Hidden gem! Ask for Kenny, (Kenny very fast) Kim is the best if you like NAIL art. Jenny is also very sweet and good! I'm not a picky person when it comes to nails--but I am precise. If I'm paying $80+, I expect the work to be done carefully and cleanly, especially the polish. Anh Kenny was incredibly thoughtful. He knew I had an appointment next door and rushed to accommodate me without sacrificing care. Chi Kim was such a pleasant surprise--she jumped in to help finish my set and did an AMAZING job on the nail art. I told her french tip but do whatever. I'm easy going,, but I truly appreciate effort and when technicians clearly care about their work and show that they care. That makes all the difference. On top of that, the owner was so sweet and even gave me a gift. Great service, great people, and great energy. I'll definitely be back.

I look forward to my appt every time! My nail tech (Joanne) can do any crazy design I bring. They are clean, thorough, she goes the extra mile to get the creative design I want and to put her touch on it. I feel pampered and a little bit cuter every time I go! I've taken my daughters and her friends there on multiple occasions and they leave happy, too. 10 out of 10 I would recommend! They're mostly all family, too, which is the cutest thing, makes supporting them feel even better.

I'm giving 2 stars only because the service was fast. I got a full set of nail extensions, but not a single nail is smooth or even. Even worse, the edges are rough and sharp, and they've already started scratching my skin. What shocked me the most is that I was charged $80 for this quality. this is honestly 1-star service at a 5-star price. Very disappointing!

The salon itself was super clean and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. My nail tech Jen was amazing--very detail-oriented and made sure I loved the shape and color before finishing. Mind you in was my first time. Definitely coming back!

I work nearby and needed my nails off immediately but was limited on time. I came after work so it's expected to have slightly a longer wait. After a bit I asked how long the wait would be since I was in a bit of a rush. They told me ten minutes initially but then proceeded to have one of the technicians break away from a client briefly so I could start my nail soak. The tech was very kind and even offered to grab me water even though she was multitasking and I was inconveniencing her. This review is based on their amazing service and I would love to come back for a full set soon. The salon is very clean. They did a fabulous job with the removal!

You assumed that I didn't want to pay extra. I came in with the exact design that I wanted and you could not execute it. Your technician didn't know how to do it. Not to mention, when I came back for removal you made my nails thinner than I have ever had them before. Very rude and unprofessional. A lot of these reviews are fake and you charged me $125.

Look at the sides and tip of the toe nail. Terrible job

We were walk ins. The pedi was fine no issues but the nail polish was too dry, I complaint and the lady removed & reapplied but it was still leaving streaks on my nail. So finally the "manager" lady came and said something is wrong with my "nail" not their nail polish being too dry. She applied it again and said once it dries it'll be fine. Take a look, this is 4 hours later. In my opinion just a bad finishing job. Period.

Went it for a regular mani/pedi. Place was clean and got in a chair quickly. Everything was fine until I saw how horrible the paint job was. I was on a time crunch and couldn't not ask for them to fix but I will not be going back.

The customer service was good but I only got a Fill*** "Reshape" lol French tip 3 nail design $71 not including tip For a fill? I would have rather got a soak off with a new set. The tech said my nails were lifting and I heard her say she basically gave me a new set to her co worker. I rather her suggest I do that instead of charge me a crazy price for a fill. & for the price I expect perfection:(

My son & I were treated to a mani/pedi by my SIL who made an appointment for 2:30pm. We ended up arriving @2pm but they warmly greeted us & took us right away. The staff was friendly & the vibe was chill. The place was spotless & the chairs were comfy & in excellent shape. We were offered bottled water, which I always appreciate! They got right to work & I had two people talking care of me simultaneously: one for my mani & one for my pedi. This was fabulous because my son did not have to wait an eternity for me to be finished! 3 stars *** because my nail polish was old to the point of cracking the very next day & peeling three days later. My nail edges were also rough to the point of me needing to file them so they would stop catching on all my clothing. I realize that they possibly have no way of knowing a polish is old, but one would like to hope that being professionals, they would have some kind of idea/knowledge about it. Also, my son's cuticles peeled pretty bad from the mani, to the point of tearing & bleeding a little & it caused him some discomfort from it. Both of our Pedis were nicely done though. Our first time here today because I didn't want to drive far to our regular nail shop in Garden Grove due to the weather. They did not charge me since I wasn't satisfied with the service. I did leave the man a $40 tip since service was provided. He left my teens cuticles and nails raw and bloody. We were there for acrylics with French tips. We were there 2.5 hours. If the person was new it should have been communicated so we can decide if we want them to do our nails or not. I wanted to pay so I could have proof of services in case my teen's nails got infected. They said to come back if any issues and there shouldn't be any issues but didn't give me any names. I'm assuming the lady that spoke for the older man was the owner or manager.

This place is great! Quick and easy, and priced decent for Irvine area. I needed an afternoon to myself and called Divine last minute on a Monday to book an appointment after work. They were nice enough to take me and did a great job fixing my neglected toes and many callouses. Yeah, my feet were nasty. But they fixed my toes up all nice and made them ready for sandals. I was very thankful. I don't typically ask for anything too fancy such as designs or decals, so I can't really speak for that. But for a regular spa mani/pedi with gel, this place def will fulfill your needs! read more

Let me start off by saying they need to change the name of their business. I feel anything but divine. I walked in to have my acrylics filled in and for a polish change. I was told it would be $26. I asked why the high price, particularly when I walked in a couple weeks earlier to inquire about pricing and was told a fill is $20. My tech told me a fill is never $20. Weird. But ok. She took off my old polish which was a neon coral. Sadly she failed to remove all of it and it is still visible in my nail beds and cuticles. Not a good look with my matte cocoa colored polish. I asked to have my acrylics filed down and shortened a bit. This part she did good with. I also asked to have them filed square as opposed to my current stiletto shape. The edges of my nails are so sharp I'm afraid to touch anyone! The polish job is dreadful. I could have done a better job after downing a bottle of wine. It's lumpy, uneven, and the tip of every nail is transparent as the tech didn't apply even coats. I asked for matte top coat and she didn't apply it evenly either, cleaving shiny areas of polish around the cuticles. This is the WORST nail salon I've ever visited, not to mention over-priced. read more

First off, their website is horrible, only promoting nails. It says eye lash extensions, but nothing else in what that means or what they offer. Only Promoting Nails. I was willing to over look a bad website. But then I was turned away after making an appointment online today. There was a problem with their online appointment system. "Not my problem." She smiled and nod and apologized, but didn't offer any solution to assist me except to come in later. Which was hard to do since I was at my lunch break which I explained to her. I have a show Friday and my time was wasted. There were no customers in her Salon, but hey..I guess they were busy? Sorry for the bad review, I just have a high expectation in customer service. read more

I've come here for gel manicures several times since 2016. I only had an unpleasant experience once when the manicurist over-cut the dead skin around my cuticles, causing my finger to bleed. She didn't even apologize at the time and continued as if nothing happened. Other than that one experience, I was satisfied with the results I got the other times I visited. They always managed to accommodate me even though I called for same-day appointments. The process was always very quick, but very neat. Overall, I would recommend this place. I've always left the place feeling satisfied other than that one unpleasant experience I had. read more

I was in last week and asked for a pedicure. My feet were soaked in plain water, polish removed, cuticles taken care of, polish applied and then asked to pay. $40!!!! No scrubbing, hot towel, massage, nothing. Looking at their website after, $40 should have bought me much more than a Polish change. I feel kind of taken advantage of. I should have paid $20-$25 according to the site. Pretty disappointed. The Polish looks great but when I questioned $40 for a Polish change they all smiled and nodded their head. I find this very rude that they take advantage of their guests, if you don't look at the website first. Stupid. Guess I won't be returning unless they can compensate me for the difference of what I should have paid. read more

I came here during my lunch break for a new acrylic gel full set and was very impressed that they were able to get me in and out within 45 minutes, including the 5 minutes I spent choosing my color. I typically go for a rounder more natural look when I wear acrylics and they definitely delivered. I will be coming here regularly to get my nails done. read more

No skimping on those hand massages, ladies!! No, but seriously. A lot of attention to detail. I'm your basic "I'll just get a manicure" person, and when I've gotten my nails done there, manicures consistently last at least 5 days, barring any crazy hand situations. They do a great job, and they do it with a friendly smile, clean atmosphere, and modern facility. I'm here at least once a week. read more

I used to come here a lot back when I was living in Irvine but recently came back as my office is down the street. Went during the lunch time to get my nails done but just disappointed by how uneven and patchy my gel mani came out. She had to redo them twice. And added about three coats of top coat and still are patchy. Tried taking a picture but could get it to work because of the reflection. But probably won't be coming back here unfortunately. read more

My mom, aunt, grandma, and brother were visiting from out of town for my graduation. We wanted to get manicures and pedicures the day before. I forgot until the day before and was calling everyone looking for who could accommodate a group of five. I was able to make a reservation here and I'm glad I did. They were polite and attentive even when they got busy toward the end. I would definitely come get a manicure or pedicure again. read more

This shop is so great! The prices are reasonable and the work is FANTASTIC! I went in the first time with the intention to get one service done and the technician Lena explained to me that since the acrylic was still new that it would damage my nails terribly. I told her my ultimate nail goal and she worked her magic! I went in today because one of my nails acrylic was lifting and I didn't want it to snap off (and hurt/damage my nail). Went back to Lena and she not only remembered me from my previous visit but she explained the process to get to my nail goals! The length was perfect-short and sassy! When it came time to polish I had a basic idea (black and a glitter accent nail)-Lena had an idea for an over glitter nail to help hide the awkward in between phase my nails are in. My nails look awesome and I cannot wait to show them off! Definitely found my new nail place! Lena is a rockstar and a great artist! read more

I have been getting my eyelash extensions done by Annie every 3 weeks for years. She always makes my eyelashes look lush and amazing! She is so gentle and detailed with my lashes, and I never feel uncomfortable while she is doing my lashes (I actually am so comfortable I usually fall asleep!). Highly recommend Annie if you want some gorgeous eyelash extensions! I have not had other services at the salon besides eyelash extensions, but the salon is cute, clean and the staff is friendly. read more

She got me in quickly becauShe not only did an amazing job, but she had to correct the mess that the previous place made. Annie took her time and was so thorough! This is my favorite nail salon! This place is so clean and quiet inside. You really get to relax and enjoy your service. Lem and Mary are the best and are so nice. My new go-to place in Irvine for nails! Catherine took off my acrylics and gave me a gel manicure. It is perfectly even and she shaped my nails perfectly! OBSESSED! I am so glad I've finally found a great nail salon so close to where I am. I've been coming her regularly and am never disappointed. Catherine is my go-to gal and always does a fantastic job with my nails. She's careful and attentive to detail. Love that they're open on Sundays! By far the highest quality mani-pedi I've ever gotten. The ladies in this cute salon were so incredibly friendly. Despite me having a couple broken and chipped nails Theresa and Catherine did an amazing job on my french manipedi! My thumb nail was slightly broken and could've easily just been painted over, but Catherine went the extra mile to glue it and fix it up for me and now it's good as new! They took their time and the results show. I've never been this satisfied with a salon job; usually I jump from salon to salon, but I'll definitely be coming back here :-) read more

Felt very pressured to spend more money than I wanted on gel polish - and if they want to complain about regular polish the entire time they shouldn't even offer it. read more

The technician kept telling me to be completely still, especially when I looked away briefly or made slight movements while I was trying to cooperate. Instead of calm guidance, she became visibly upset, and the tone of the "be still" reminders felt aggressive and repetitive. What made it worse was the physical handling. She repeatedly grabbed/touched my hands and arms to position me, and it felt forceful and uncomfortable rather than careful. I also had hygiene concerns. The table/workstation I was seated at appeared dirty, and a tool she used did not appear sealed when it was taken out. She said it was sterilized, but there were several sealed/packaged items visible nearby, and her explanation didn't match what I saw.

I wish I could give this nail salon zero stars because it has been an absolute nightmare for my wife. Her first visit here was a disaster, and against our better judgment, we decided to give it another chance. Big mistake. The initial visit was marked by disappointment as my wife's nails started falling off within a week. This was already a red flag, but hoping for improvement, she returned last week. Little did we know that this visit would turn into a series of unfortunate events. After her second appointment, my wife had to return to the salon not once, but twice! The first time, a nail came off almost immediately after leaving the place. We thought it might be an unfortunate one-time incident, but we were proven wrong. The exact same issue occurred again after her third visit. It's astounding that a nail salon, a place that's supposed to specialize in nails, can't even manage to keep them intact. The icing on the cake was when my wife mustered the courage to address the ongoing issue with the manager. Instead of showing any concern or professionalism, the manager launched into a tirade of yelling, right in the middle of the store! It's utterly shocking and completely unacceptable. This establishment not only lacks the basic skills to perform proper nail services, but they also lack the most fundamental understanding of customer service. To anyone considering visiting this nail salon, I implore you to run in the opposite direction. The quality of their work is subpar, and their treatment of customers is downright disgraceful. Spare yourself the frustration, disappointment, and humiliation, and find a nail salon that knows how to provide both quality service and respectful treatment. Decided to come here with my best friend on such short notice and they were kind enough to take both of us in at the same time. Helen started off with my nails doing tips and acrylic. She did such a pleasant job. I've been to many places that did not do a very good job with shaping, but I was so thankful and happy that she did it well! After my shaping was done, Diane finished off my nails with gel. She did a beautiful job as well. Simple and fabulous.
