Gotta love Discount Tire!! We moved to FL from Texas where Discount Tire is big! It was worth driving the 34 miles to Discount Tire in Greenacres. Very professional, friendly and courteous employees. I made an appointment so I didn't have to wait. Wasn't sure if I needed 2 or 4 tires. They could have sold me 4 but said I still had some time on 2. Pretty good service. They offer something special here: road force balance on a state of the art machine. I asked them to show me a slight bend I have on one of the wheels from an earlier diagnostic and they happily showed it to me. Turnaround time was pretty quick too, and were able to set me up for an appointment on short notice. Overall very satisfied and highly recommend these guys! read more

I had what I thought to be a nail in my tire. I went online and scheduled an appointment the same day ( I originally had tried to make an appointment with a different competitor based on their proximity to my home but was told it would take them 2 days for an appointment). I looked online at the reviews for this Discount Tire and decided to give them a try based on their excellent reviews. Bryce was the associate that assisted me and he couldn't have been nicer. He went outside, took one look at the tire and determined that the object was superficial and could just be pulled out of the tread. He also had me pull up and back to check the other 4 tires to make sure nothing else needed attention. After pulling the item from the tread, they wished me well and sent me on my way. I've had bad experiences elsewhere and even though I didn't need new tires today, I will definitely be back when I do! read more

I got some large performance tires mounted on rather expensive aftermarket wheels. Juan (I think his name is) did a perfect job with the touchless machine. Quick and spotless with the wheels. If you are concerned about shops scratching wheels this is the right place to go. Balancing weights are black too for black wheels. It was a quick, good job and a great price. Everything was great until it was time time receive my car. The young man walked past me and offered my car to another customer. He then walked in side looking for who's car it was. Then he walked out and asked me with a confused look on his face is it my car. I responed yes. He then asked am I sure and do I have a receipt? His next words after he seen my facial expression was I'm not trying to be racist or anything. For reference I was the only African American customer at the establishment at the time. Soooo very pleased with the customer service and actual service I received. I called around 3:30 on a Friday to see if they could balance my tires as I had been having some issues since I got bigger rims. They told me I could be a walk in bc they had no other appts. Showed up was greeted, Juan got all my car information and was super friendly even told me that his manager had the same car as I did. So I went back inside and spoke with the manager about what he was running and asked a lot of questions and he gave me a lot of good insight as well as the missing key to my tire issue the hub spacer. They ended up having it in stock balance my tires again and I am finally riding smoothly again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place was a great experience. read more

Great place to buy tires, the prices are competitive with other tire stores, but the employees are always friendly. They also have the best road hazard policy in the business. Just had a blowout on the Turnpike, and they had a new tire on the car in less than twenty minutes. All I had to pay was thirteen dollars to renew the road hazard policy on the new tire. read more

Brought my car in to get a tire replaced due to it being punctured by a nail on the sidewall. I called them in the morning they informed me that didn't have the tire in stock but they will order it and should have it by the afternoon. They gave me a call back when it arrived that afternoon so I stopped by and was literally in and out in 30min. This shop was very professional and knowledgeable . I would recommend them to anyone. I honestly didn't know what to expect here but I had a flat tire in my trunk that I needed repaired and put back on in place of my spare tire I had on. As I waited to be seen, I was impressed with the friendliness and customer service from each associate whether behind the counter or coming in and out of the shop with a customer. I was surprised when they offered to repair my flat tire complementary and also mount it back on for free. I decided to get those 2 front tires that I had been postponing. David was super nice and knowledgeable in helping me choose the tires perfect for me without the usual pressure from tire shops. The atmosphere was pleasant all around. With 2 cars ahead of me, they told me my wait would be about an hour and a half but got me out in just under an hour. I'm big on customer service, which seems forgotten nowadays but this store hits it out of the park. I would totally recommend Discount Tire and will definitely do business with them next time. Been here about three times over the last four years before they have good Deals on quality used tyres & i've always been impressed with the service. Very professional, I was missing all of the air caps on my tires for some reason and they just put new ones on without even mentioning it, nice touch. I was there last Saturday 04/3022 at 12:00 for four tire price quote request and repair a flat tire. A guy named Juan assisted me. Next was the manager, Brett. I go schedule to 2:10PM. Got there late at 2:25Pm, but I was not in the system, the quote was no processed and the guy named Juan left for the day. The manager did not remember me, even do he make a joke about the end of the month. He did take my information again an give a new appointment to 4:45PM. That was ridiculous. Like I have all day for them. Very irresponsible. Never will go there. read more

I set an appointment online and was greeted and serviced immediately. I had a slow leak caused by a rusted balance weight which they diagnosed and fixed right away. They also rebalanced the tire. Had a nail in a tire and was had previously contacted DT about a fix; due to where it was they had to replace the tire. Understandable. Was willing to pay. My problem was the service. Yes, it was quick and efficient, and one of the workers who was assisting me was incredibly kind. However, the manager (i think?) Bill was incredibly rude, acting as if we had never spoken prior to my arrival for the repair. I explained that we spoke over the phone and he responded 'Well I've been answering the phones all day'. I checked with several dealers before making an appointment with Discount Tire in Greenacres Florida. They had the best price, but what really impressed me was their customer service. Vito, who waited on me, suggested I call my car leasing company to find out if I had to have the exact tire as the rest of them. Turns out I didn't, which saved me several dollars. Plus they had me out of there within a half hour of my appointment time, and they were very helpful and courteous, and answered all of my questions patiently.
