I've been going to the lilburn location for many years now. Regardless of who I work with, I'm always super satisfied. They honor their road hazard warranty with no issues! They even replaced a tire for me because they was a minor bump on the tire. I didn't even notice it! Discount Tire - Clean and friendly - Tires Near Me - Lilburn, Georgia

I came in at 12:45 with a flat tire and was told it would take an hour and 15 minutes to be completed. Then the attendant came to me at 1:15 to try to upsell me to buy 4 new tires instead of just the one replacement tire covered by the warranty. At that point he said it would be an hour and 15 minutes although I had already been there for 30 minutes. After waiting over an hour after that point my young son and I went for a walk and returned at 2:45 --2 hours after I had fir arrived. My car has still not been touched. They now say there is one car ahead of me and don't know how much longer I will have to wait. I would have gone to another shop if I'd known i would spend half the day waiting for them to even look at my car. Update: at 3:25 they finally pulled my car into the shop and at 3:45 they had replaced the one tire. 3 hours to replace one tire, when I was told it would be an hour and fifteen minutes. If wait times are going to be longer than originally stated their staff should be updating customers to see if they can wait the additional time. read more

Manager Chris I and his staff were thoughtful and helpful with my situation. In recent weeks I had been getting low tire pressure message on my BMW. Chris checked pressure on my tires and felt they were ok but I still felt uncomfortable. So he then had the mechanics inspect all tires and made sure everything checked out. The employees here really are not in there for the money. They genuinely care about your cars. One day this week, I needed my new tires put on, but the problem was the fact that my tire lock key was too distorted that they could try an alternative way but it would likely cause damage to my car. But, the employee I was consulting with (wish I remembered his name) basically told me that was not an option and told me once I have new tire lock key from BMW, the NEXT morning, he will personally put the tires on himself right when they open up. I am completely amazed at the level of service I received at this location. Terry, the manager, remembered me from doing business over 2 years ago! Long story short, I had a nail in my tire and he was able to fix it immediately & in a timely manner. He even offered to drop me and my daughter off at a nearby restaurant while we waited so that my daughter could do her homework. He used my name constantly during conversation and was beyond courteous and helpful. Service was impeccable! On my way to work in the morning I began to loose tire pressure in my rear drivers side tire. Keep in mind I have a brand new 2014 Nissan Altima we purchased from Stone Mountain Nissan. I just happened to be close enough to the dealership, I stopped on in to see if they could plug it. They were nice and told me after only waiting around 20 - 30 minutes they were unable to plug it, but it probably could be patched from the inside and they don't do that so they told me to go next door to NTB in front of the Home depot there. They give me back my car and I hop in and go next door for them to inspect the tire and patch it and be on my way. Walk in there and I am the only customer. After watching the employees stand around and talk for a while and nothing be done to look at my 1 tire, I becoming very frustrated. They see me standing there looking through the window into the garage where my car is sitting waiting for someone to check out my tire and nothing is being done. Long story short, after waiting nearly 2 hours they said my tire had to be replaced and could not patch it. Then pulled my car up to the front of the store without putting the spare on. Then as I am getting back into my car the idiot at the front desk said "now remember, you have a spare tire so you can use that until you get a new tire." Really? Do I have dumb blond written across my forehead? So, I remember Discount tire is not far from there where I had gotten my tires for my Jeep and was really pleased with their service. I drove over there watching my tire pressure displayed on my screen to make sure I could make it. Made it there and told the manager, who happened to be the one who checked me in, that my tired needed to be patched and if it couldn't be that's fine go ahead and put a new tire on and I'll buy though you guys. To my surprise, the tire was able to be patched! And it only took them about 30 minutes! And they were busy when I got there! I went ahead and bought a warranty for all 4 of my tires through them and was on my way. And the manager was super nice! Thanks Discount tire! This Discount Tire does not meet the expectations of other Discount Tires. I called on Wednesday and made an appt to have a tire replaced because it had a bubble in it and I also requested to have tires balanced and rotated, as I have a warranty and lifetime balance and rotation. Then Thursday I received a call asking if I needed to make an appt to have my tire installed, telling a store I already have an appt is not something I should have to do. I reminded them it was scheduled for Friday. When I arrived early (8:51) for my appt on Friday I had to wait to be assisted but there were available people in the shop to help, not one single person after me had to wait to be assured. At 9:23 they finally pulled my car in to have the tire replaced and supposedly rotate and balance the tires. They pulled my car back out and did not complete the rotation or balance. I had to remind them. They then had to pull the car back in and complete what they were initially requested to do during the appt. save yourself a headache and go to the store in Alpharetta! I have been a customer of Discount Tire for over a decade. The store in Lilburn is not nearly as friendly, mindful of details or has high attention to customer service as other Discount Tires. read more

Called discount tire lilburn because of a nail in my tire and Lee promised to repair the holes for free no strings attached. I took my lunch break and headed over there. He was happy to see me and remembered our phone conversation. We walked out to my car and he looked it over. Then it began...he started hinting that I should get new tires. My tires still have 80 percent tread life and are Michelin tires. I got them from American Tire in Tucker a year ago. I politely declined and hinted back that I just wanted a repair. Then his hints become recommendations. I mentioned that I appreciated the concern but my tires are brand name and have a lot of tread left in them and I would really just want at patch job. Then the recommendations because stronger, he started talking about how unsafe a repaired puncture can be and claims that safety was his concern and not making tire sales. I mentioned that my tires are perfectly fine and I worked at a mechanics shop during my college years and knew that a patch would be perfectly safe and the tires are fine for quite some time. Then Lee just flat out refused to do the patch job (even after I offer to pay for it). Standing on his soapbox about safety and the roads are for everyone, he refused to do the repair and would only work on my tires if I purchased new ones from them. Keep in mind, this is the same person who promised to do the repair for free over the phone. Anywho, to make a long story longer, I politely left and headed down the road to A1 and the owner (Sean) repaired it for $20 and did an overall brake and tire inspection on the other three tires at no extra cost. Would not be heading back to Discount Tires Lilburn again and definitely don't recommend anyone else to them. read more
