About two years ago I bought tires here. They gave great service then, so I didn't hesitate coming back when I had an issue with one of my tires. I don't know if I ran over something, but my rear passenger tire is losing air quickly. My tires are still under warranty. Okay, so I didn't I know this place closed at 6 and I arrived at 610. They opened the door and asked how they could assist. I asked if I could make an appointment for tomorrow because I understand they are closed. They said sure and let me in gesturing towards the counter. The guy at the counter was very pleasant and asked me how he could help. I told him and he asked if I had time for them to assist me TODAY! I said SURE. So now I am happily sitting here waiting for my tire to be finished. You guy At Discount Tires, Lake Worth are great! Thank you so much! read more

Went in today for a balance and tire rotation.. and they let me know about my two front tires having bulges in them and needing them to be replaced .. I had warranty on them... $27 later I am all fixed up with safe new tires .. this location has the absolute best customer service , friendly staff and are fast and efficient for how busy they are.. if you have to wait .. there is also a sonic , Taco Bell or Braun's within walking distance ! read more

Got to Lake Worth and they had my info pulled up and ready, told me they would be done in 90 minutes and I got a text within 45 that I was ready to go. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I had a nail in my tire and took my vehicle to the Lake Worth Discount Tire to have my tire repaired. When I got home I noticed a large deep scratch along the edge of my rim and no other damage to the tire. I took it back in to show them and the manager said they had never seen wheel damage like this and refused to fix it. However one of the employees disclosed to me that the damage was very common. I was completely put off by the lack of honesty and refusal to do the right thing. They did end up splitting the price with me but I was still out $70 for their mistake. I just left home to go and get something from a drive-in to eat. While at the drive through, I look and saw my air gauge alert, so I drove to get air. Before I filled the tire, I inspected the tire to determine if the air gauge alert was due to the extreme Texas heat or a road hazard. It was a long spike from a railroad I cross everyday. Now I'm at Discount Tire looking a hot mess. I learned from the service specialist that my tire was unrepairable. The guys are super professional, personal, and supportive. My service specialist was Victor Jimenez. He made my day when he told me my cost for a new tire replacement would be $18 and some change due to me having Roadside Hazard Plan when I bought my tires. I always buy my tires from here. I always take advantage of the free tire rotation and balance with the purchase of new tires bit never had to use the Road Hazard Plan. I never get to use my warranties. Today was a special day. After years of taking out this plan, today I cashed in. No hassle. No run around. This morning was a fiasco after a blowout without a spare...AAA towed my car to the wrong place. Ugh... and I even requested Discount Tire. Finally I found my car and another group helped take tire off which i then needed to take to Discount. I was up against a day full of dr appointments after a recent surgery. Discount Tire was super busy (of course) and quoted an hour wait which is kinda the norm. After only 15 minutes the tire was replaced (thank goodness for tire warranty). Discount Tire had no idea all that I had been thru this morning. But they run a tight ship and at least 3 different people asked if I had been helped. They checked on the status of my repair. And gave me updates too. All within 15 minutes!!Because of Discount Tires, I actually made it to all of my appointments and was able to decompress. This location sucks, I love Discount Tire and have always used them for my five vehicles. Saturday my wife runs our Miata into the Lake Worth location to get a simple slow leaking tire fixed. She pulls in the garage after coming straight home, the tire is completely flat in minutes, total BS. So now we have gone to from slow leak to we need air now. We decide to run it to our local Sams Club around the corner to get the job done that Discount was unable to perform and what do we find out, we are sorry sir but who ever put your tire on last cross threaded your lug nuts and we can't get them off without snapping the stud off, yes a simple flat repaired destroyed two studs and then to find out that on a 2008 Miata rear hub is a total pain in the butt and for the price it is costing to fix the damage they caused I could have just purchased a full set of tires. I have to say my love for Discount might be gone and all future tire purchases will probably be with our Neighborhood Sams. They deserve negative stars if possible, do not I repeat do not go to the Lake Worth location. read more

I had called and spoke with Reggie. I asked what the time frame was for a wheel alignment on a truck, he told me if I had brought it in then, @10:30am, I could have it back by about 12:30-12:45pm. So I went to gym and came back at 12:25pm, truck hadn't been touched. I had to leave because my schedule was greatly affected by their inaccurate timeframe description. The customer service at this location is beyond exceptional; the Manager Ryan, always stops what he is doing to greet me or my wife when we are in for service. The staff is so pleasant and kind! Before they begin inquiring about your tire needs they introduce themselves and take a few moments to get to know you. If I drop my vehicle off the staff recognizes me and meets me outside with my keys before I can make it to the door! A discount tire employee drove my vehicle into a pole causing over $1,500 in damages. After it happened the manager assured me Discount Tire Corporate Office would take of it and "make this right". After I had the car fixed, now Discount Tire Corporate is refusing to pay for all the damages associated with the accident. Go at your own risk.
