. They fixed the tire pressure in them, and my mechanic said that I won't die, but the tires they sold me have tread on them so bad they would NOT pass state inspection. $185 and if I had to get an inspection tomorrow I wouldn't pass? Are you for real right now? This is unreal and not right. Integrity is dead in the modern age.

I told him and he went to ask the manager what he should charge. This all happened next to me and the manager said to try to get me to pay more than normal. When the attendant told me the price, I asked if they could do better. They lowered the price by 25%. During the mounting I heard the mechanic call me an expletive for asking for a discount. At this point I made it clear that I spoke Spanish and he should not be treating his customers this way. When I went to pay I had a long conversation with the store manager and he refused to take any responsibility, calling it a misunderstanding. Buyer beware, I will never return and will let everyone I know not to go there.
