Chris received a $17,000 estimate from the dealer to replace the entire system, which was pretty shocking. He also handled all the coordination with the vendor and oversaw getting everything reinstalled and working properly, which made the whole process seamless on my end. Throughout it all, Chris kept me informed every step of the way. His communication and follow-through were excellent, and I always felt taken care of.
