    This is the bad battery.

    I have a strong suspicion that one of the techs at Division Tire swapped my good battery out the last time I got my oil changed and they put in a bad battery. It's so sad because I had been going there for a while. they built my trust up only to STEAL FROM UNDER MY HOOD !!! IM FURIOUS!!! I will NEVER recommend this place and will continue to warn others about how untrustworthy this place is.

They did the job and got the AC working for me but, when I went to pick it up, I noticed that the backup camera wasn't working. I informed the guy at the desk and he immediately started gaslighting me by insinuating that the camera going out was an intermittent problem that had probably been happening for a while. I told him that the camera had worked perfectly EVERY time I put the Tahoe in reverse ever since I purchased it until his shop serviced it that day and asked him to have the technician that worked on the vehicle undo whatever he did to make it stop working. After three "attempts" to fix the issue over several weeks, he gave up and admitted that they hadn't even tried to figure out the problem because he said that, by working on the AC, they hadn't came anywhere near the information center where the camera picture would normally appear. Through the entire process he continued to gaslight me by insisting that it had been an intermittent problem BEFORE I took it to them for the AC service. Bottom line; they never fixed the issue and I still don't have a working backup camera and now I have to find a new, reliable garage to service my vehicles.

    RUN do not walk away from this place. If I could give a 0…read moreI would. They are swindlers with a smile. They literally have left hardware in my truck in addition to using substandard parts. We used them to to brake pads which needed to be replaced quickly. Under the advice of a former employees of theirs who remembered us and happened to have moved to Meineke where he was now our service tech, we took it to Midas for the brake pads to be replaced under our existing warranty. As apparantly required by their warranty we paid labor on the pads and they insisted that the rotors had to be replaced as well as they were shot. Over an additional $1000 later we walked out with new pads and rotors Fast forward to now. We are in the same boat. My husband spoke to the manager who stated everything world be covered and made right. We would just have to pay 195 for the labor. We made an appointment for the repair. However once we arrived, we were told the pads need replaced but they will not honor their warranty unless we pay them an additional almost 600 plus labor to replace the rotor also. I mentioned that we world just go to Meineke, whom have shown themselves to be ethical and competent, for the rotors and have Midas repair the pads under warranty. The manager then explained that if we do that it nullified their warranty. He said of anyone else touches the rotors Midas will not honor their warranty for the pads. Since they aren't honoring it anyway we made an appointment elsewhere to pay them to do the job correctly for a change since Midas is unable. Since, I have spoken to others who have had similar experiences but just didn't speak up. They just did as we are and had another company fix Midas's problem. BTW. The manager pulled out the warranty he kept referring to and it says NOTHING about the rotor at all especially as a prerequisite. Also the rude and condescending attitude of management especially regarding his and his tech's "work hours and effort" were the height of unprofessionalism How they get even 1 good review is beyond me.

This was just a couple hundred miles before my warranty expired, so I knew I needed to get it looked at immediately. I found Sun Auto Service through my CarMax warranty as a preferred vendor. The reviews were solid, so I chose them. The main person I worked with was Cody, and he was excellent. As a woman, it can be difficult to find an auto shop where you do not feel talked down to or pressured into unnecessary repairs. That was not my experience here at all. Cody was transparent and straightforward. He clearly explained what needed attention now versus what could wait a few months. No pressure, no condescension. They had my car for about two weeks, which I understand is normal given how many variables can cause starting issues like that. I explained that my warranty was about to expire and asked them to be thorough. They absolutely were. They identified nearly $3,000 worth of repairs, all of which were covered under warranty. They handled the entire claims process. I never had to contact the warranty company once. I simply paid my deductible and was on my way. Everything felt professional, organized, and above board. It has been about two weeks since I picked up my car and it is running perfectly. I would absolutely return if I ever needed service again. Highly recommend Sun Auto, and especially Cody.

    Overpriced, incompetent, liars! They left my vehicle in worse condition than when I brought it in…read more If I could leave 0 stars I would. I brought my Honda CRX in to have it serviced as I was having issues with my distributor. I told them this when I brought it in but it still took them two days to diagnose the issue, they also convinced me that I needed a new brake master cylinder despite my brakes working fine when I brought it in, I authorized this repair which was a big mistake, as when I got my car back the brakes no longer functioned, causing me to almost crash and injure myself. The car was in their own words "scary to drive". Why they returned it to me in this unsafe condition I have no idea. They tried to say the car was like that when I brought it in despite this being my daily driver. After bringing the vehicle back to fix their shoddy work, they then claimed that I needed a new brake booster which they said would be another $900, even though this part only cost about $100. I took it in to another auto shop for a second opinion, only to find out that my brake booster was completely fine, and the unsafe braking condition was due to the defective brake master cylinder that they installed. After the other shop replaced the defective brake master cylinder installed by Sun Auto, for a much cheaper price, safe braking function was restored to the vehicle. They wanted to charge me more money for a part that did not need to be replaced and refused to fix their mistakes. Here is a video of the brake master cylinder that they installed leaking brake fluid, and letter of second opinion showing that the unsafe braking condition was solely caused by the defective part that they installed. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
