    Veggie omelette
    Boulder G.

First time here. I came for breakfast. The atmosphere was lovely. The service was fast and friendly. The cooks were fast and seemed to be enjoying the country music blaring from the kitchen! I was happy to see they had a veggie omelette on the menu! Hearty and well packed with fresh veggies and cheese. It was cooked exactly how I like my omelettes! But I couldn't eat much of it because there was an overwhelming smell of rancid oil coming from the hash browns and English muffin on my plate... probably from the omelette too. I would be giving this a four-star review had it not been for the smell of rancid oil in the morning. The server noticed I didn't eat very much of my breakfast, so I mentioned the smell of rancid oil. She said she couldn't smell it. But as a fellow cook, I am absolutely positive that I know what rancid oil smells like. The server gave me 10% off and I tipped her 33% on the original price because she was so sweet and friendly. I hope this was just a one off experience and is not a representation of the restaurant as a whole.

    Fried Pasta

Came here at the recommendation of a friend. Loved the decor. It's like an Italian outdoor restaurant built in the indoors. Hardly crowded. Walls decorated with hollywood nods to the Italian atmosphere. We ordered the bruschetta for an appetizer, the avondale pizza and fried pasta. Pizza is only available medium and above, so either get it to share or to take home for a future meal. Portions are very generous. The bruschetta was not what we expected. The toppings came separate from the bread. But very tasty! And I guess this way is better because you decide how much to put on your bread :) bread itself was tasty in itself with decent crunch. The pizza was very interesting. The toppings include fire roasted chile and strips of steak with pico de gallo in alfredo sauce. Outside of the chile, it was on the sweetish side, which was surprising. We liked it all the same. While this is great, I look forward to trying the other options hoping they will be spicier. The fried pasta really tasted like hakka noodles with veggies and chicken. Everything has a smoked/roasted feel to it. It was bland for my taste. I asked for chili flakes and pepper, which made it slightly better. However the more you eat it, the more you like the blandness! I got a hot chocolate because I wanted something warm and it was like any other hot chocolate. One suggestion - would really like fresh ground pepper rather than packaged pepper satchets. Overall, good experience. Will be back!

    Nacho

Where to start. I Really wanted to support a local business. The service is great love the staff very attentive, but the food. I orders the nachos, well they called them nachos anyway sent back twice for being ice cold the ground beef has no flavor or seasoning the cold cheese tastes like it was out of a can and don't get me started on what they called salsa, I'm no cook and I think I could do better. I also ordered the spaghetti and meatball again very bland with very thick sauce, 3 star just for the staff, if there was a negative star the food I would give it that

Cannoli... why they call a calzone a cannoli I'll never know.... but either way, it's AMAZING!!

Always love this place. Clean, great service and awesome food! They have a tasty signature "sweet" dough. So good.

    Fried pickles and large pizza

Imagine pizza made with Hawaiian sweet roll dough and that's Do Drop Inn. I LOVE sweet (and thick) dough, so I thought it was delicious. My bf and I ordered a large pizza and it was huge- I'm a big eater and I ate 1 1/2 pieces before tapping out. The fried pickles were good too! I'd definitely come again!

Didn't care much for it. Crust was very thick (and doughy) and very sweet. Not my kind of pizza.

Yeah, the gluten-free crust comes with a $7 upcharge--but honestly? I'd pay it every time without hesitation. It's that good. But this visit turned into something straight out of an action movie. It's a blazing 90°+ day. We're posted up outside under the pergola, heat rising, drinks sweating... when we hear it--a frantic flutter. A bird trapped inside one of the support pillars. We flag down our waitress, Riley. She doesn't hesitate. She surveys the situation... disappears across the street... and returns like she's gearing up for a rescue mission--with a full-on tool backpack. No drama. No delay. She gets to work. Unscrewing the base anchors like she's done this a hundred times. I lift the pillar... and out shoots a disoriented finch, back into the open sky. Bird saved. Crisis averted. Pizza arrives. Riley isn't just a server--she's the kind of all-purpose hero you hope shows up when things go sideways. Give her a raise. Seriously.

I had the chicken tikka masala from Bollywood Bites--absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. I also grabbed a couple of drinks from the bar, which were just as good. What really stood out was the atmosphere--lively, welcoming, and very family-friendly. There's something for everyone, and all the food portions we saw coming out looked generous and worth it. It's the kind of place you can relax, try different foods, and enjoy the vibe. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in Pueblo!

The description on the menu says "Vanilla Vodka, Luxardo Espresso Liquer, Simple syrup". Sounded like a pretty standard Espresso Martini. The glass arrived and it was the color of chocolate milk. I asked the bartender of it had Bailey's or something in it and she said, "yes". I pointed to the menu and noted that the menu didn't say anything about Cream. She said, "That's the way I make it." I asked her if she could make it like the menu and she said, "Yes, but it won't taste good." I asked her if she could make one with just a little of the cream liqueur, and she said, "Are you going to pay for other one?" I was like, "What the hell?!?! You make the drink different from the description and you expect me to pay for it?!?!?" I don't know if that's a Colorado thing or something, but I wanted to just walk out. This bar sucks.

Please note this is a buffet that serves chicken and wedges in their buffet. Not sure what would possibly take 30 minutes. On top of that I just witnessed an employee come from the back with a raw pizza dough crust in their hands. Trying to support local but the long wait mixed with the questionable sanitary practices. Will never be back. Also did not ask if veteran status but asked others. My man is a veteran. Pretty sad for a place that claims to glorify God positively impacting the world. Should have gone to KFC. Another cashier took over the counter and finally asked for a status. The food was done. Had been done long enough to soak grease spots through the boxes. We sat there long enough for people we saw come to eat leave. Should have checked the boxes before we left but were ready to get home. Got it home and there is a big piece torn off one of the breast. No way do I feel comfortable eating this food. Solidifying to never eat here again and advise my employer to stop any future bulk orders. No way to run a business.

They had so many options of pizza that they offered which looked delectable and they were unlimited, all you can eat, but not for me. As a vegan at least they had my custom pizza that they could veganize for me which was pretty good. I would come here again and bring my kids.
