I met her there Tuesday afternoon for her dropping off her devices and hopefully, they could be fixed. Pascal, who is the owner was extremely kind, technically savvy and reasonably priced and told her they were fixable. She picked everything up today and every problem was solved perfectly!!! Well, this gem is a mile from my home and I couldn't be happier to know that "help" is sooo close. Parking lot holds many cars so double yay! My friend said it was a wonderful experience for her, especially with the removal of stress that had been hanging over her head... ( remember, 3 places could not fix her devices)... Since I was travelling for Thanksgiving, trying to make it into any standard retail outlets that carry such a product was a mess with the post-holiday shopping glut. Enter: InMotion at the Bradley terminal. Not only did this small but mighty outlet have a huge variety of various earbuds and headphones, they had the Klipsch S4 I'd been seeking; they also had the S4i (for Apple products) and the S4A (for Androids) as well. The employee helping me unlock the security device on the stand talked me through the differences in products, inquired whether or not I wanted to try the earbuds out before purchasing them, and actually helped me unpackage the product and throw away the box after cutting out the UPC so I could save it for the manufacturer warranty. Now -that's- service. Are you taking notes, Best Buy?

Their selection of All In One desk computers is not great, but they have more than some. And the salespeople are trained and know what they are selling. They take their time with every customer. The place is spotless and their prices are usually the best in town. When you walk in you are greeted and it does not take long to get help. I would give them a 5 but their Geek Squad is not the best and I can't recommend them. I am sure they are great for simple things. They are nice, but trying to reach them on the phone is next to impossible. I will keep going to this Best Buy.

He gave us the next delivery date of 7/8/26. We wanted a date sooner but that was the best he could find. On 7/7, an email was received reminding us of the delivery the next day. On 7/8 no delivery occurred. Nobody called. We called to find out it had been cancelled. The delivery date was now 7/18!!!!! I visited the store where the purchase was made and found only one employee left to handle the register and customer service. The other employees were running around in service to the merchandise and the store. She let us know that the store employees have no way of talking to the delivery people. We asked for and received our items and took them home. I found Best Buy to be focused on their sales with no emphasis on the customer. This was evidenced by the lack of communication with the delivery workers. It was also evident in the fact that there was nobody to interface with except the young lady at the register. She was exemplary in managing the situation that a lack of staffing and systems on the part of Best Buy put her in. I looked on line after the fact and found that these were wider issues that had already been reported on line. I wish I had checked first, but I thought I could trust them with the basics. Never again!!
