My wife brought our vehicle in for a routine tire rotation on a set of tires we purchased from Discount Tire that are rated for 60,000 miles. At the time of the visit, the tires had only 17,000 miles on them. Instead of rotating the tires, she was told they were already too worn to rotate, and they immediately tried to sell her new tires. After just 17,000 miles! To make matters worse, one of the tires had a nail in it. They refused to repair it and sent her away without offering any meaningful help. They didn't even offer to put on the spare so she could safely get somewhere that would assist her. The entire interaction felt like a sales pitch rather than customer service. Once she declined to purchase new tires, the willingness to help seemed to disappear. read more

I had a nail in my tire and needed to get my tires rotated. This store just opened so i came here over driving all the way to my Nephew's store at 635/Macarthur. I was greeted outside by Keke before i could even get to the door. He checked all my tires and checked my in and got me taken care of. Great service from Keke and the whole store. My Daughter took her car here to get new tires before leaving out of state for school. She purchased the highest end tires they offered. They slapped on a "warranty" that is completely optional/unnecessary. They didn't ask her if she wanted it . She had never purchased tires before and had no idea this was something she had to look out for or proactively decline. About 30 minutes later when I saw the receipt and called , they wouldn't refund their unapproved upcharge over the phone - they made her come back in person to remove it. We had taken our prior business to them for years now - that just ended today I'll never understand businesses that do this thinking in the long run they'll get more revenue by taking advantage of a 19-year-old one time - when the parents have four cars at home that need tires and are bankrolling her purchase to begin with. They did process a refund in person, but would've gone unnoticed had Dad not reviewed the receipt after the purchase. If you choose these folks for your tires, look at your receipt carefully before you leave the parking lot. read more

Had good experiences in the past replacing tires for one of our cars. But this time I took a run flat tire to get fix. (Tiny hole by a nail). The refused to fix it saying the side of the "run flat was compromised". I drove less than 5 miles with it at slow speed. They want me to replace it for a different run flat for $250+. I declined so the offer me a cheap option for $85. I was tired and frustrated but ended buying it. I also took the "compromise tire" and fixed myself for less than $10. I'd not recommend them if you only need a simple fix, and obviously after this experience I'm not coming back there. read more

This place is horrible. They will take your money and not let you know that your tires will need to be aligned. They DO NOT offer that service. This is very deceptive business practice since you will NEED an alignment otherwise your tires will not last. I wonder if they purposely keep unbeknownst customers from knowing that. In addition, the manager is not a people person and condescending. Please go somewhere else and avoid this place like a plague. read more

Their strategy is to capture all local car data and doing business. *** Please be aware**** not to go for discount tire for any reason on tire issues. I went for tire pressure check 4 weeks before and they gave me quote for back two tires Tesla performance model Y tire threads are (4). Today 09/12/2025, I have taken appointment for flat tire and they quoted my tires under tire threads (2) and for safety reasons they didn't fix flat tire and provide quote to change all 4 tires which is fraud. This is ridicules, Will Michelin tire threads will come down from (4) to (2) with in month, In that case everyone should change car tires for every six months. If we ask question to discount tires, they say safety reason which is bull shit. Do I need file complaint or sue legally to Michelin company or Discount tires? read more
