On Saturday, they fit in my measly tire repair -- 2 nails and 1 bolt -- amid their jammed schedule of sales. They educated me but didn't pressure me into replacing tires. I appreciate that but the icing on the cake was my invoice for $0.00 as an existing customer! Sales tactics at the counter have gone downhill. Instead of offering sales "cupcakes" to prospective upsells, they now try to get you to commit to a purchase up front, before the technician has removed and inspected the tires. Kind of desperate, imo. read more

My latest visit to Discount Tire was at this location, but, I'd like to say that the entire company seems to operate as a finely tuned machine by the same high standards and principles throughout. I started going to them while in college in Michigan. Service there was consistently excellent. I lived in Arizona and patronized multiple locations over the years and, again, same great service. Now in Denver, I find I can still trust them ~ which is huge in the auto world. I have also used Big O but found I could only trust them sporadically depending on who was working/managing there. Discount, however, seems trustworthy regardless. read more

I have always left Discount Tire happy with the service they have given me. I came to Discount after Firestone quoted me $1800 to replace my shocks and tires from cupping. My Toyota dealer and Discount said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my shocks or my tires, except that I had a nail in the sidewall that couldn't be patched. Discount has taken care of my tires ever since and I'll never go anywhere else. They are honest, fair and fast. read more

Was pleased with the timing and price of my purchase, but after leaving noticed my speedometer didn't work. I immediately took my car back and notified them of the issue. I was told that it had nothing to do with their service. I find this hard to believe as I have owned my car for approximately five years and have not once had a speedometer issue up until that point. The assistant manager told me it was a coincidence and there was nothing they could do. I will not be going back there again, it's not worth the "discount". read more

My neighbor down the street was moving out and cleaning, alot! I ran over a bolt and I drove by the Discount store off of Wadsworth.. they didn't have time for me, I made it to this Discount near where I work... ohmygosh! they pulled my truck in and within 15 minutes, I was on my way. On a different vehicle I was driving, had the low pressure tire light came on ... I went to this Disclount and drove right up to the end bay and STEPHEN helped me and sent me on my way. I had an issue when I originally left this Discount Tire yesterday with the balance of my tires and a shimmy on the highway. It was so disappointing that I wrote negative reviews about it. I am recanting my negative review with a positive one because of the store manager Chad at this Discount Tire. After he heard about the issues I was having, he left me a voice mail apologizing and asked me to bring it back in. So I did. I brought it back in today and his assistant pushed me ahead of the line to expedite my vehicle. Chad came out introduced himself and apologized once again. He said he would personally service my car. Very professional. After he left, the store clerk who helped me the previous day also apologized to me. Chad finished my car quickly and gave me a gift card. I wasn't expecting this but it sure did distinguish any issues I had before. I left, came home and Chad called me again to make sure my issue was resolved and the tires were good this time. From start to finish Chad resolved my issue and made me feel like I wasn't a burden. In fact, he made me feel glad that I bought my premier tires from them. I look forward to continuing my tire service with Discount Tire company on Colorado Blvd, Denver. Thanks! read more

Discount Tire has always been my go-to place for tires. The customer service is always top of the line and I have always left feeling taken care of. Since my new relocation to Denver, I began using this location for service. Not anymore. Seeing the way the manager (I believe his name is Chad) treats his employees is despicable. Throwing orders around in a manner that belittles them is no way to lead a successful business. Also form a consumer's perspective, I did not feel as though I was treated with the kind of respect that I deserve having been a loyal customer for several years. VERY disappointed. The business of Discount Tire is one that others should aspire to be like, but trust me when I say, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION. read more

I am a big fan of ALL Discount Tire locations I've been to- but this one was AMAZING. I went in at 12:30pm on a weekday and let them know that my tire has seemed to have a slow leak. They got my car in the bay in about five to ten minutes and checked it out. They told me in advance that because my tires were a specific type of run flat- it would not be a tire that could be "patched" if it did have a leak in it. They let me know how much a replacement tire would cost and that they did have it in stock. This was nice so I could be mentally prepared for the worst. Five minutes later they let me know that I just had a leaky valve which they fixed for me...FOR FREE. My car was ready to roll in less than 30 minutes from when I got there. I paid nothing. They were SUPER professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all around amazing. Thank you to everyone there and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know! read more

Three months back I had bought three new tires (the fourth was fine) from Discount Tires, and so over the weekend I took the car in for a tire rotation. Before entering Discount Tires, I noticed that my tire sensor light was on, and after leaving Discount Tires it was still on. Worried it might be something else, I called the dealership I bought the car from, Groove Toyota about having them take a look at it. The guy didn't really listen to what I was saying and blamed Discount Tires saying the probably did not put the sensors back on correctly, and now it's loose three months later. He said it would cost 132.00 dollars for them to look at it. I called Discount Tires back and told them what Groove Toyota had said. Discount Tires apologized to me saying there policy is for the sensor to be off when I left and they said to bring it in immediately and they would look at it for free. After going to Discount Tires, we realized there was a nail in the old tire and it would need to be replaced. They were able to get me fixed up right away and I left with the sensor being off. Groove Toyota wanted to charge me for something Discount Tires did for free. I go to the Discount Tire Location usually i Federal Heights, but I have been going to there for years, because they have great service. read more
