Great service, fair price. Purchased 4 tires from them for my car. Three weeks later my wife's car picked up a nail and had a slow leak. I took her car in and they removed the tire, patched it (NO PLUGGING!!!) then balanced the wheel when the tire was fixed. This place is great! The customer service as well as the service on my car are always 5 star worthy! I don't live near the business but I never mind making the 20-30 minute drive in order to get my tires fixed. Really friendly employees. My rear tire got a flat, but the other tires weren't looking too good either. He gave me tire options that compiled my needs. He offered to use one of the so-so tires to give me a new full-size spare, almost for free, which was really nice. (My small spare wouldn't fit most bicycles!) I have been a customer for 25 years and today I went in with a slow leak and was told it would be 4 to 5 hours before they could look at it because they were busy. Okay, I get it but I am from out of town and just passing through and asked if they could fix sooner and the young man RUDLEY said "I don't care what your problem is, we are booked". Be aware of the tire they show you and what they actually put on your vehicle. I just got home and my husband said those are not the tires you took a picture up and sent me that you were buying. I am so angry. I looked up the reviews for the tire they put on compared to the tire they showed me in the waiting area and they are nowhere near similar. Not only did they show me a good year Tire but it had 65000 mile. The tires they put on are only 50,000 mile tires. I am so angry. read more

Bought four new tires for my car here and had them mounted on my newly refinished wheels. They did a great job and even with the difficulty of mounting the low profile tires, they did it without damaging the new finish on the wheels. I have also purchased wheels and tires for my truck here and I am very happy with those too. Don't be fooled by their free flat repair. I have had multiple issues with Discount Tire , this store and others in Omaha. I won't get into the other issues but today I brought in a wheel and tire from my dads 2018 Silverado to be fixed. The guy said no problem and said it will be an hour and a half wait. Didn't really have the time to wait but I had no choice. About 2 hours later I get a call that they can't repair it and I he would need to get a new tire. They said the screw was too deep, BS. My dad now was available so he went down there to get the rim and tire. The screw had entered to middle of the tread of the tire which is perfectly repairable tire and this repair is acceptable by the us tire manufacturers association. He didn't feel like arguing with these crooks so he went across the street to Jensen. They had no problem making this repair and $26 later he was back on the road. Jensen mocked Discount Tire saying they do this all the time. They try to manipulate and scare people into buying new tires. Think about it way would they offer free flat repairs? They send all their sales reps to Scottsdale where the brainwash them in to tire selling drones who will use any tack it to sell tires. read more

I recently drove from the Chicagoland area to Omaha for a wedding. Near the end of my trip, my car started to alert me that my driver side rear tire was low. The next day before the wedding I stopped in the store at 12140 W Dodge Rd., Omaha, NE 68154 (after researching nearest tire shop with best reviews) to see if they could kindly patch my tire and I noted I was in somewhat of a hurry as the wedding was at noon. The sales guy said there was a line, but he would see if he could do it himself with the caveat that he would have to handle customers as they arrived. The manager got involved once they learned the hole I needed to repair was previously repaired, but should not have been as it was outside the safe area to repair. I shook my head as I knew I would probably have to drop way more money than I wanted. After the manager was done explaining the issue, he pointed to a nearby tire and said this is what you need and struck me a fantastic deal. The service was fantastic. After thanking them a million times I mentioned I would write them some awesome reviews and asked for a stack of business cards which I handed out to all the locals at the wedding (attendees and workers - basically, anyone that would listen to me).
