This place is being run by Alzheimer patients without a treatment plan. They literally ask you 20 questions. Then, and I'm not exaggerating here, they actually asked me all the same questions less than a minute earlier. After this they said I needed an appointment. I am blown away by this company!!!! Old-fashioned decent service and all so pleasant , Back story: I drive a 328i (2012) BMW. One of my tire sensors alerted me that one of the tires was low. Over I went to BMW and the tech determined I had a foreign object embedded in it. He recommended Discount Tire, "just down the road." I pulled in and there a few cars ahead of me. So I was placed in the e-line and dropped my husband home. I came back 17 minutes later and the Discount Tire tech was ready for me. Within 15 minutes, they had pulled a screw out of my tire, patched where the screw was, filled it to the appropriate pressure, balanced all four tires, and insured there is no other leak via "dipping the tire," The most amazing part? I went in because my new truck had a screw in the rear driver-side tire. (This is the second screw in two months! People pick up your screws LOL). Will greeted me and was incredibly nice. He mentioned it would take a little longer since they had appointments ahead of me. I didn't want to risk the long drive with my tire actively leaking air so I decided to go ahead with it. I did some research on getting an oil change for my truck, and Pep Boys had the most affordable price. I made an appointment using their very easy website, took my truck down, dropped it off, and in no time it was finished. He associates or professional, answered all my questions, and didn't mind a bit. The little waiting area was nice and clean as was the restroom. And the associates were nicely conversational - when they weren't helping other customers. It was a very pleasant experience. They changed my oil, fully synthetic, and did a complete vehicle inspection. I am much more than satisfied and appreciate the individualized attention I gave me. It was a great experience. read more

I have been a long time customer of this Discount Tire location and my last experience was very disappointing. I called on a Monday for an appointment on Wednesday to put on two new tires as we were going on vacation. They said they would order the tires in advance. I called and told them I would be 10 minutes late for my appointment and they said that would be fine. I arrived at 11:10. When at the counter I spoke with Amminn and he advised they did not have the tires. After 10 minutes the manager asked what was going on and he found the tires. Once I paid in advance (not what I have normally done), Amminn advised the car would be done in 45 minutes to an hour. A half hour later the car had not moved and I went and spoke with Amminn again and advised of the time he quoted and that the car had not moved. He proceeded to shove the screen in my face and tell me I had not arrived until 11:27. I had to correct him and he was.not very nice about trying to put the blame on me. His customer service skills were non-existent and his understanding of who the customer was also non-existent. He was only intent on being right when he was clearly wrong. After years of excellent service, if Amminn is representative of how this location is dealing with customers then I will be moving on to a new provider. It is unfortunate. read more

My dad bought some tires late November 2021 (was impressed then too) and recently had a metal object perforate one of the new tires. Next visit was in Vista, was hearing noise from front passenger side, turns out to be tread separating. Again treated as a valued customer so it was not a difficult decision to buy tires here. I have been to this Discount Tire a few times now. They have me as a loyal customer as long as the current crew is there. I've dealt with Esau, Sean , and Zac, to just to name a few. These guys know something about customer service. I went in to buy new tires and install new wheels. One of my new wheels turned out to have a balancing issue. They brought it to my attention, when I feel they could easily not have said a word and I wouldn't have known any better. They have been patient, helpful, guided me through some stuff while I'm resolving the issue with the wheel. They have gone above and beyond their duty. They greet me as soon as I walk in. When they are assisting you they they take their time to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have and they don't make you feel rushed no matter how slammed they are and they do it with a positive attitude!!
