I loved it here. $5 cover on Saturday. It was pretty busy but not overly packed. Everyone very friendly. Drinks are affordable and bartenders were really quick to serve. Played great line dancing music.

We went to Cape Cabaret in Cape Coral, FL. They were hosting a 2026 Kentucky Derby party in their…read morelobby and main ballroom. We booked four tickets (for free by the way) and shared the info with more of our neighbors . A few proceeded to book directly on their own. Because we all wanted to sit together, we called very early on the morning of the race and left a message to request the possibility of putting us all at one table. Brendan, I think he might be the manager on site, called to confirm receipt of our request and said that he wasn't sure if he could accommodate us because we did not have enough tickets for the amount of people who wanted to go. After about 45 minutes, Brendan called back to say he adjusted seats in order to accommodate us at two separate tables. Once we got there, we found out that we were ALL, seven of us, seated together!! What amazing customer service we experienced!! And, just to say, the food and the waitress we had were stellar, highly recommend recommended!

Went to the Cape Cabaret Christmas in July Vendor Fair today and it was completely not what I…read moreexpected. The parking lot was jammed full so I was excited to hopefully get some interesting Christmas themed items. First impressions walking in to the building; it was extremely small, clean and odd. Not really a theater, looked more like a mini banquet hall for an 80's style wedding and a venue bar like on a cruise ship. Nothing Christmas related at all in sight. In fact the first thing I noticed was the 2 skeletons in costume sitting on the far side of the bar which screamed more Halloween. Walking to the vendor room, feet away from the door, there was literally nothing there except for a very small amount of vendors with traditional craft fair items. No Christmas! To me there is a big differences between vendor and craft fairs. Vendors you expect crafted goods and in my mind I thought there would be quality Christmas items. Being in the character performing business, I thought I could get items to enhance my character. Like Christmas themed jewelry, maybe a crafted leather belt, Christmas books for story time, etc. This was a craft fair that basically had homemade items that you expect from a "craft fair" or Etsy Shop without a large selection of choice because it was too small. I walk out with a few magnets not long after I arrived. I probably will not be attend events there any time soon.

It was wonderful to evolve into the mind of Poe. With every sip, we felt the spine-tingling essence of Poe's masterpieces seep into our souls. It was night of gothic elegance and macabre delight. Our stories were The Pit & the Pendulum which had the cocktail Swing of Fate which was a delightful concoction of citrus and vanilla and ginger. The Cask of Amontillado which had the cocktail Montresor's Revenge. Rich amontillado, it was so intoxicating as the revenge hidden beneath the carnival. The beautiful yet bittersweet story of Annabel Lee spoken of the great love that goes for eternity even behind the grave was the Lover's Lament which was a intriguing blend of bourbon Lemonade with a hint of hibiscus which captured the essence of longing love lost by the sea. The final story was of The Fall of The House of Usher. The cocktail appropriately named Roderick's Ruin was dark cold brew with pomegranate juice blended with creamy mocha & vanilla vodka . This beverage foretelling the eerie collapse is the doomed house & mind. The actors were amazing' we felt totally transported into each story. Each tale was performed in such a mesmerizing & passionate style. This is a must for any Poe aficionado. Also any person willing to learn about the amazing and captivating worms of Edgar Allan Poe.
