I have been to numerous America's Tire stores throughout California, and I have found their service to be top notch. Discount Tire in Flagstaff off of Milton Road was no different than my experience with America's Tire in California. I had a flat tire fifty miles outside of Flagstaff on the first leg of my trip to Oklahoma City from California. The tire had damage to the sidewall so it was not repairable. Brennan assisted me and he was professional, helpful, empathetic, and kind. Unfortunately, they didn't have my tire in stock so he was able to order it after 5 pm on Friday and get it shipped to his store the next morning. He made things so easy for me that I was back on the road by early Saturday afternoon. Everything worked out well without a hitch. Brennan made things go very smoothly. I couldn't ask for any better service. The employees that I encountered at the store were very kind and friendly. They made me feel like a valued customer. This was quite a busy store, but they are able to move cars out very quickly. Thanks to Brennan and the rest of the Discount Tire team at the Milton Rd. store for making my minor mishap an easy resolution. This is why I have been buying my tires at America's Tire/Discount Tire for many years. They provide quick and courteous service, no matter which store I go to.

They just don't care. You are the lucky one just to be able to buy tires from them. NOT the valued customer like the other Discount Tires treat you. He also stated that the shop did not own a regulator for that tool. They did not use a torque wrench or any other tool. At that point, I took it back to my maintenance shop and we ended up breaking another three just trying to take the tire off. All because they used an unregulated impact to install my lugnuts. We ended up having to replace three studs and three lugnuts. They were going to replace it but I didn't want their careless mechanic working on my car again. He just would've used an impact to put them all back on. MORE IMPORTANT PLEASE READ He charged me $50 for the tire patch, and I figured out that one of my friends who took her car here only got charged $30!! Both vehicles had the same work done, just one tire patch. Pablo, the business owner, has no base price he goes off of. I wanted a refund for my o-reilly parts plus a $20 discount for giving me an unfair price. He offered to only cover the $30 for the o-reilleys cost, then fully refused after I pressed about the price difference. Please save your car and money and just go to a shop that owns a torque wrench. And most importantly charges fairly.

When we got there, they found a rim the right size that fit better and put it together with the tire we found for a reasonable price.
