Chicken kabob, beef kabob & hummus side
    Marie P.

I was so excited for the new location to be opened in Dublin as it is closer to me (in comparison to fremont and milpitas). I've tried other locations and dish n dash never disappoints. My normal order is the chicken kabob/ beef kabob with rice, falafel and fries, alongside a side of hummus. Chicken/Beef kabob - 10/10, both proteins were cooked perfectly juicy and well-seasoned. Rice was well cooked, and both fries and falafel were super crispy and nicely seasoned (definitely pairs great with the side of hummus). hummus - 10/10, absolutely a delicious side, one of my go-to orders. hummus is super flavorful with a great consistency. Staff were friendly and food came out fast. The restaurant is great with seating (choose where you want to sit), and has a nice, modern ambiance. Overall, food is delicious and pricing is fair for the quality and portion of food. Definitely coming back again!

Chicken Kabob with aged basmati rice, hummus, and grilled veggies (5 stars)

Dish N Dash is a huge, slow-casual Mediterranean restaurant in the Hacienda Crossings in Dublin, located behind Best Buy and across from Dublin Toyota? By slow-casual, you order from a huge menu and pay first. They'll cook and prepare your food to order and bring to your table. This is not a Chipotle-style assembly line. The food here is outstanding and all three meats we got were seasoned and super moist and juicy. Highly recommend the beef and chicken kabob plates, which each come with tons of sides. Freekah and aged basmati rice are both good. Meats were perfectly cooked, and beef was soft a 6yo kid can chew with no issues. For sides, we liked lentil soup, grilled veggies, hummus, and baba ghanoush. Another healthier option is their salad with a thick, basil-tahini salmon filet. Loaded with contrasting flavors, textures, and color from all the veggies. The Pomegranate dressing was hardly needed. Definitely adding this one to our lunch rotation. Maybe we can even Door Dash from Dish N Dash, LOL!

Salmon Salad with Baba Ghanoush and Fries

I love me some Dish N Dash. First time to this Dublin location and went for a Wednesday lunch. Plenty of parking. Very spacious restaurant with lots of seating and most of the TVs were showing the World Cup match. We ordered at around 11:40 with no line. The lunch rush came after we ordered and the line was almost out the door. I was with some former coworkers and we weren't doing family style, so I decided to try something new. Our family usually gets Mansaf and a few skewers plates. I went with the Salmon Salad. The salmon is fantastic - tender, flavorful, and a large portion. One of my sides was Baba Ghanoush which I mopped up with my pita bread and Za'atar Lavash Chips. My other side was seasoned Fries. Those had some crispiness but I thought overall were on the soft side and just not super exciting. My coworker got the Spiced Carrots & Walnuts and highly recommended that. That one is not usually in my consideration set, so I'll have to try it next time. The staff was nice enough to let me try both salad dressings. A pomegranate vinaigrette and a lemon oregano vinaigrette. The pomegranate one was quite sweet with some tartness and definitely had pomegranate flavor. The lemon oregano was on the oilier side (seemed like the emulsion was broken). I thought they were both ok, but I might have liked the salad with just the self serve cilantro-mint and yogurt garlic sauces. If you haven't tried Dish N Dash yet, please go check it out! It's pretty healthy food, enormous portions, well prepared, and super flavorful food.

Ordered dinner to go a couple of weeks ago for a friend and myself. Online ordering and customizing was very easy and my food was ready by the time I had selected. Items ordered: Beef hummus- My friend who is Middle Eastern loved this!! Chicken skewer salad- Large portion and taste was fresh and chicken was not dry. Chicken shawarma- Large portion and taste was so good! Baklava crumble- Got this for my friend and he loved it! Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. I am so happy Dish n Dash is now in Dublin!

Everything was fresh, well seasoned and made to order. The highlight for me were the felafels. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The kofta kabob were juicy, I would have preferred even juicier. The restaurant is well designed and the restroom and ramp are ADA compliant. The service was excellent.

Wow, what an excellent meal and overall dining experience! Made it feel like I was dining at home with family. Food was super tasty, staff were friendly and helpful, and service was super efficient! I can say without a doubt that the food was just as good as my excellent mother-in-laws authentic Lebanese cooking! We ordered two plates, a chicken kabob plate and a sumac chicken salad. For desert we enjoyed a yummy kunafa which was perfectly balanced and not too sweet. Truly blown away by the overall level of hospitality and such a great atmosphere. Lots of families of various backgrounds enjoying meals with their families. Multiple TVs all throughout showing various sporting events. Lots of elegant and modern interior and an abundance of seating options: from private two-seater booths, to large round tables, to comfortable and private outdoor seating. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms. Highly recommend, we will be back SOON!

I dropped in to pick up an early dinner on a Saturday night. I had called in my order and to my surprise later learned that they were so busy they had temporarily stopped online and phone orders that night after my order. There was a long line of customers queued to order at the counter and tables were noticeably full of patrons with well presented dishes and a wide array ot types of food. Lots of large groups. Festive atmosphere with everyone enjoying the food and conversation. Simple and modern decor and a large dining space. We had a variety of mixed plates: - Kufta with Freekeh, Falafel and Salad - Chicken Kebab with Freekeh, Salad and Babaghannouge - Tabsi Kufta with Basmati Rice The portions were generous and quite tasty! We will definitely be back!

A casual spinoff of the legendary Sunnyvale restaurant, Dish N Dash features a modern, Californian take on Middle Eastern cuisine in a counter-service setting with plentiful seating. We started with the Veggie Delight, a mezze platter of falafel, hummus, tabouli, babaghanouge, red pepper-walnut dip, feta, greens, and pita slices. My personal favorites were the creamy hummus and crispy falafel, but every component was delicious! Another highlight of the menu was their vibrant salads, made of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, herbs, olives, and za'atar lavash chips. The fresh and crunchy salad was topped with a corn-edamame salsa and pulled sumac chicken, tender pieces of chicken spiced with citrusy sumac. But the most unique, authentic Middle Eastern dishes on the menu were their entrees, including the Tabsi, an acidic mixture of stewed eggplant, onions, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, and dry lime in a mild curry, topped with a tender fillet of salmon. Their signature dish was the Mansaf, tender chunks of lamb cooked in a creamy spiced aged yogurt sauce, which had a deep, umami, tangy flavor. Both dishes came with freekeh, cracked wheat with a smokey aroma. Every dish we had here delicious, and everything came at a decent value with friendly service too!

Overall experience was good. Food, environment and quality of food. The TV was a bit loud if you sit close to the table by the TV. They have outdoor seatings but it's facing the fwy so it might be a bit loud. However it's considered pretty spacious if you want bring your dog.

Chicken and falafel side of hummus

Great service from start to finish! The owner was incredibly kind, took the time to have a genuine conversation, and even offered several sauces for me to sample, which I really appreciated. I had previously visited their Sunnyvale location, so I was excited to try this one, and it did not disappoint. My experience was excellent, and the food was delicious. This visit I ordered the chicken shawarma and falafel, along with a side of hummus, and everything was fresh and flavorful. I truly enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning soon to try another dish. Added plus...outside seating!

Grilled Chicken Shawarma w/tabouli and garlic dip

So glad we finally got a Dish n Dash! Ordered for pickup on a weekday and it was crowded in the parking lot (a good sign!). Husband said it was well organized inside in terms of where to pick up to-go orders, etc. The food was delicious, and the portions were hearty. Hubs got the Beriani Dajaj. It was surprisingly saucy. We thought it would be a drier dish, but it was very good nonetheless. And the extra sauce was so good mixed with the rice. I got the grilled chicken shawarma with garlic dip and tabouli as my sides. It was also very good and so flavorful. I do wish there'd been a little more tabouli, but the garlic dip was fantastic. The shawarma comes with edamame corn salsa, which tasted fine but the I didn't care for the textures. I'd probably ask to exclude the next time if I remember. It wasn't a deal breaker, just more chewing than I wanted. But hey, there are so many other things on the menu we want to try. They even have fresh pressed juices! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Came here on a Friday for dinner. This is a counter service type restaurant. You order at the counter, then find a table. Your food will be brought out to you. It was obviously busy as they had just opened the Wednesday prior. The restaurant is nice and new. Aesthetically, not as nice as the Cupertino location, but still fine. Lamb Shwarma grill plate - 4/5: always my favorite with hummus, cabbage and walnuts, with freekah. All very tasty, not overcooked. First time trying the cabbage and walnuts. That was a nice surprise and will order it in the future as a side. Sauces available was yogurt, chipotle yogurt, green and red sauce. Not sure what the last two sauces were called, but those are spicy. Chicken shawarma grill plate - 4/5: very good with a nice spicy, not hot flavor. The combination of tamarind and cumin is nice. Hummus on the side which is always good. Falafel was solid as well and good dipped in chipotle yogurt! Baklava - 4/5: solid offering. Buttery and crisp. Overall, great addition to Dublin. Service was very good in terms of delivery and removing your dishes. Will return again.

Pulled sumac chicken with freekeh and falafels

I'm glad that Dish n Dash finally made it out to the Tri-Valley! We had a group lunch here and it was perfect. Our lunch was at 1 o'clock on a weekday, and when we came in, the place was pretty crowded, but it cleared out fairly quickly. The portions are large and there was plenty enough to take home as leftovers. The Rihan was delicious. My pulled sumac chicken was delicious, but I forgot what a tang that sumac had! This shows it was really authentic as they didn't hold back on the sumac! The falafels were also very very good. I also tried their spiced carrots, which were excellent. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

While we were waiting, four different families who appeared to be the same race as the owner were served before us, even though they arrived after we did. At first I didn't think much of it. Then another family of five, who also appeared to be the same race as the owner, came in about 10-15 minutes after us and received their food well before we did. I don't know why our order kept getting pushed behind everyone else's, and I can't say that race was the reason. I can only describe what I personally observed. Being passed over while multiple parties who arrived later were served first made us feel overlooked and unwelcome. We waiting about 30 mins for one plate of food that my son and I shared. The service left a very negative impression, and I won't be returning.

I didn't get his name but he mentioned he was Ukrainian. I didn't typically go for middle eastern food. It can be bland. I thought the reviews were decent so I thought it was okay to try. Boy do I regret it. For this being similar to a chipotle the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I could have gotten a pasta dish at an expensive restaurant for just a few more dollars. I got the 50/50 bowl with falafel and chicken. Couscous as my base, light greens, Tabbouleh, cucumber dill salad, cabbage, eggplant, tzatziki sauce, hummus and pickles. It was extra for Feta and olives which I opted out of. It was $18.86. The falafel was good. It has a strong citrus and cilantro flavor which paired well with the tzatziki sauce. The eggplant, the cabbage, the Tabbouleh, the cucumber salad all desperately needed flavor. Everything was so bland. A pinch of salt and lemon would have made the world of difference. I just couldn't taste anything besides plain bland vegetables and garlic. The falafel paired well with these components but bc it was a 50/50 bowl I only received 3. The chicken was terrible. No flavor at all. The issue is that bc I didn't opt for the ridiculously expensive add ons, which would have made this a $22 meal, the meal was BLAND. The chicken DESPERATELY needs the salty olives and feta. However for fast food that comes in a bowl I just could not justify paying extra for something and it's even more appalling that the dish NEEDS the add-ons. I'm from out of town (Tucson, AZ). I understand that the influence of local culture is going to impact ethnic cuisine. Maybe people in this area don't like seasonings or spice or salt. Either way, this was a terrible waste of $18. If you're someone who likes balanced nuanced flavors, this is not the place to go. If you know you like this kind of food, I'm still not sure this is the place to go.
