Our car had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. Our usual auto repair shop wasn't open on Sundays, so that meant we had to find another shop as quickly as possible. Not only did they repair the tire in a very short amount of time, they were honest about the repair and didn't try to upsell us on services that we didn't need. Is it just me or does going to the car shop usually feel like a pain most of the time? I stopped by here on a Friday afternoon during rush hour to get my oil changed and the team here was amazing! They came right up to my car as I pulled up even though they were working on someone else's car to ask me what service I needed today. There were two parties ahead of us, but each oil change ahead of us took only around 10 mins. The line moved pretty quickly, and they were very honest and great to work with. They willingly helped me check on my cabin and engine filters and candidly told me that I did not need to get them replaced so soon. They also checked my tire pressures and inspected my brakes with courtesy. They showed me how much brake life was left and allowed me to understand when they needed to be replaced. I will definitely come back here when I am in town, and in need of getting a quick vehicle check and oil change. Kudos to the team here! read more

Fifteen years or so ago, we took our Nissan Stanza (before a road trip), and it was the last time we took our car for an oil change there. It was a negative review (I thought I've reviewed it - somewhere - but it's not showing up). No matter, it deter us from going back. . . With that said: DH checked the oil in our old pickup truck the other day and discovered that it was low and dirty. He realized that an oil change was needed ASAP and he didn't have time to wait for an appointment at the dealership. So, he took it to the Jiffy Lube on 82nd Avenue. He said that he drove up to an open bay and was assisted immediately. The waiting room door was glass so customers can watch as the technicians work on their vehicles. DH saw a look of shock on the face of the technician who measured the oil and realized how dirty and low it was. Because he had been neglecting maintenance on the truck, DH also purchased a couple of optional services. And, they replaced a headlamp that required the entire headlight housing be removed. All of this work was efficiently completed in about an hour. Our truck is 17 years old. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We walked away with more problems than when we arrived. My husband brought our car in for an oil change and also for the staff here to check our heating system. The staff said to fix the heater they should flush out the Rad Coolant (ended up costing $180). After being charged $330 for a oil change ($109.99), rad coolant ($180) and supplies fee he left this place with more problems. Our check engine light came on after the service & our heater is not working. When questioned this facility about the check engine light being on they suggested it was the spark plugs & that we would need to get our car fixed elsewhere now. We should have brought it to the dealership to start. Don't come here unless you want to pay a hefty bill to have more problems than what you started with. read more

Jiffy lube always gets the job done but the team here is just exceptional. Very kind efficient and helpful. Always noteworthy in these stressful times. I got two headlights put in for less than I usually pay at the parts store to do it myself. they did it really quick and I know it's not easy because I've done it. anyway was thinking of getting my oil changed too since it was almost due but they told me the oil looks great and I didn't need it. that is the symbol of true Customer Service! not telling me some thing I don't need. makes sense because I usually get full synthetic and I will definitely be back once I do need an oil change thanks to these great employees! read more

I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for about 3.5 years. Normally they do a great job. Today (6-14-19) I went in to get an oil change and everything went well. I have no complaints other than the technician got oily finger prints all over my hood. Not I realize that my old truck is not the nicest but that doesn't mean that it's ok to be negligent about preventing oily finger prints on the exterior of the vehicle. In addition to this the employee who acted as cashier told me that my windshield sticker/coupon that gives me 15$ off an oil change if it is within 500 miles of the recommended mileage expires in 3 months. There is no communication stating that the sticker/coupon expires in 3 months. The old one didn't have and expiration date, and the one that was issued to me today didn't have an expiration date. Luckily for me I had a digital coupon that gave me $20 off so I didn't argue the point. Don't let them tell you that a coupon that does not show a expiration date expires in 3 months. read more

We have been using this Jiffy Lube location, for oil changes on our vehicles, and have always had a very positive experience. Yesterday, during +90 degree temperatures, I brought in my husband's '96 Chevy Pick-up, to see if they could Re-Charge the AC. There were some doubts, that just a recharge would work, as the AC had not been working in the 7 years we have owned the truck. I was told by Virginia Miller (I believe she is the manager), that there was a possibility that it might not work if there were issues with the compressor. However, they hooked it up to see if they could get a pressure reading to check for leaks. As it turns out, the reading was almost zero. This could be due to a leak or lack of existing Freon. I would be taking a chance that I might pay for the recharge, and still not have cold AC. I wasn't sure I wanted to spend $150 ($199 - $50 coupon), and not have it work. V Miller, said if it didn't hold the Freon, she would only charge me $39. I thought this was very fair, so they proceeded. They charged it up and the AC worked, but there was a leak detected. They thought it might be a sticky valve and went about trying to "un-stick" it. In the end they replaced that particular valve and then re-filled the Freon, as most of it had escaped, during the repair... SUCCESS!!! No leak and we now have working AC! The entire process took over an hour and they only charged me for the AC Recharge ($150). The crew was amazing, they could have just stopped after filling it up the first time, but they were diligent and kept at it until they solved the problem! I had to sit in commute traffic on the way home that evening, but I got to do that with Ice-Cold AC! Thank you Virginia, Connor and Dennis - you guys Rock! I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube! I really can't say enough good things about this team. I went in today to have my breaks done and Luke gently-- but firmly-- told me I need to replace my tires like, now. I really felt like I was in great hands so I decided to move forward with what they recommended. There was a complication (through no fault of their own) while they were changing my brakes- they discovered the people who changed the breaks last time (NOT at Jiffy Lube) didn't lubricate some part so it had seized, leaving me with little to no break function on the drivers side for lord knows how long. They quoted me an amount to replace the part (I was cost concerned but it had to be done) and they got to work. A little while later they called me, explaining they were able to salvage the seized part and they saved me money. In the process they have earned a long-term customer. I was enticed to get my oil changed here by the offer of free fluid level checks and top-ups. "Ounce of prevention" and all that. I'm glad I did. Turns out I needed an engine flush and some power steering and brake work done, too. Steve, the manager, walked me through exactly what needed to be done, broke it down by price and level of necessity, and worked to apply as many discounts as possible, showing me the steps he took along the way. He explained some make-specific needs of which I was completely unaware before (apparently Fords of that generation practically eat power steering fluid), which will come in handy down the road. Most impressive of all, Steve wound up saving me a good $100 or so when the mechanics' further inspections revealed that one of the fixes wouldn't have to be as radical as previously believed. Considering how I'd already agreed to the more expensive and involved repair and would have been none the wiser had he just done it, I really appreciate his honesty. Total wait time between arrival and departure was around an hour. Not bad at all considering the number of procedures being done and the variety of systems being addressed. Come here for honest, fast service at a good price. read more

I always get super nervous when I go in to change my oil. I feel like they'll try to sell me a lot of things I don't need, and I won't be able to tell the difference between what is necessary and what is just a tactic to nickel and dime me. That wasn't the case at this Jiffy Lube, at all. I got my oil changed and a rear license plate light replaced, and they were going to go rotate my tires when they found a nail embedded in one of them. When I let Ryan know that repairing it was going to push me out of my budget, he went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and my wallet could handle it. Awesome experience. I took my car in for an oil change because the light came on. Turns out my light hadn't been reset and I ignored the mileage on my last sticker telling me when I ACTUALLY needed to come in. Though the fault was completely my own, Micheal, Geoff, and Sydney were great! They topped me off free of charge and helped me out with another issue on the car they didn't have to make me aware of!
