It looks very low-key from the outside, but once you walk in, you will be attracted by the exquisite and informal atmosphere. Although the menu is concise, each dish is very sincere. We ordered [your dish, such as: Smoked Duck Breast and Gnocchi], the plating is artistic, the taste is rich, and you can taste the care and creativity. Cocktail is also excellent, especially their [your drink, such as: Birch Martini], which is refreshing and slightly sweet, perfect for summer. The service is very good, the waiter is professional and friendly, and he is enthusiastic when introducing the dishes but not selling. The rhythm is just right, and the whole dining experience is very comfortable. In short, it is the kind of small restaurant that you can come again and again, suitable for dates, friends, and also suitable for sitting alone and sipping a glass of wine quietly.

Tikka masala wings were amazing, octopus so light but tasteful, pork belly was delicious and the broccoli salad was awesome... such a fun place. No alcohol and it was a $72 bill! Coming back.

I had their special cod with linguine and asparagus, yum. My husband has the pork skewer, flavorful. Our friends had fish and chips, Portuguese seafood stew and citrus beet salad. Everything was delicious! The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. The seafood stew was lukewarm so they replaced it with a new order and took it off the check. Professional. We had a wonderful evening. Highly recommended.

Reminds me of the good old days before Covid when restaurants weren't all closed by 9pm... Our waitress Jasmine was THE BEST - she was attentive, filled our waters without us ever having to ask, swapped out our silverware and cleaned off the table after appetizers and very pleasant to speak with. Additionally she gave us real suggestions for popular food items on the menu (not just the stereotypical suggestions that also happen to cost the most) and was a breath of fresh air to have a honest and friendly waitress after a long day. Management: we will be coming back because of her stellar service and most definitely will be requesting her if she's available. You have a rockstar employee! Ambiance: restaurant was nice, space was clean and the vibe was nice. We will be back

Large menu with a huge amount of choices, and the dessert menu is equally sizable! Tried the chicken tendie sampler: the coconut ones are absolutely amazing and unique. Chicken very tender and was a huge pile for an order. The portions on everything ordered were huge, come hungry for sure. Tried their dessert: our awesome waitress recommended lemon meringue which was great and the ice cream was super creamy and delish. Great spot, felt like home. Thanks

They simply won't suffice elsewhere. 2) prepare to come hungry! 3) the restaurant is called Backroom for a reason. Make sure you go to the back of the restaurant ;) My husband and I were STUFFED by the end. He got the tender sampler - and I got the buffalo chicken tender entree. Complimentary bread (with my entree?) + soup du jour or Greek salad + entree and choice of potato (fries, baked, mashed, etc.) The tenders tasted SO fresh. Breading didn't slide off the tender and the batter was just right. Everything melted in your mouth. We also decided on the chocolate cake (with a scoop of almond coconut chip ice cream) it was so creamy and fresh tasting! Our server was incredible - didn't miss a beat and was so friendly. The colonial-diner vibes inside were also their own special touch. It was quite loud and pretty full - but a ton of seating. A note: your party won't be sat unless everyone is present.
