Surprisingly delicious pho! I ordered the B.Y.O.Bowl where you get your choice of broth, two proteins, and vegetables. I chose beef broth, rare steak, brisket, and all the veggies. They had live country music and there were families and people of all ages. I'd recommend eating there if you're into that. Decided to try this place since there was a line and decent reviews. We ordered online and it's pretty wasteful because it doesn't give you an option for eating in. So everything is in to go containers. We got shrimp salad that weren't good. They weren't fresh. Made my husband eat them. We got the pho with tender sirloin. The meat was good. The noodles tasted funny. It could also use more flavor in the broth. Definitely won't come back. I've had better pho elsewhere, but if you are in a pinch it does the job. Tucked away inside a cool food hall! I would love if I can order online. Pho wasn't bad. The noodles sat too long which caused the noodles to stick together. At that point it's hard to break down into the broth. After cooking the noodles it shouldn't sit too long before the broth goes into. Broth and meats was good. Have eaten here 6 times. Food decent but a bit overpriced. 7th time definitely not a charm. Sign says be back in 20 minutes. Cashier comes out three times. Ignores us until I ask if the 20 minutes is almost up. Replies with "nah it's more like 40 minutes." At first I thought she was joking but then she continued to ignore us. Needless to say we did not order here and will not if she's still there. She's been the cashier a few of the other times we ate there and has always been quite unfriendly. Inside the Windmill Food Court, this Pho food stall has way more than just Pho including bun dishes, banh mi, and more. I went with the Pho with beef, joint, tripe, etc. The broth was clean and savory, the meat cuts were tender and ample. The joint cuts were nicely rendered and edible. The rice noodles were ample. I am not a fan of Asian food, but wife was craving for some pho soup, so we tried this one and the shrimp pho was the best I've tried (to be fair, I am not an expert, but it was really good). We tried a few place inside of the Windmill Food Corner and District1Pho was our favorite. We also ordered beef pho, baguette sandwich, spring rolls, but while they were fine, the shrimp pho was the best. One downside: the prices went up since summer of 2021, so the bowl of shrimp pho is now $17. It is enormous, though, so if you have a party of two, you can ask for an extra bowl and split or order two kids' bowls for $8 each (they are about half the size of the adult bowl, which is still plenty). read more

I ordered their vermicelli bowl and asked for extra sauce, I even offered to pay for extra and they declined that, which is in my opinion ridiculous. Bad customer service. The girl working the cashier needs a new attitude or maybe a new job to match her horrible attitude! She seemed very "annoyed" and was rushing us!
