To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I ordered through Grubhub. I gave specifics about no sauces. I walked to pick up my food and found not only no sauce, but drowning in sauces. I called and asked them to replace it. I walked back to Docs and then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for my food. They only replaced my burger, so I returned to my cold fries. I opened the burger to find both buns were burned!!! Then bottom one so burned it was hard and I couldn't bite through it. The food is ridiculously expensive and the service horrendous. Never again Docs. read more

Had to take a star away. Your fries are almost never seasoned anymore, which is super disappointing since I love the seasoned salt you put on them. Also, the last time I had your fries they tasted like funnel cake which was kind of off putting. Hopefully this gets resolved. read more

I went here for lunch because a coworker suggested the place and surprisingly had a bad customer experience. I have pre-diabetes and stomach issues so I ordered the grilled chicken salad. The female teller said that they were out of grilled chicken and said they only had breaded/battered chicken. I asked if the batter could be scraped off after cooking by the chef and was told they would do that for me. When our order was ready the batter was still on the chicken so I asked for them to remake it. The worker seemed put out and frustrated after I reminded her that I had asked they remove the batter before cutting the chicken. She took the already chopped chicken off the plate and removed the batter. I got about half the chicken back. Disappointing meal. read more

Well I ordered my food online because I didn't want to wait, just got off work. My food was late and the cashier could not pronounce my name April. So fine I waited when I didn't want to and the cashier kept saying sorry. But when I got home two of the hamburger were incorrect. I order a bacon cheeseburger and got a pastrami, I also order a Texas cheese burger and got a pastrami burger with onion rings. Stopped to check this pace out 30 mins after opening and the place was very much unattended. Floors were covered in food, dirt and the tables seemed to be wiped down with a dirty rag leaving streaks and lint. The food was great for the most part and was made at a timely manner. read more

This used to be a good place to eat, not so much any longer. After 25 minutes of waiting and watching several call-in orders go out, I had to ask about our order (#80). As I was about to ask, she called out #87. Apparently, our order was set aside to prepare the call-in orders. The bottom buns were hard from sitting on the warm steel tray and the fries were cold even in the middle of the bag. No effort was made to even redo the fries until I complained. Very disappointed. In the wake of a COVID 19 we are trying to support local businesses. Ordered a Texas Burger meal which was correct. But the pastrami burger with no sauce was a Bacon cheese burger not a pastrami burger. With a ton of sauce. And the pastrami fries were chili fries. The chili fries were tasty but if I wanted chili fries I would have ordered them. Even the bacon cheese burger wasn't the good. Since it wasn't what I ordered it made it even worse.
