I had my nails done today by Mimi and WOW -- I am absolutely in love with the results! I asked for an ombré solar set and she nailed it (pun intended). The fade is flawless, the shape is perfect, and the finish is just beautiful. You can really tell she has an eye for detail and takes pride in her work. Mimi is not only incredibly talented, but also super sweet and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I seriously can't wait to show off my nails on vacation -- they are exactly what I wanted and more.

I've been going here for a couple years now for my brows & recently had a mani with gel with Hanah who is amazing! She took her time and honestly it probably was the best manicure I've had in a while. I'll for sure be requesting Hanah for future visits. Also, they are always good about doing a walk in too when I call to check availability.

The salon is walking distance from my house, and I always leave the salon feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I am a bowler, which doesn't correspond well with fake nails. Diva Nails provides gel x nails, which has proven to be durable and fashionable.

I've been meaning to give a review for the past three months! First off let me say that, Tracy is my usual nail tech but today Soy stepped in for her and she did not miss!! I'm a simple woman, I don't do nothing too crazy, so this ombré fill was perfectly done!! Very demure, very well put together!! I'm loving the atmosphere, prices are great, all the ladies are well educated very fun to be around.. I come from California so I found my forever nail salon!! I went in for an appointment and was deeply disappointed with the results. I gave them a reference photo and my design looks nothing similar.

Soy did an amazing job on my nails. I had accidentally misunderstood her and put my nails under the lamp when I wasn't supposed to but she was more than happy to fix it and was still sweet to me. Definitely recommend!

I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend it to anyone. When I walked passed the salon, the staff were unprofessional, dancing around instead of focusing on their work. I had to come in later. I asked for gel X extensions, but the result was far from acceptable. On top of that, the manager, Soy was rude and grumpy, making the experience even worse. The salon was also uncomfortably humid and overcrowded. I've had much better experiences at nearby salons like Progress, Naile, V&V, or Moda. Save your time and money--this place is not worth it!

This was my first time visiting a nail salon in YEARS and it was very pleasant. Very kind staff. I had a very specific color in mind, and Emily (I think was her name) went out of her way to find it for me. I attached a photo of my OVER two week retention! No lifting of chipping whatsoever overall, great experience. Not to mention price is very reasonable!!

I love a good pedicure! Go here if you are looking for a place that takes their time and gives a strong calf massage. Plus, the nail polish always stays on so good. I don't care for many of their color options, so I always bring my own color and then I have the option of touching up if I'm not able to go in for awhile. The shop is always clean and staff is friendly. They are busy...so much sure you make an appt beforehand. read more

My favorite nail salon in the area. All of the nail technicians are friendly and proficient. Yes, they are busy (a sign of how good they are) and you sometimes end up waiting even when you have an appointment but that is because they take their time with you and are also accommodating when someone needs an "emergency" nail appointment. It is worth the wait. I've done shellac nails for the past couple years and my favorite nail technician, Katie, talked me into giving "dip nails" a try because she thought they would be a better fit for me and she was so right! I love the look and durability of dip nails and this salon has a large selection of dip colors available. read more

Honestly nail salons in general have changed so much in the last couple years. They don't want to be there and offer a decent service anymore - doesn't matter how kind I am I've been treated with so much attitude and am always asked to pay more than it was the previous time. Then I feel uncomfortable questioning why because the exchange isn't a positive one and no matter what as the customer we're forced to "pay up." Two rough experiences here - this time I was charged an entire $16 more for a shellac pedicure vs. regular. You're going to tell me there's that much of a difference in the nail polish costs? I left feeling taken advantage of and will not be back. read more

I have been searching for a new nail salon for 3 years, as my previous one is now too far a drive. Diva Nail has everything I was looking for! I've been to this salon 3 times for a shellac manicure, each time with a different nail tech (Diane, Jessica, and Heidi). The service and quality has been consistently great every time!! I find that all the techs certainly take pride in their work. They are detail oriented, genuinely take interest in each client, thus ensuring customer satisfaction!! read more

I usually see this wonderful person here. But when I don't have time because she's so busy I try other people. I never get the same experience. Some people massage your toes some people don't ...today a girl used oil and no lotion for the massage. It's just inconsistent. read more

Absolute best salon ever. Appointment or walk-in, I get a new tech just about every time, and everyone is fabulous. Nails last a month for me. Acrylic fill w/ shellac & deluxe Mango pedi w/ shellac (to match). 2 hours of relaxing, mimosas, and pampering...well worth the $100...nail art is beautiful too...!!! read more

freaking finally somewhere that speaks to one another in English and are super helpful and nice and reasonably priced! I walked out of my prior nail salon; Aqua Nails today with my sister and both my teenage daughters. I was even dreading going there as they kept messing up my nails and my daughters nails and kept insisting on doing fills vs full set because they are short staffed from other employees (the actual employees who knew how to do nails quit). I had the best Pedicure I've had in years today. The attention to detail was spot on. I really enjoyed the feet/leg massage. She actually went slow and applied just enough pressure. Diane is AMAZING! I have been going to Diva Nails for a year now. This Salon is very well run, clean, professional, they take very good care of you, always on time and great attention to detail. I am a nail picker and have found dip nails to work best and last the longest for me especially when Diane does them. I asked her to do a more tedious design today of several colors in French manicure style with the dip and she did an amazing job. So so pleased. Adore her!! I've been to Diva a few times before and have always enjoyed my experiences. In fact, I was in the salon just yesterday and probably had one of one the best nail salon experiences ever. I called the salon the morning of my appointment request and they were able to get me in within a few hours. I showed up 5-10 minutes early and they sat me right away. The salon was busy! I was in need of a dip manicure fill and started looking at the color options. I picked a bright coral color. The manicurist was fabulous!! She filed my nails which had tip extensions on (I'd told her I was wanting to go shorter). I also had a few tips about ready to fall off but she told me she would work to spare them so she wouldn't have to charge me for new tips. Amazing! Then I started getting concerned about the color I'd chosen being too bright for an upcoming work event and my manicurist reassured me that she had a similar color that was not yet on display that she believed would be a perfect match instead -- yet more subtle. And she didn't disappoint! I'm in love!! Diva Nail & Spa is wonderful!! You won't regret your visit!! read more

Went for a pedi after it was recommended by a neighbor. Nothing exceptional. The basic pedi includes hot stone and hot towel, but it's so quick that it didn't seem necessary. They kind of just run through the paces. For some reason the skin on my feet and legs seemed really dry after. The technician talked to the tech next to her the whole time. I don't usually mind this if they also attempt to talk to me, the customer! FYI- They only accept cash tips. read more

I just moved from the East Coast and having to find a new, reliable, personable, and attentive nail salon is very hard to find. Well, I am happy to say that I found one. They are awesome and as picky as I am, I am very pleased. Thy, Nancy, Jessica, and all of the staff are great! Everyone makes you feel welcome and they serve beverages which is a nice touch. My daughter and I came here yesterday, 1h 15m before our movie. We checked in and I explaind the situation and she told us we would be started within 15m. We were seated and in a foot bath within 5m, however it was 25-30m more before someone started. The massage was nothing more than gently rubbing lotion into my feet despite me asking for more firm pressure a couple times. We got out of there in time for our movie but my daughter had to leave barefoot because she didn't have flip flops and no one offered any other solution. read more

Been going here exclusively for acrylics or gels for the last couple years. Tons of nail techs and they are all amazing! They are usually busy (which is a good sign!) so I do always make an appointment rather than walking in, but I can generally do so same day with enough notice. read more

I'm very picky when it comes to my nails. I'm sure we all are, and I kind of hate being ~that~ customer but I can't help it. I always get a simple french shellac manicure but at most places that I go to, they either do the white tips too thick (looks terrible on my stubby fingers), the clear polish turns yellow after a few days (why?), or the shellac starts to peel within days. Not at diva though. I've been looking for the one salon for me, and I got a french shellac manicure about a week ago at diva before leaving for a conference. Not only did the manicure look GOOD on me, but it was so shiny, NOT yellow at all and it's still on my nails without any peeling starting. This has suddenly raised my expectations for nails because I just assumed that shellac was supposed to peel or turn yellow. IT shouldn't!!! I'm just really happy to have found THE place for my nails. Will definitely be returning. read more

I'm relatively new to having my nails done, but I did have to do the search to find the perfect salon and technician. I found both in Diva Nail and Spa. The owner, Soy, does my nails and I have never had any reason for complaint. I have the nails I always dreamed of having. Which was no easy job as mine are very fine and split easily. She is very concerned that every customer has a relaxing time while getting excellent nails and/or pedicures. They have a sign on the wall that sums it up perfectly: "Rule #1: If we don't take care of our customers, someone else will!" If you have tried Diva Nails and Spa in the past and not been totally happy, try it again because it is under new management. read more

I am going on a trip to Disneyland tomorrow and, naturally, I wanted some Disney inspired nails. I went to two different salons at 3PM today and was told they did not have time for me. Discouraged, I went into Diva Nails in Progress Ridge to see if they could fit me in. Despite a room full of clients, they took me in with a smile and welcoming service. They did an excellent job on my design. It matched identical to the Pinterest picture I brought in. I have always had an excellent experience here and will definitely make the extra ten minute drive next time! read more

I had the best experience at Diva Nail & Spa! The quality of their work is outstanding--my nails came out looking absolutely phenomenal. My nail tech, Soy, was amazing! She was so sweet, detail-oriented, and made sure my nails were perfect. The customer service here is top-notch, and the salon itself is spotless, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I LOVE DIVA! I have been all over town looking for the perfect salon and I've finally found it. I'm VERY detail oriented and can be quite picky about who does my nails. Soy is amazing and takes such good care of me! The atmosphere is classy, the color selection is vast, and you are always greeted with a smile. After ready several reviews, I decided to make an appointment here. I had mimi do my nails, I got kitten claws (short stiletto) with holographic nail polish. She did a great job, my fingers weren't red or puffy at all when they were done. My nails look so awesome, I absolutely love them. She is super nice, and really good. Love Diva! They are always friendly and professional. The place is clean (they sterilize with an autoclave, unlike other places) and there's plenty of light coming through the windows, which creates a great ambiance. My friend referred me to this salon and I went in a week ago. I got a shellac manicure and I love it! My nails still look great, and the service was so nice. They were very helpful, offered me drinks and helped me choose colors. The paraffin wax treatment was relaxing and I felt so comfortable. Highly recommend!! read more
