Absolutely the worst! First time we went they were out of a lot of things not a big deal. Food wasn't great, but it was edible. We just went again this evening and it was the absolute worst. Bartender was good but again they were out of a lot of stuff as we watched other customers ask for things. Ordered a burger which came plain menu said came with all the fixings. It did not! Waited about 15 minutes and still no fixings. Kitchen manager leaned up against ice machine and messed with his phone. Nice spot to eat at. We got the chili idol hotdog and a cheeseburger with a side of fries and tater tots. We had to order the fries and tater tots separate as everything is a la carte. The hot dog and cheeseburger both came on Hawaiian rolls which was good. They have a small bar with a large selection of beers and an outside patio. read more

When I was living in Dallas, I would go to Dog Haus at least 1-2 times a month. It's a perfect go-to spot for casual dining with good beer on tap. When we heard they were coming to Spring, we were elated. Unfortunately, with a franchise model, you don't always get consistent quality/variety. My wife and I dined in during their soft opening and were disappointed that they didn't offer jalepeno chedddarwurst, which in my opinion is their best. We acquiesced and got a corn dog with bratwurst and a soo cali with their normal beef dog. Both were mediocre at best and the bratwurst had an "off taste." It wasn't rancid but it definitely didn't taste fresh. We also got their chili cheese tots which were good. Came here for the first time today for lunch with a friend, and I was absolutely delighted with the food and Izabell was an excellent, attentive waitress. I got the Cowboy hausdog (highly recommend!!) and an iced tea because I don't drink alcohol. My friend got the Fonz with a side of cheese fries, and the cheese they put on the fries is perfection. I highly recommend stopping by and trying a dog and a beer or cocktail of your choice. The tea is pretty solid, too. read more

I ordered a cheeseburger and fries to go. I'd read earlier that the burger buns were soggy on take out. My bun was soggy. It made it difficult to eat the burger. It kept falling apart. The burger itself was fair, not great but not bad. The fixings on the burger fell away pretty quickly. Fries were good. Now, at the moment, I don't recommend the burgers. The dogs and sausage might be better. I may come back for a beer and a dog but I will be eating there. read more

Food was on point. This was my first time here, so I wanted to try everything. I ordered the cheeseburger slider. Great flavor and the caramelized onions were perfect. I also had the small corn dog. Also very good. The batter was excellent. Last thing I ate was the cheese fries. Cheese could use more flavor. Fries were good. They have pints, liters, and pitchers for beer. my husband had a slider and onion rings. the onion rings were burnt and not edible. My husband did not care for the Hawaiian rolls . They put two of them together for the bun so it falls apart before you can finish the sandwich. Too bad for us they did not offer to remake them or comp them! I had the hamburger which was nothing special with frozen French fries! we also tried the braut also. it had very little flavor and was so disappointing. I grew up eating brauts. the tattooed girl at the counter acted like she was doing us a favor by finally taking our order. All in all a very unpleasant experience. Save your $ and go elsewhere. So, I'm going to paint a negative experience into something magical. We are Vegan. We ordered from Plant B as posted on DoorDash and received some not so vegan items, which were accidentally placed by the new kitchen staff at this establishment, which is also Dog Haus. Recognizing this, I called mortified, ready to clarify what I suspected and quit this place forever. Then I talked to Jason (manager or owner, not sure) and things started to change. Jason not only took responsibility, but INSISTED on making things right. He PERSONALLY remade order to the specifications originally placed and delivered to my house HIMSELF. Im flabbergasted. I have NEVER received this level of sheer determination to make things right for the customer. I was ready to leave a terrible review and move on with my life. Jason was a fighter and he made it right, even when we were ready to give up. I work in process improvement and high reliability consulting. I would hire Jason in a heartbeat. If he is the manger, give home a raise. If owner, thanks dude, we're coming back because you made it awesome. The correct food was delicious too. I NEVER write bad reviews, because I'm in the service industry too, but the chick working at the Spring location with the neck tattoo is the rudest person I've ever met. She let me stand at the counter for 15 minutes while she ate, knowing I was there, then proceeded to talk to other customers first. I said hi in a super friendly voice anyway cause I'm not trying to make her day worse, and let her know I had an order to pick up, she just pointed towards the bar where a bag of as sitting and looked at me like I was disgusting for asking. There's no signage anywhere to let anyone know where online pickups should be, so how was I supposed to know? Food was 4 in taste, need improvement of buns, they fall apart as you eat your dog. I only gave it a 2 because of lack of attention to cleanliness. We were there shortly after the establishment opened and found the front glass doors smeared with handprints and the stainless steel stalls in the bathroom look like they don't get wiped down and cleaned daily. So it doesn't matter how good the food tastes, cleanliness should be a priority as well. read more

She didn't suggest anything, ask if it was my first time... anything customer servicey!! I ordered and for a 4oz cocktail that tasted like fruit juice. A 3 inch long corn dog. A cold hot dog that taste like it had been sitting up for a few hours and overcooked tator tots, I paid $26. There are no combos, no happy hours and the young lady that took my order never came back to ask how my food was, if I wanted another drink or anything customer servicey... I've ordered several times through doordash for breakfast and looks like I better stick with breakfast. This place is not bad but there is a definite need for training because tonight they could've made plenty of money from beer and cocktails but because nobody asked.... First of all, I had to wait a while for someone to take my order. The girl taking my order was not a good listener. I had to repeat my order several times. The first thing I said was "I want to place an order to go". After repeating my order several times, she asked me if my order was to go. ‍. The atmosphere is kind of unfriendly. Not welcoming. Order was ready quickly. I pulled one hot dog out of the bag to check it. They forgot the onions. I ordered the chili Idol which comes with onions, but they forgot to put the onions. And when I told the girl that they forgot to put the onions, she looked at me like she was waiting on me to tell her what to do to fix the problem. So she started to walk away with the one hot dog and I said wait a minute don't you remember I ordered two of these? And it wasn't like the place was packed or anything. It was pretty empty actually. We ordered out, super excited because this place seemed awesome and close to home. $9.99 for a corn dog- that's expensive and it was pretty normal sized and nothing special. I would have been just as satisfied getting a $2 corn dog from sonic. Never again, huge rip off. The coleslaw was not cheap either and they didn't even fill the portion cup up half way. ?cabbage and Mayo- sorry but that's super super cheap to make, I don't see the reason to skimp on it. Fill up the dang portion cup. Seriously? We did also order the Old Town dog, it was very good. But not sure if it was good enough to overlooked the $10 basic corn dog and the fact that they skimped on the $3 coleslaw. There were only five customers in the place, it was about 2pm on Friday January 6th. After about ten or fifteen minutes of being ignored I left.
