David and Do it Green were excellent! To keep our warranty on our carpet we are required to use an iicrc certified company and I'm so glad this lead me to Do it Green. I was surprised to find almost all of the larger companies are not certified! We had David out to clean our carpet on Monday this week and I was so impressed that we called him back out 3 days later to clean our couch. Both David and the lady I spoke with on the phone were very professional and friendly. Both our couch and carpets look brand new. We even had a few dog "accidents" that are non existent now. It's been a long time since we've had our carpets cleaned. We really needed a cleaning because my dog had bladder surgery and there was a month where she peed my couch and floor. She was fixed and we needed our carpet and couch fixed. Not to mention the multiple coffee spills at my expense over the past few years. I was confused by the hour window arrival time and thought he was late. He wasn't and was right on time. My bad! I showed him all of the areas that need cleaned and the part of the couch that had issues as well. He had to treat those areas with special enzyme solution to break down the dog urine. The second room was my sons room. It didn't have any issues other than needing a regular cleaning. He was very fast and like other reviewers mentioned he's very technological. He put all the info in his iPad and I was emailed the invoice. So convenient. I felt like I was not so technological when I wrote him a check. All of the coffee stains are gone. Also, the mystery stain that my husband never fessed up to is gone to. Lucky for him. My couch got amazingly clean. Unfortunately the dog ruined the carpet in the one area and we may just replace the living room carpet all together. He did a great job and all of the previous reviews are 100% correct. read more

He was able to fit us in rather quickly and since our apartment was in a place that was too far away for his truck based cleaning, he brought a nice professional portable unit. We had him clean an essentially brand-new apartment that had only been built and lived in for a year because they did not clean the carpets well enough when the older renters moved out. Luigi immediately recognized the issue with non-thorough cleaning, determined what sort of organic-perfume free shampoo to use to return the carpet back to proper pH levels, and did a great job! Had the carpets done last week. They came out beautiful. What we really liked is that the carpet wasn't "crunchy" when it dried. The last few times we had the carpets cleaned it would dry and become "crunchy" for a while. Almost like it was either melted a little, or had to much of the cleaning solution left behind. I had my sectional cleaned yesterday by Do it Green Carpet Cleaning. It looks like they did a great job with the sectional and the guy who came to do the work was really nice, informative and friendly. The reason for my 3-star review is because they left a mess around my sectional. I have a sign on my front door asking to kindly remove shoes. Unfortunately, the sign was completely ignored and shoes were not removed (and no shoe covers used like most of the companies do these days). There was water used to clean my sectional and the guy was in and out of my house with his shoes on. This morning, when the floors got completely dry, the whole area around my sectional is full of dry mud and shoe prints. It's great that they cleaned my sectional but I am very disappointed that they left me with another job to do - clean my floors, especially after paying $200 for 1-hour job. read more

I needed my carpets cleaned before we put our house on the market. The gal on the phone was very accommodating and we were able to schedule when it was convenient for us. Our tech was Luiggi. They called when he was running a little late, which I appreciate. He arrived, looked around a bit, sprayed some magical who knows what on the carpet, raked them with some special tool, and proceeded to steam clean out the 7 years of stains and gunk! He came over today moving all the small/medium sized furniture and redid the house. He did a great job!! They've changed my opinion and I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Last week's review is below but please note I now gave them 5 stars instead of the 2 originally since they came back were very nice and did everything properly. "The woman who booked our cleaning said her guys would move light to medium furniture but not heavy. Unfortunately the guy didn't event move a less than 1 lb trash bin and there happen to be a stain right there which he missed. I also pointed out a big stain under the cat tree which he said he would try cleaning, but he never did. He didn't make any attempt to move any of the light furniture upstairs. I can say, what they did clean they did a pretty good job on, but I'm pretty unimpressed at all the misses as I feel the job was less than 100% done as the just worked around the light furniture and waste baskets rather than lifting them up. I think next time id try another service. If you use them, you'll need to micro manage them otherwise you may not get what you want." read more

Wanted to say how satisfied I was with the carpet cleaning I had last Friday. The technician was very friendly and helpful. He and I walked the carpets and discussed places of concern. He suggested the extra enzyme treatment because of previous pet accidents. He was done in a timely fashion. The results were wonderful. What I noticed besides the clean was that the carpet felt clean, no residue or chemical odor. The carpets also dried quite quickly . I will definitely use them again. read more

Great experience with these guys -- used them for the first time in 2012. They're professional, clean, timely, and do a good job. It's satisfying to watch the carpet color change in real-time. I usually spring for the extra enzyme treatment as I have pets. There are no harsh smells or scents involved which is a big deal for me (and my pets). They bring a van and run a hose up to my apartment from the basement, so be sure to think in advance about where they can park. They also have a handheld dealio for inaccessible locations but I can't speak to that as I've only ever used the hose, which creates a powerful suction. I'm a little obsessed with it in fact as I'm a clean freak despite having clutter, and if I had the funds I'd do it more often. read more

Cons: Not all marks got cleaned, technician said that its because they don't use harsh chemical, I easily removed them later with carpet spot cleaner from Home Depot. I am not though happy on one aspect, when I requested quote I did let know that I need help moving furniture and they agreed. I moved all expect a TV stand and dinning table which its not heavy but needs 2 people to move. The technician helped me move out, but he refused to put it back after cleaning even when I insisted. The April 2019 work done by a new, slap you on the back type personality as poor. I pointed out four areas to give attention to and one of four was cleaned okay.
