    The order

Yesterday, March 6th, at approximately 6:30 PM, my wife suggested that we go to DH. I was a little hesitant, but she says they have really good food. While on our way there, she ordered through the app the following: one cowboy hotdog, one cheeseburger, one order of tater tots and a second order of tater tots with cheese, and a drink. We got there before the food was ready so I waited inside for about five minutes. Got the order and left. Not till we sat down and started opening up our food at our destination (10min away), our first observation were the tater tots, (both orders). They were beyond crispy! Matter of fact, if you squeezed one between your fingers, they would explode into many pieces! On top of that, we ordered the cheese for one order of the tater tots and they gave us chili and cheese. Next, as I was eating the cowboy hotdog, I noticed they had a burnt taste to the hotdog. When I looked inside after cutting it, I noticed that coincidentally the burnt part was facing down into the bun. I couldn't even eat the tater tots because they were both all very crispy and not even worth eating. The chili did not hit the spot because it wasn't when I ordered. I still ate the hotdog because I was still hungry, but not the best tasting hotdog with a burnt to taste. Check out the photos and the video attached. On top of all of this, I even tipped them 15%! Which isn't necessary when I'm picking up the food, but I opted to support the workers. Just looks like they didn't care about the quality of the food that went out. What bothers me more, is the sheer lack of pride for working for a company known for their good food that the folks in the back preparing the food felt that the quality of the food they were putting in the containers and the bag was the quality that DH is supposed to be known for. Needless to say, I was NOT impressed. Maybe someone from this particular restaurant will look at the order and do the right thing for the customer (and I would go as far as talk to the workers who worked that night because THEY are the ones representing their company). Here's the order number if you want to look it up: 42120287045402644

The sliders were very yummy! We got the BMC and BOJ sliders and both were definitely the best part of our order. The hot dog was okay and the fries weren't too good. Both the hot dog and the fries arrived to the table cold, which was underwhelming because we had waited around 20-25 minutes for the food and then it was cold. The vibe is cool for watching the games, but we probably won't be back because we were not impressed with the food.

6/18/26...Dog Haus Claremont, CA...Came here this morning on the Grand Reopening Day as they are under new ownership. They opened at 8 am with their new menus. I got one of their Bad Ass Breakfast Burritos and a glass of Orange Juice! So my burrito of choice was the new Chimichanga burrito. Lemme tell you...It was incredibly great! From the texture of the Award winning Mejorado flour tortilla fried to all the items in it including three scrambled eggs, tater tots, bacon, sage breakfast sausage, white American cheese, miso ranch, and maple sriracha. This burrito packs a punch of great flavors that come together so well! The service here by Garrick at the front counter and Malik who served me, they both show great customer service!!! The restaurant is always nice and inviting. It was very clean. Love that the World Cup soccer 2026 games were already on! This is always a great go-to spot for me! Highly recommend! Also, come tonight for the Grand Opening Celebration at 6 pm on 6/18/26 and they have a live band playing! See you here!!!

My family and I came here to meet up w some friends! We came with our babies/toddlers for brunch and it worked out really well. They're open to kids being here and the menu is pretty fair price wise for the food you're getting. We got the breakfast burritos and thought they were tasty. There was self serve condiments and water on the side. The selection of beers was great too. Plenty of tvs playing sports. Also, a ton of parking and in a good complex to get errands done as well. My one complaint: we could only find one high chair and the high chair's belt mechanism was broken. The snap buckle was torn off at the edge so it didn't buckle. We effectively couldn't use the high chair bc it was a safety hazard and risk for our baby.

I got scammed at this location on a comedy night! The real joke was my corn dog! I paid for a regular corn dog and got a tiny corn dog for a child! I ate it in two bites! I need a refund!

    Chicken tenders.

Order tenders and came to me very crispy and stringy. I feel that they are overcooked. Paid 15$ for 3. Showed employee? Didn't really even look. Couldn't be bothered. He said they have to cook 6 minutes. Sorry this was longer than 6 min. Hard as a rock!

Dog Haus Biergarten in Claremont is one of the best burrito spots I have been to. I have been coming to this location for about three years now and they have been very consistent in both service and quality. The restaurant itself is a sports bar industrial setting that is inviting. There is a patio for those who want to sit outside as well. The staff are friendly, professional, and fast. You order once you're ready and you'll be given a number to take to a table. I ordered the Little Mule burrito and it's my favorite item on the menu. The burrito itself is a decent size and it's fully loaded with hash browns, pickled jalapeños, sausage, bacon, eggs, and more. You can choose to add or remove any ingredients and you can choose between sunny side up or scrambled eggs. My burrito was full of a Smokey Chipotle flavor that was accompanied by the eggs which were runny and the jalapeños which gave it more spice. I love spicy food so it was perfect for me and I went ahead and added some complimentary hot sauce which paired nicely. The bacon had a nice crisp and bold flavor. The tortilla itself was warmed perfectly and had a nice crisp with each bite. With a burrito offering so much, you can expect to taste everything it has to offer; this goes for every item on their menu as well. They do offer complimentary hot sauces, mustard, ketchup, utensils, napkins, sugar packets as well as tea. My wait time was only about ten minutes and I was happy with my order. If you're looking to have a drink, something small to snack on, or something more heavy like their burritos; then definitely give Dog Haus a try. Perfect spot for getting together with friends and watching sports on their TVs. They also offer vegetarian options as well. My only complaint is the pricing. To my knowledge, no military discount offered :(

    Sooo Veggie

I was at the Dog Haus (DH) in Glendora Public Market a week prior. I had their Impossible Cali Burrito (ICB) and it was so amazingly delicious. I had to find other Dog Haus locations. I ask and I shall receive. There is one location in Claremont at Sycamore Hills Plaza. Funny, I always thought this plaza was in Upland. I found out that some businesses at this plaza are either part of Claremont or part of Upland. This place is quite nice and spacious. Ambiance is quaint. It has inside and outside patio seating. There's a good size bar, too. Lots of TVs. The day I was here happened to be the day the LA Dodgers won their 8th World Series for MLB. I was at the right place at the right time. Got to watch 9 strikes to win in the 9th inning! That's how it's done!! Way to wrap it up LA Dodgers!!! Congrats!!!! I was here to get their ICB and also to try the Sooo Veggie. Unfortunately, the taste and flavor of the ICB was different compared to the one I ate at the DH Glendora. The impossible sausage patty tasted a little salty and spicy. I found out this DH is a franchise which explains the difference. Even if it's not a franchise, we need to understand the cooks are different regardless. As for the Sooo Veggie, it had a floral aromatic taste to it. Maybe it was the wild arugala not sure. It was okay. I like smelling flowers, but not to eat it. I probably will not get this veggie dog again. Staff who took my order and who handed me my food was friendly. Prices are a bit cheaper here than at the Glendora location. Glad I came here and tried them. I may return to try their other foods.

    You tell me ...

Ca me hear today and waited for 10 minutes at the cash register. No one came to take my order. There was only one girl attending the whole restroom so sad.

During the halftime show, when Spanish music was playing, we noticed people in the bar hollering and making comments. Instead of letting the broadcast continue, the bar changed the entire channel and switched to country music. What made this especially frustrating was how it felt like the presence of other cultures in the bar was being ignored or dismissed altogether. It didn't feel like a neutral decision--it felt like an intentional choice to cater to one group while denying others the same space and respect. The vibe instantly shifted from enjoyable to uncomfortable. A bar hosting an event this big should be welcoming to everyone, not selective about which cultures are acceptable. Unfortunately, this experience came across as tone-deaf and, honestly, racist. There are plenty of better places to watch a game where everyone feels welcome.

The bottomless mimosas ($29.99) sound like a great deal, but just know how they run it. There's a 90-minute minimum, and they don't bring a bottle to the table--you get one mimosa at a time, and you have to finish it before they'll bring another. The first one I got tasted like straight orange juice barely any champagne. I sent it back and to their credit, they remade it much better They mentioned they control pours to keep the environment in check, which I understand--but if you're expecting free-pour vibes, that's not the case here. Food-wise: French toast & breakfast potatoes were really good However the Chilaquiles were super dry and lacked flavor--wouldn't recommend Burger & fries were decent, but nothing special As for drink pricing, it does lean a bit on the higher side. bucket of 5 beers was around $42, $15 for a Tito's vodka shot, and even a basic Jack and Coke came out to about $18 with tip, which felt a little steep for the area. the best deal was definitely the green tea shots at only $9 I will say, our waitress Priscilla was great. She had a lot of tables and seemed a bit overwhelmed, but she still made an effort to check on us and kept my mimosas coming pretty promptly. I didn't have to wait long at all between refills, which I appreciated. Since we went for a special event, the DJs were great and really kept the energy up the whole time Parking was easy. It did say there was a $2 fee, but when we printed the ticket, we weren't charged--so it might be free, but I'd still double-check at the kiosk just in case. Overall: decent spot for the vibe, music, and brunch outing, but just be prepared for controlled drinks and slightly higher prices.

We ate it plain without dipping it into the accompanying marinara sauce (which I tasted and reminded me of a commercially prepared pedestrian, marinara sauce). This bread instantly has became one of our favorite appetizers to order at a Heroes branded restuarant. Ww barely had time to finish off our first piece of cheese bread when our entrees arrived. My wife's fish and chips looked really inviting to eat. The serving amount of fsih was appropriate and generous for the menu pricing. My wife enjoyed her lightly battered fish which was not greasy and oily to eat. She also devoured her coleslaw which she is very selective of how's it made, and the level of tanginess, which was just right for her. I dove into my California Reuben which swaps out the sauerkraut for coleslaw: all the other traditional ingredients are still used. The sandwich was generously stuffed with meat and coleslaw. Be sure to ask for extra napkins because this sandwich is messy but delicious to eat! The only minor gripe we have was the amount of times out table was approached by a whole slew of staff constantly asking us if we needed anything etc. One to three time during a meal for us is adequate, but it seems like the staff was overcompensating for some previous comments made about several Heroes restaurants having staff who perefer to talk amongst themselcves near the bar than attend to their diners. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner here and look forward to eating at Heroes and Roscoes restaurants often. Hoping the owners will consider opening in the Murrieta/Temeucla area in the near future!
