He came to our house for an estimate and really took the time to explain and go over things thoroughly, so we knew exactly what to expect. A brief description of the work done: kitchen granite crack repair, cleaning and sealing; master bathroom shower (limestone) restoration, grout re-filling, cleaning, and sealing; master bathroom countertop (limestone) cleaning and sealing. Additional bathrooms, showers and countertops (tumbled travertine) re-caulked, cleaned, and sealed. The restoration work performed by Daniel in our master shower is incredible, looks like a brand-new shower. We had an issue with mold in the other two bathrooms... they look amazing now, as if there was never any mold to begin with. Everything looks beautiful! The crew interaction and dynamic were very impressive and their attention to detail was amazing. They addressed all our questions/concerns and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job. The yep was really nice and overall I think he did a good job (the smell is a lot so I didn't get to really inspect yet) But before he left I pointed out that paint was removed from the walls. I took photos of the few that I could see before he sealed the room. When I called the company they said in the fine print there is a note that they are not responsible for any damage to the walls. I just had this bath redone so it's not an old paint issue! So now I'm going to pay $400 for a small bathtub to be reglazed and have to hire a painter to come out and smooth and repaint the walls. Needless to say shit customer service!!
