I went in due to a puncture in my tire. There were some people waiting when they opened for the day, but they cycled people through very quickly. I saw the employees hustling to get the cars in and out as quickly as possible with the best service they could provide. The waiting room was clean and welcoming. There were some chairs outside too. The woman sitting next to me had a similar issue and the employees showed her that they couldn't repair the tire and they needed to replace it. They were able to fix my tire without a replacement. Since they were able to fix my tire, they told me there was no charge. This location has been wonderful and super helpful every time I've had to go for any reason. read more

been coming here for years. came for a tire rotation & they didn't tighten all the bolts on one of my tires & it was obvious when I drove off. they had to rerotate my tires to fix the problem. didn't admit the mistake of course. This can be quite the busy location on weekends, so think about doing your business during the work week. I stopped into Discount after ordering a couple of Continental tires for my 2013 Mercedes ML-350. The wait was a little over an hour for the replacement, since they also had to rotate the tires (older ones up front on a FWD vehicle, new ones on the back). So my family and I went across the street to the Teri Cafe for some lunch. When we came back, the car was ready. Everything seemed fine until I got home and noticed an error on our dashboard saying the tire pressure monitor was not detected (TPMS). I called them up and they said to bring it in, which my wife did the next day or so. They removed the tire and checked and found the monitor needed to be replaced. Since they could not verify whether "they" broke it or whether it was just old and needed to be replaced, they replaced it for FREE! With no pressure and was able to find a great deal that fit well into my budget as well as making sure I was safe. I had also purchased some aftermarket hubcap covers from a online vendor to replace my old ones.... the tech put them on and as I was leaving the parking lot, they literally fell off.... Andy, the marketing manager came right out... saw my frustration and offered to replace them with correct fitting ones at no cost to me. He ordered the ones I chose, and a few days later personally put them on for me. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of... he said he wanted to make sure that when I left Discount Tire I was happy... he most definitely succeeded and made this old grandma a forever customer! I took my vehicle in for wheel rotation and to plug two nails on two tires before my 400 mile road trip. Zac at discount tire helped me and set me up with the work. The next day, 20 miles into my trip my car jerked to the side, almost causing me to wreck on to another vehicle. I gained control of the vehicle and was able to pull over to the side of the road. Once I went out and looked at the issue, I noticed that the rear driverside wheel was barely only being held by one lug nut and both passenger side wheels were missing one lug nuts each. Luckily the wheel didn't come off and caused my family and I to be severely hurt. I was able to call a local shop to fix the broken/damaged studs. I then called discount tires to tell them what happened and Zac returned my call by saying they were not liable of any of the damage, even though they were the ones that forgot to tighten up the lug nuts on that wheel and missing lugnuts on the other wheels. read more

It was my first time going to this discount tire to check a tire. I open my hood a couple days later and I find a half eaten snickers bar shoved right outside of the dipstick. It had melted slightly but good thing I fought soon enough that nothing was damaged. Just to note, no one in my family or friends play any pranks and especially mess with someone's car. I don't know if this is some resentful new employee but whoever it is needs to leave because we are hardworking people who need cars to survive. We can't have this being done to good people just because someones having a bad day at work. read more
